I am running what I believe Is the current Office version (not sure where I find the Word version). Acrobat Pro is 2023.003.20215.

The problem occurs whether I open a Word file from within Acrobat, use the Create PDF button the Acrobat menu in Word, or use the Save As option in Word - the exact same problems happens in all instances.

When I export the document, any text using the Acumin Pro Condensed Semibold font is turned into Times-New Roman and the letters are squished together as if there was…

  2. When using Quickbooks to export pdf files for printing the Exception processing message 0xc0000139 unexpected parameters is presented. In a virtual environment, this happens daily and regularly. Often, restarting the session doesn't even fix the issue. It randomly fixes itself, the next day. This is a known issue, discussed on Adobe forums since 2021. For the CPA clients of Adobe this becomes a deal breaker.

  3. The "Create PDF" button in Word and PowerPoint creates more errors under Accessibility Checker than if you do File > Save As PDF Best for Electronic Distribution.

The option to Create PDF in Acrobat also produces more errors in the Accessibility Checker than does the method File > Save As PDF Best for Electronic Distribution.

Make these methods work properly or remove them. We don't need methods that generate more errors and confuse users.

  4. Unified 64-bit Adobe Acrobat is installed.
Suppress sign-in a.k.a "bIsSCReducedModeEnforcedEx" is enabled.
End-user is signed into their Adobe account with "Adobe Acrobat Export PDF" subscription.
Export PDF function does not work. Acrobat prompts end-user to contact the IT department.

  5. I often export a PDF file into JPG/PNG files, more than 400 JPGs/PNGs, and I think the speed is too slow. Acrobat DC doesn't use the full cores of my Intel Core i9-13900H & Nvidia RTX 4070 (Gigabyte Aero 16 2023).
The Utilization of CPU is only 27%. I think 95% will be very helpful for me. Please read the uploaded files.
I wish Acrobat DC will support multi-cores and advanced GPU to transform a PDF into JPG/PNG very quickly.

  6. The extract to single pdf function extract the selected pages starting the numbering from #1 onward (extracted1.pdf, extracted2.pdf, etc).

Is there the possibility to decide that, if the number of extracted pages is > 10 the numbering be 01, 02 until 99 (extracted01.pdf, extracted02.pdf, etc) and if > 100 the numbering be 001, 002, 003 and so on (extracted001.pdf, extracted002.pdf, etc)?

  7. When exporting a PDF via an Email Attachment, Acrobat is not usable until the email is sent. Outlook is also not accessible until the new mail window is closed. The prevents the user from being able to navigate through Outlook or accessing the acrobat application until the email is sent or the email window is closed.

  8. Hi, I have a large PDF document with multiple custumers, Customer reports are not eaven (Cust1 has 5 page report, Cust2 has 28 page report) but are numbered (1,2,3,4,5. 1-28 ) and the report header has the customer account number document date and name.

The ideal solution it would be to split by Customer number and on the output option rename the document with the Customer No and document date

    (Cust101-30-2023.pdf contains 5 pages and Cust201-30-2023.pdf contains 28 pages)

  9. Hi,
When exporting an excel file - if a hyperlink is entered as a direct cell address (through command + k) then the exported links from Adobe works. If the hyperlink is created from a formula (the cell address is found from a formula) then the exported file links don’t work. The cell address isn’t always known, so having Adobe recognise the cell address from a formula would be really helpful. Thank you.

  12. In the Acrobat export dialogue (File > Export to) I'd like to be able to export just a single page as e.g. a PNG file. When adding PDFs to websites we often need to create an image of the front page to use as a button or link to download the PDF. Currently we have to export the whole document and then delete the pages we don't need. A simple 'select page to export' would do.

  13. When exporting from PDF to word, I lose all the white text on a white background which we use as anchors for our docusign process. Is there a way to keep the white text on export?

  14. When using the Save As Other> Reduced Size PDF... function available in Acrobat Pro, I have discovered that in the automated optimization process, Acrobat is removing random characters throughout the text. I am only experiencing this issue using that function specifically. I do NOT experience the missing characters when I use the Save As Other> Optimized PDF... function. I am on the most Up-to-Date version of Acrobat Pro (v 22.0). There is no pattern that I can trace to which characters go missing in this process. They are typically different letters that go missing, they are not on any specific…

  15. Offer the option to have pop-up/warning or confirmation before possible deletion of files. Specially, upon exporting, but at all times.
A way of double-checking the request is correct. This program is used for important information that many do not want to lose.

  16. A team member needed to edit a PDF so he selected the Edit tool and made his edits. While still in "Edit mode" he selected the "Export PDF" tool and exported the file to Word. He then shared his file with others for review & translation. Problem was, the above steps created a Word doc with "locked" text boxes, meaning all the content (headers, body text, bullets, etc.) were in text boxes that could not be resized, ultimately resulting in jumbled content on any given page.

We were able to identify the cause of the problem only after a considerable…

  18. There used to be an add-on feature that allows the "last slide view" button to actually work in PPT when exporting to PDF. Unfortunately it seems that only the back, next, home, last or first works... but not the last slide view. That would be extremely helpful when working with interactive document.

  20. When exporting a PDF from Word recently the page numbering got messed up. It should have been 1 of 21, 2 of 21, etc. Instead what I got was 1 of 2, 2 of 3, etc.

I just tried it now on what should be the same Word file with no changes (and no changes to my Options settings) and it correctly numbered the pages.

When this happened earlier I did a Save as Adobe PDF in Word and the page number came out correctly. Word had always displaying the numbering correctly.
