Platform confusion
I recently got a new machine and moved my DC pro account over. Turns out I somehow ended up with the classic version and spent a few hours trying to figure out why I was having a lack of features on this new install. I'm just really annoyed that something so simple as notifying me that I'm not installing the right variant of a purchased product has cost me so much time.

Bug - Acrobat no longer opening files with macOS High Sierra / Security Update
Recently I updated to Security Update 2018-001 on macOS High Sierra 10.13.4 - since then, none of my Acrobat instances (DC Pro, X) works anymore: I can start Acrobat, but as soon a I try to open a file, Acrobat hangs (showing the "rolling ball") and I have to force quit. Deinstallation and re-installation did not solve the problem.

Adobe Acrobat Pro DC subscription expried
My company has a license for Adobe Acrobat for its employee's. My account has a problem where it will tell me the subscription for my Adobe Acrobat service has expired. This does not happen to any of the other accounts on our company's license yet it has happened on my account for the 4th time now. My IT person has contacted Adobe to fix the problem but it has yet to be resolved. Have other people had this problem and is there an easy solution? So far we have checked the company's admin account to ensure my account was still…

Bug Report - Acrobat DC opens, but nothing shows.
When opening Acrobat DC on Mac OS (High Sierra 10.13.3) the icon 'bounces' in the dock, shows that it's open, then is unusable. If I click the icon in the dock, nothing happens. If I control-click, and select 'Show All Windows', a blue halo appears where an application screen should be, but there's nothing there. When selecting a PDF to open, if Acrobat is 'open' nothing happens. If it is not, it goes through the normal startup with the bouncing icon in the dock, then nothing happens. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app a few different times now, as…

Your designs are ****
Your entire user experience is complete ****. When trying to uninstall an app it opens Creative Cloud and it forces you to update and then it has to use CC to uninstall it.
To remove subscriptions I had to ******* call to get something removed as there was no button to do so.
You guys are a huge company and don't give a **** about the way users actually want things done and just make it really hard to get rid of your ********* products.
Sincerely ********

Your Free Trial is not inspiring
Just wasted over an hour of my life trying to check out the free trial. It just freezes up and I wasn't able to actually try anything out. Doesn't inspire me to purchase the product.

StatusCheck2 plug-in crashing Acrobat... daily
Well, the idea is to stop the friggin' crashing of Acrobat! Just about the time that I upgraded to macOS High Sierra (currently 10.13.3), the Acrobat plug-in StatusCheck2 began crashing. Now, it crashes numerous times a day. I have found nothing to stop it.
I also have Enfocus PitStop Pro, if that makes a diff.1 vote -

Network License Management Tool
Hello Adobe Company,
We've been your customer for 10 years. We have about 400 users that have a lot PDF requirement of use but not frequently. So, we worked with Adobe supporter to deploy Acrobat to our server for user working with PDF in order.
However, Adobe suppoter confirmed that Adobe company hasn't had any solution for license management which control users using license at a point time or kick someone who forget exiting Acrobat after using.
So i hope Adobe company can develop this solution it's very very important with a company has >400 users like us that the…1 vote -

I had pdf writer installed on my Mac when it died. I tried bringing it to this new machine from my backup disk and it now wants me to buy some adobe cloud. Been on the phone on hold for hours, been on chat for hours, frankly the customer service is horrible or non-existent. Please help men get back up and running.

For Vip / Teams it would be helpful to have a Standard DC installer
Instead of having to install pro and having it downgrade when you login with your Standard license. It would make the process much smoother for Corporate end users.

Absolutely Unusable
I am running Windows 10. Since the last Adobe Acrobat Pro update, the program has been absolutely awful. Opening a document is a minute long process much less doing anything else to it. I had to download another program to be able to view PDFs for work. Very frustrating. Been like this for at least a month.

Learning how to use my subscription
After 2 years and 7 months I am just learning that I have to be signed in to use my subscription to Acrobat Dc properly. Maybe this is understood but it would have been nice if it was explained back in 2015. I have been using software that works sometime and not others. I found it hard to edit or save files at times and thought the software was a beta version (not fully tested)

2 instances of Acrobat PRO DC running concurrently
One Acrobat instance installed but 2 instances of Acrobat PRO DC running concurrently prevent PDFs from opening. Only solution is to quit "both" Acrobats and try again. Uninstalling and reinstalling Acrobat does not help. Uninstalling and reinstalling the entire ACC suite does not help either. Problems observed in three separate, not networked Macs. No Acrobat Free Reader installed on the systems either.
2 votesHi Andres,
Can you elaborate on the behavior here:
1. What happens when you open a PDF with Acrobat? Does it trigger two instances of Acrobat.
2. When you just launch Acrobat from finder, does that also trigger two separate instances. Thanks

pdf trial did not activate - already pre-existing annual purchaser
cannot activate acroat dc pro - with existing account keeps going back to Trial expired - buy, i am an annual customer already. Tried to contact live person, held on phone 20+ plus minutes, transferred and have been holding 49.51 minutes so far. Agent said "do not hang up" will take longer. This is ridiculous.. Adobe has no problem in collecting my annual fee for these services, i should have no problems in having full accessibility. What's up Adobe???
