  1. No load, dark screen

    Hi, your merge pdf option in web browser does not load. It is a black screen with no selectable on it. Please fix this otherwise there's no point in me or my colleagues paying for this service.

  2. Signing sequence

    When I enable approvers to sign in a sequence, I wasn't to be able to have multiple people sign at each point. So if 10 people signing, say 4 people able to sign as step 1, 6 people as step 2. Your product forces the document to be signed in 10 steps with only 1 signatory allowed to sign at a time. This is inferior to other products in the market.

  4. Ui is atrocious

    First time on the site, 4-5 things had to be dismissed or moved out of the way before I could even attempt to focus on the pdf at hand. 3 of which were intrusive "use our AI and ruin the planet more" pop-ups. Then, your 'fit to page' is hidden behind a **** menu so took me an additional 30-45 seconds to find. All told an entire minute before I could get to the main purpose of the site, which is to read a **** PDF. Then, once I paused for a moment and remembered I have better tools to…

  5. 2026 - Add Callout Annotation Tool to Acrobat Web Shared Reviews

    In engineering and technical document reviews, callout annotations with leader arrows are essential for identifying specific locations on drawings and reports. The Acrobat Desktop application supports callouts, but reviewers using Acrobat Web Shared Review only have access to text boxes, sticky notes, and drawing tools.

    Please add the Callout annotation tool to the web review interface so all reviewers can use consistent markup tools without requiring the desktop application.

  6. Reduce email clutter for people signing documents

    How you would like to get a "You just sent an email:" email every time you sent an email?
    Allow the signer to switch off the annoying and pointless "You signed:" email notification WITHOUT switching them off for the person who sent the document to be signed.
    I was told by a support person that they could only switch off the annoying "You signed:" emails for everyone (i.e., both the person requesting the signature and the person signing).
    But don't you see how ridiculous that is? Our users are rebelling and refusing to sign electronically because of this nonsensical email…

  7. In Agreements view, identify documents waiting for me to sign them

    On the agreements page I can see all of the documents that were sent to me to be signed that I have signed, and I can see all of the documents that were sent to me to be signed that I haven't yet signed. But I have to open every document to see whether or not I have signed it yet. Please add a "You've signed" column.

  9. Combining not working

    I have tried to merge a few pdfs multiple times but it never finishes the merg how many times I've tried the circle never closes and then just goes back to upload the files to merge

  11. Unsharing a PDF should not remove any comments

    Unsharing the PDF removes comments collaborators added during their review of the PDF (added at such time when share was permitted). It's really not acceptable for unsharing a PDF to affect the comments in any way! :( Please fix this.

  19. Crowded UI when opening documents

    Every time I open a document the screen gets crowded with 11 (I counted) AI tools. This is an awful user experience as I'm just trying to read a bunch of pdfs.

    Poslední 2 měsíce mi Adobe ukazuje neustále následující hlášku:
    "Služby elektronického podepisování jsou dočasně nedostupné. Zkuste to znovu později."

    Nijak nelze vyřešit, help-desk neexistuje.
