    Sorry for your inconvenience.
It seems InDesign hangs for you. It is not clear how Acrobat is involved in the process. Can you please explain the workflow?

  2. I exported a file from InDesign 15.1.2 x 64. When opened in Acrobat Pro DC Version 2020.012.20043, the page is blank and I get the error Out of memory. Other people also report they have seen the same error with my file. Please see attached file.

  3. Building PDFs from Dita open toolkit.
PDF builds fine (toolkit renders no errors) BUT doc tab/title contains
    "XMP structure: 1"
Open document properties and edit doc title to desired value
Click OK - XMP metadata error occurs.
Working with Acrobat Pro DC on Windows 10 Enterprise.

  4. There is a bug in the Word to PDF conversion process that is causing footnotes to not tag properly. The footnote text is recognized under the <Note> tag, but the link to the footnote within the text is missing. This issue comes up when using the "Save as..." PDF option. The footnote tags appear correctly when converting using the Adobe Acrobat "Create PDF" add-on in Word. This issue occurs with both Mac and Windows computers.

  5. Currently, PDFMaker tags table headers as <TH> when "Header Row" and/or "First Column" are checked in Word. However, it does not change the default scope, column span, or row span of the headers based on these values.

    Description of desired feature:
    * For each table header tag added by "Header Row", set the Scope attribute to "Column".
    * For each table header tag added by "First Column", set the Scope attribute to "Row".
    * If both "Header Row" and "First Column" are checked, and the data cell in the first row and column is not empty, set the Scope attribute…

  6. When converting from Word (O365 ProPlus desktop) to PDF using the Acrobat add-in (Acrobat PDFMaker 20 for Word), lists are not transferring correctly. (Styles are of course used in Word to create the lists properly.) Nested lists lose the nesting and become one long list. Lists that cross pages either: combine the last item on the first page with the first item on the next page in the <LI>/<LBody> tag of the former; or create two separate lists for each page.

  8. The Acrobat Plugin for Microsoft Outlook on Windows, which enables Users to create an Adobe PDF Portfolio from any Mailbox or Folder while preserving the "From", "Subject" and "Date" fields while also embedding all attachments, is an INCREDIBLY powerful feature that is crucial to many of our business practices. Unfortunately, at this time, this feature is only available on the Windows version of Microsoft Outlook, thus forcing me to run a Windows 10 Virtual Machine explicitly to perform this task. If the Adobe team could implement this feature on macOS versions of Microsoft Outlook, I would be incredibly grateful as…

  9. I used to be able to open a starred file, then create other pages, and combine. The program fixed it but then went back to not allowing the combine to happen. Then I have to search for the document in old history which can be hard to find.

  11. It would be very helpful if in the "Merge to Adobe PDF" function/plugin under Mailings in Microsoft Word to be able to specify a filename from the fields of my dataset. In other words, I would like to be able to have a column in my dataset that the plugin uses for naming files. It's horrible having to rename a hundred documents if you want to distribute PDFs.

  12. Retain page labels from the individual files when combining pdfs. Particularly needed for engineering drawings. Also consider allowing manually typing page labels, which would be faster than using the current dialog for non-sequential pages. Bluebeam Revu already does both of these tasks. I would prefer to stay with Acrobat, but Bluebeam is a strong pull because they understand what technical jobs need.

  13. Portfolio (mode) needs improvement. Sorting needs to be available so that sorting is possible. Removing and adding at the back is not very good design. Drag and drop of document sections should be available. (Using Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017)**** I just saw a post that is available on the Adobe DC version. (My company has not purchased that yet). Wish 2017 could have a patch update to make it happen.

  16. When creating a PDF from a .docx file from within Microsoft Word, when PDF/A compliance is set to "PDF/A-1a", text boxes will have borders in the PDF even when they do not have borders in the Word document itself. No other PDF/A compliance setting exhibits this bug.

  17. I am a musician and have been using Adobe Pro to send PDF flyers with a sound bite attached to the PDF that played when the email attachment was opened. This gave an immediate result. I am amazed to find that due to an upgrade Adobe Pro will no longer do this, instead if you send a flyer to a potential venue they have to open the email attachment, save it to a file, close it, open it again, trust it, close it and open it another time before the sound can be heard. New venues are not going to…

  18. Adobe Create PDF extension is no longer available for Firefox because Firefox has stopped supporting NAPI. I would like Adobe to develop a replacement for the Create PDF extension. It did a much better job of creating a PDF from a web page than Print to Adobe does. It also allowed the output to be added to an existing PDF file. This was very useful when you had several web pages that were essentially part of one subject or transaction. It allowed you skip saving the pages as individual files and then combining them as a separate step. Please bring…

  19. I am using the 64bit version of MS Office 365; and I having problem when converting Excel spreadsheet to PDF files, using the Adobe Create Plug-ins from Adobe DC Pro 32bit. The plug-in slow down the process in Excel at first time. When used a second time, the entire process runs faster than first time. This repeat everyday, when converting an Excel to Adobe PDF.

  20. I have a very annoying problem converting Word documents to PDF.

I use a lot of hyperlinks to PDF documents right into the Word document, then I export the Word document using Create Adobe PDF command in the ribbon.
I've noticed that when I the link points to a PDF with a filename with two or less characters the resulting PDF have a broken link.
I mean that when I link PDF file like "0.pdf" or "00.pdf" the link is broken, whereas "000.pdf" is correct.

I'm using Windows 10 with the lastest Acrobat DC and Office 365.
