  2. I need to be able to manipulate multiple non-adjacent comments. Example: select many comments and unlock all, or mark all with checkmark. Just as shift+click will select all comments between the first and last click, ctrl+click should select one and another without affecting those in between.

  4. In the comments pane, is there an option to hide the page numbers or make them non-selectable? I'm finding it difficult to maneuver/advance to the next comment using the down arrow (or tab). With the upgrade to DC, Adobe "selects" the page number as you're tabbing through. i can no longer smoothly go from comment to comment

  5. We need easy access to multiple highlighting colors! There should multiple highlighters at the top of the page.... or the option to add multiple This truly a basic function and for a product, one has to pay for, there is no excuse!

  6. In the new version 19.10 (April 2019) you deleted the checkbox of accepting a comment. Now I have to do a right click and navigate to "accept". Why? Please make it possible again!

  7. When I open my coworker's copy of a PDF with most of the 500+ comments checked as addressed, I don't see his check marks. I have Version 2019.019.010.20100. He has an earlier version. The commenting feature no longer makes collaboration easy. Is this a result of the update?

  9. The summary of the comments creates a page for each corresponding comment. For example, page 2 has 3 comments, page 6 has one comment, etc. The summary creates a page for the comments on page 2 and page 6. Because the comments already identify the page where they are located, we should be able to simply get a list of all the comments in a document. All comments on 1 page or more if a bunch of comments. In my example, assuming the comments are not lengthy, the summary should generate 1 page with comments consecutively from pages 2 and…

  12. Steps:
    1. Turn off tabbed browsing (if it's not already)
    2. Open multiple documents, at least one with comments.
    3. Open the comments panel and click a comment to select it.
    4. Close the window.

    Expected result:
One document closes or asks to save if modified.

    Result:
    Acrobat crashes

  13. Hello,

I tried to add a custom calculation script to my stamps (via form editing), but it always fails. (Also in Acrobat 11.0.23)

    This is a serious bug!

Please have a look to the videos. (DC Version is 19.010.20098)

I could do it in Acrobat 10.1.16

When there's already some script in there, DC is able to edit it.

  14. In Acrobat DC I'm fnding it very difficult to move comments (e.g. a text box) once it has been placed. The Move cursor disappears and simply doesn't come back. I place comments on recruitment forms, both signed and new ones, and I need to move comments around simply and easily on the form. I don't have time to struggle with it, or to wait hoping a move cursor might appear.

  16. In Acrobat X a text annotation (created with the Typewriter tool) could easily be selected by merely clicking on it. In Acrobat Pro 2017 there seems to be no way to select it. This is a real show stopper for me since I often need to delete or copy/paste a group of selected line, text, and other annotations.

  17. I'd love a way to tag reviewers in a comment—or in a reply to an existing comment—in a review PDF (hosted internally) that's set up for Shared Commenting, so that they may be notified via email of the comment in the document.

Some reviewers proof the document early, make a comment, and then never revisit the shared review PDF, so if someone replies to their comment, they do not see it. That has left the onus of communicating the missed replies and being a go-between on a single person in our organization.

  18. Hi all

(Mac Acrobat Pro - all up to date)

In the comments column the selected comment goes a slightly darker grey.

For me this still does not make this comment stand out enough.

Is there a way to change this to something more prevalent?

    Thanks in advance

    DC

  19. A customer described how he uses multiple colored pens to mark up printed drawings and wants to be able to do something similar with the Acrobat commenting tools. He requested the ability to setup multiple pen thicknesses and colors for easy access, similar to the way PowerPoint allows the creation of multiple pen styles (see attached).
