Custom Stamp unavailable in Acrobat for Mac
Custom stamp isn't populating the Stamp icon in Acrobat DC Pro for some Macs even when it is in the Stamp Folder. The custom stamp works on all Windows OS and all Mac OS but a few Mac users are having that issue.1 vote
Most likely this seems to be an issue with the permissions with a user profile on the system, please try the following steps and check if that helps.
1. Create a new user profile on the affected Mac machine, and test the scenario again.
2. Check the permission on Adobe folder and Sub-folders, match with non-affected Mac machines:
Location of Adobe folder:
It’s in your user (Home) > Library folder. In recent versions of Mac OSX, this is hidden by default.
In the Finder, hold down the Option key first while choosing Go > Library so you can see it.
Then find it in:
Library > Application Support > “Adobe” > Acrobat > DC > Stamps
let us know how it goes.
What happened to the % view in the top of the PDF window?
I view PDFs on a 27" screen so two open PDFs fit side by side, making review easier. I no longer see the % field in the tool section at top of each PDF. While I can, with multiple steps (4), change the view % size, it used to be so easy to just change the visible % field as needed—1 step. Usually, I need the annotated PDF at 75% and the revised PDF at 100% (this allows for the wide comment column to be seen.). I have searched all the tool preferences that I can find, but can not locate the toll that will but the % across the top. Can you tell me how to fix that? If not, please put that function back!

Unapplyable comment, and import FDF file to PDF file
Could not find the menu for import FDF file to PDF file. It was next to Export all the comments to FDF file. Sometimes I need to merge some different reviewers' comments into 1 PDF file, I need this.
Also, online review is not available for some kind of commenting? but it didn't say detail or how to solve the problem, I could not do anything. Is it possible to show us what was wrong?1 vote
Does this help?
For your second question, can please please explain some exact workflow where you are stuck?
I'm having an issue with the measuring tool (area). The tool will only allow me to make shapes with 90 degree corners.1 vote
Was able to share Adobe XFA form for review, but ended up with funny situation.
When using the latest Acrobat DC to share Adobe LiveCycle Dynamic Form for review on the cloud, I was able to receive the document on the participant side, but the document didn't show, instead I see a message as usual because it is a dynamic form, which is expected. But, I was able to use commenting tools online to draw and add comments, which seemed very strange. When I opened the document from the originating reviewer using Acrobat, I saw the comments and drawing, which is shocking. I tried to add comments, it didn't let me, which is expected. Please review this case, and either prevent this kind of strange situation, or allow adding comments on Adobe LiveCycle Forms. See attached file to see a sample

Move pointer doesn't always show with small text boxes
When I need to move a text box, I have to move the cursor over the box many times (or enlarge the text box) because the move pointer doesn't show up. It's extremely frustrating and a waste of time.1 vote
Notes ("add note to text") not updated to Retina resolution on macOs
Just wanted to let you all know that it appears that the notes ("add note to text") part of Acrobat Pro DC and Acrobat Reader has not been updated to match the Retina displays of Macbooks as the other parts of the program have. When you click the note it shows up correct resolution... when you mouse over it... it comes up old pixelated low resolution.1 vote
When drawing an arrow with arrow tool, tip of arrow is NOT pointed; the blunt end of longer line that forms arrow appears over tip
When drawing an arrow with the arrow tool in the Comment Tool section, the tip of the arrow should be pointed. Instead, it looks like this (see image below). I am a proofreader by profession. I cannot use the tool because visually, it's too distracting. I would use this tool often, however, if the arrow had the pointed tip that it SHOULD.1 vote
Archived comments' quality
After completed adding comments from all the people, I downloaded the comments as fdf file and imported to the original file ("save as an Archived file" is not available today), and found the comments quality is changed. it is no problem during online shared review, but after download the place of comments are changed. especially Strikethrough is terrible. It needs manually checking.
Also the strikethrough color is really different from online and desktop. it is really clear online, but the same strikethrough is almost invisible on desktop.
Please fix this bug soon please.1 vote
Incorrect entering of comments when more than one window open on a document
Reproducing the bug:
1) Open a document
2) Enable comments
3) Open a new window for that document
4) Enable comments in the new window
5) Go back to the original window for the document
6) Enter an edit (e.g. replace text)
The program jumps to the second window for entering the edit. This is not at all desirable or expected behavior.1 vote
Search/organize/filter comments by reviewer
Need the ability to view comments by reviewer/commenter to quickly see who provided feedback and what feedback. Perhaps a side pane filtered results (by reviewer) similar to how bookmarks work.1 vote
My comment was deleted but I will continue
Your product is very difficult to learn on the go!
I bought it last year to be able to edit, documents redline changes, use electronic signatures and store documents efficiently.
I never used it.
Now I signed up for it again, still there is no way to edit etc, electronic signature. Arggh

Before document is redacted I need to be able to see what redaction is there without having to go back into the document and hover.
Adobe Pro XI showed the redaction along with the page number which is needed at the end of a long document1 vote
Better support of Wacom for commenting
I add a line/arrow/whatsoever with a Wacom Pen. If I want to add text close by, I often get caught by the handles of the previously, nearby added object. Actually it works much better to use MS Ink for handwritten comments. But then it is not within the PDF and I have to files. So please, give some thought on how to use pencils like Wacom more smoothly. BR, Michael1 vote
Input double bytes comments

Comments locked on for multiple documents
I have to open multiple PDF invoices and put some information on each one (our promotion number, type of invoice, etc). Currently, every time I open an invoice, I need to select Comments and then select the type of comment that I want. This takes longer than typing in the comment itself. I would like a way to go into "comment mode," or lock my ability to have comments on for the duration of the session.1 vote
