  1. Compare two PDF's by content alone. Ignore page order

    Hi,

    It'd be nice if there's an option that let's us compare the two files even when the page orders of the 2nd pdf does NOT match with the 1st.

    Eg: PDF 1 : Page 1 : 'First alphabets' "a,b,c,b,d,e"
    Page 2: 'Next alphabets' "f,g,h,i,j"

      PDF 2: Page 1  : 'Next alphabets'         "f,g,h,i,j"
              Page 2  : 'First alphabets'          "a,b,c,d,e"

    This options can let us know that the page orders are different but the content matches 100%.

  2. Auto rearrange pages

    Say I have two PDFs with same/almost same content. The 2nd PDF is the revised one but page orders are different due to some reason. Now, if there was an option that compares the two files and rearranges the 2nd PDF's pages exactly like the 1st by comparing titles or line by line content, then I don't have to manually arrange it. It makes it easier to review.

    Scenario 1 :
    If the 2nd PDF has 'more' pages than the 1st (the content doesn't exist in 1st), then all pages but these extra pages should be rearranged and these pages…

  3. Disappearing Text

    After editing a large pdf file and saving it, upon re-opening, text has disappeared. Please see the attached file and advise. This appears to be affecting the Title pages, not imported ones. PLEASE HELP!

  4. Adobe Acrobat Pro 2015 (2015 Release (Classic) | Version 2015.006.30417) crashes when I try to edit a PDF on Windows 7

    Hi,

    I have the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2015 and it always crash when I try to edit a PDF. Always appear the message "Adobe Acrobat DC has stopped working".

    I tried the fixes below but they was not solve the problem:

  5. Basic editing tool - Delete a small spot on a scanned document

    Sometimes a scanned document may have a few little black spots. Is there no way to simply delete a small unwanted sport or fleck on a document?

  7. Time to "stamp" a document has increased y 100x!!!! - BUG

    Time to "stamp" a document has increased by 100x!!!! Using Acrobat XI we could stamp each page of a 1.2 gig file in 15 minutes. Now with DC it takes 22 hours!!!!

    This is completely unacceptable.

  8. Hindi OCR and text recognition

    Please include Hindi text recognition while editing hindi pdf documents or exporting to MS word or RTF format.

    There is a huge market requirement for this feature and we are struggling with it currently.

  10. new feature

    When I copy and past text from the PDF into Dreamweaver, I loose all the formatting. This waste an enormous amount of time. I have all the clients email me the texts to create html newsletters - but sometimes they can't or they want use an old brochure etc. Please fix or let me know what I need to do to use the product better.

  11. Return Acrobat to the easy, elegant program it was and not this stupid, childish UI.

    Why it is impossible to have editing options as they were previously? Can a 'Classic view' be added for those of us older than 5?
    Everything in this new 'charms' based UI is fussy and time-consuming. I've been using Acrobat since its inception and now I'm having to relearn nearly everything. WHY?
    It wasn't broken, so the need to 'fix it' has created a frustrating experience.

  15. REALLY ****** UPGRADE, WAY TO GO ADOBE YOU BLEW THIS ONE

    WHY DID YOU HAVE TO ***** EVERYTHING UP. PEOPLE ARE USE TO THINGS THE WAY THEY WERE WHY CANT YOU JUST ADD THE FEATURES AND NOT RE- DESIGN THE WHOLE **** THING MAKE OUR JOBS TAKE MORE STEPS COME ON GET IT TOGETHER.
    I HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH XL FOUR OVER FOUR YEARS, AND WHEN I CALLED IN TO SEE IF I WAS EVEN USING YOUR PROGRAM . THEY UPGRADED ME TO THIS THING NOW . I HAVE TO USE OTHER PROGRAMS TO DO WHAT I DID BEFORE

  16. Crashes on editing files - every time

    Every time I try to edit any pdf file Acrobat constantly crashes.
    The problem arised after last update of Acrobat Pro.

    Acrobar Pro Version 2018.011.20035
    Win10 Pro x64

    PDF editing in Acrobat environment is crucial for our workflow.

  18. BUG REPORT: Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 (2017 Release (Classic) | Version 2017.011.30078) crashes when I try to edit a PDF

    To reproduce the crash

    Open or create a PDF file

    Select Tools, Edit PDF to open the Edit menu

    Select the Edit icon

    Windows shows error:
    Adobe Acrobat 2017
    Adobe Acrobat 2017 has stopped working Windows can check online for a solution to the problem
    Check online for a solution and close the program
    Close the program

    I as using Window Server 2012 R2.

  19. acrobat a big load of ****

    out of a sudden acrobat started crashing whenever I edit a pdf for text, or try to edit any image as a bitmap or anything, simply clicking the edit button crashes it, I tryig fixing the installation, reinstalling everyhing, the same **** goes on over and over again.

  20. Adobe Acrobat DC always crashes when editing in Windows 7

    Whenever I try and edit a PDF it crashes every single time. I have uninstalled, restarted, reinstalled, ran fix the install, made sure protected view was off, made sure it was activated with Adobe distiller. I have tried everything on this page. I am running windows 7 on a brand new computer.
