This concerns the window for the Creative Cloud user interface. It always resets to some Adobe service that is being promoted such as Adobe Stock. This is annoying. Every time I start my computer I have to reset, first to Applications, and then again to installed applications. There appears to be no preference that will override this. I know this is very very minor, but after hundreds of repetitions of this experience, I just had to let you know how irritating it is.

Missing or non-existent Acrobat: error code 123 Sh1t
My idea is that Adobe permit me to download Adobe acrobat to my chromebook. I cannot do some things - like apply for passport pages - without Adobe and always - every time I try to download, or ignite or turn on this feature - I get to go through all the steps and then: Access Denied, or Unable to download because this computer is a chromebook or wrong password.

Since "upgrading" to Mohave, I simply cannot get my Adobe Acrobat Professional to open. I get the spinning beach ball for several minutes (yes minutes). I then check Force Quit and invariably, Adobe Acrobat Professional is "not responding". Adobe says the two are compatible, but I do not think so.

I was using the free version of Acrobat DC and now my PDFs have changed to the pro version and it tells me my subscription has expired. Grr
Please fix my problem. Idon't want the pro version.

One Click Send
Since the newest update, the send feature now requires a few more mouse clicks. Before the newest update, it was a one click send feature which myself and my colleagues would agree was much more user friendly than this new feature. I would like to have that brought back.

Lower Cost
I would gladly pay $5/month for the use of Adobe Acrobat Pro, but $15/month is far too high for the amount I use the software. Also, I would appreciate it if you would simply provide the subscription option of "Three months free" instead of waiting for me to cancel my subscription before offering me better pricing for your product. It feels like you're trying to dupe me as a customer when you do that, and it comes across as dishonest. Acrobat Pro briefly "flashes" (launches and quits) at startup (OS X 10.13.6)
Since the latest Acrobat update (Build: 19.8.20071.303822), the app briefly "flashes" (launches and quits) at startup. I checked the System Prefs/Login Items, and, as expected, I only see AdobeResourceSynchronizer there so I don't quite understand what is going on. Do you? Otherwise, the app works as advertised (so far). Thanks.

Feature request for compliance - allow Canadian customers to store Adobe cloud-hosted data/content in AWS's Canadian servers

New Pro DC subscription purchased, won't install
I paid $190 (inc. tax) on June 26 for Acrobat Pro DC - yet every time I open Acrobat, there's a little circle in the lower left hand corner saying "subscription expired" with a "buy" button beneath it - I want to know I have what I paid for!

Adobe need top make ypour acrobat more user firendly
I subscribe for the full Adobe Acrobat DC Pro. The functions, amongst which is the conversion from pdf to words.
But each time I tried to convert, the system brought me to the subscription page

My Acrobat DC is randomly crashing and I don't know why. I have unistalled and reinstalled it twice. I have done EVERYTHING on your webpage about fixing crashes. Nothing helps.

Your sign in process is idiotic. I don't have 20 minutes every day to pick cars and road signs. Please fix or I will cancel my subscription.
Fix the sign in process! Figure out an easier way to verify users. This is a complete waste of my time and the function does not work properly.

Lease too Expensive
Nearly $17/month is way too high for a single computer in a residence. The value received is minimal compared to the cost--given that MS Word will also create PDF documents. Office 365 costs a little over $100/year for a suite of programs that can be loaded on up to 5 computers in the household. Your's is $196.56 for a single program for a single computer. I will be canceling. You need to address your pricing!

May/June 2018 - Adobe Pro DC download link - NOT GOOD
Had to redo PC. Downloaded and reinstalled Adobe Pro DC. No dark theme setting available. Contacted Adobe support. Tech insisted that the only way to help was to remote in. Tech changed some registry settings and from my recollection, the spt tech installed a "repair software". Then my system started revving up terribly. I didn't like what I was seeing. I ended session, reverted back to an image before remote session. Reopened Adobe Pro DC. Turns out the download gave me 2015 (classic) vs newer. Tried to update, it said it was up to date.
