  1. Reporting on Adobe Admin Console

    I would like the ability to run usage reports in the Adobe Admin Console.

    Ideally, I would like to run reports for application usage and see what users have been using the application in the last 90 days.

    I would then like to un-assign any licenses that have not been used in the last 90 days, to free up licenses for other users that require the software.

    It would also be beneficial if there were functionality to have this process done automatically. So you set up how long you want licenses to be assigned to users and user not using…

  2. Constant crashes with Creative Suite 2018

    After years of using Creative Suite with no problems whatsoever I recently installed Creative Cloud on my Mac High Sierra 10.13.5. From day one I have endured constant crashes with Indesign and I can forget trying to use Acrobat as it just crashes constantly. I deeply resent paying for this package when it is unusable. Very unhappy!

  3. Does Adobe Acrobat Reader DC work on Android and Ipad tablels

    Does Adobe Acrobat Reader DC work on Android and I pad tablets? If so, how is it acquired as I have a subscription for a desktop for Reader DC and Acrobat Pro DC. Also would be convenient to talk to a human in your company as your current customer service is dismisal

  4. I have Adobe Pro 10 and only just now found out it is no longer supported. Adobe needs to let its subscribers know so they can upgrade.

    I just found out that my Adobe Pro 10, purchased in 2011, is no longer supported by Adobe. I was never notified that was the case. If Adobe had notified me I would have bought an upgrade. Wouldn't it be a good idea to send an e-mail to subscribers so they could spend money upgrading?

  5. New Pro DC subscription purchased, won't install

    I paid $190 (inc. tax) on June 26 for Acrobat Pro DC - yet every time I open Acrobat, there's a little circle in the lower left hand corner saying "subscription expired" with a "buy" button beneath it - I want to know I have what I paid for!

  6. Wrong ICON - shows 3d paint instead of adobe ICON

    Bug - Hello I've uninstalled and installed adobe DC and the Icon that shows up when open in Windows 10 is for 3d paint how do i correct this?

    hello,

    I have purchased the adobe dc and signed in but doesn't allow me to function. it doesn't create the pdf files as every time its saying learn more! Is there a way that you can refund my money?

  8. Is there a possibility to load the old menu from Acrobat X?

    I would like to load the old menu from Acrobat X, is that a possibility?
    Or could we have the choice of installing X instead of DC in the creative cloud subscription.
    On a side note: the Moran who changed the menu should be fired...

  10. Have Multiple accounts

    Sometimes people have two seperate adobe accounts on one computer. One for work and one personal account. we need to be able to quickly switch between accounts or be able to be signed in with different accounts on different adobe programs,

  11. Bought and installed TC, says trial expired, won't take TC serial number

    I bought and installed TC on my old computer. I think I deactivated it on the old computer when I purchased a new one and installed it on my new computer. Every time I open Acrobat, it tells me my trial has expired but it won't accept the TC serial number as valid.

    Tried the help desk on a weekend and they were unable to assist.

    I thought it had to do with the computer having Acrobat preinstalled, so I deinstalled everything and reinstalled TC. Still having the same issue. VERY ANNOYING.

  12. why is Adobe update downloading other programmes onto my PC?

    I downloaded your software update (after your prompt) and now I have a JAPANESE app on my PC (2144GameBox) that I can't get rid of because it's in JAPANESE. What the actual ****?

    No matter waht I do, Im stuck with " your trial is expired" Im a subscriber and I want to use the full features of acrobat dc. 2. FIX IT. 3. Windows. 4. Fixed. 5. Ive observed that this ****** me off.

  15. Release the full version of Acrobat DC 18.011.20040 to Creative Cloud Packager

    Why hasn't the full version of Acrobat DC 18.011.20040 been released to Creative Cloud Packager yet? The update package was released on May 14th (over two weeks ago as of writing this) and it contains security updates but we're still waiting on the full version.

  16. To be able to insert Acrobat "local" licenses in the management console

    For ease of license management, it would be good to be able to insert our Acrobat license serial numbers in the management console...

  17. Log from multiple computers at the same time. Increase the maximun of two at the same time.

    For example, give the posibility to keep the user logged from more than 2 computers but only can use simoustaneusly one. This help because me of us use more than two computers (two at home and one laptop in my case)

  18. More useful Admin Console

    Will Adobe be giving more access to this type of information from the Console. The new console is useless - it does not have any value. The main things people need to do is reassign license, resend invitation, and check usage.

  19. I AM SICK AND TIRED OF ADOBE ACROBAT SIGNING ME OUT. WHEN I BOUGHT THE DISC AT THE STORE IT DIDN'T DO THIS. I JUST NOW TRIED TO SEND A DOC

    I USE THIS EVERY DAY. ADOBE ACROBAT. IT KEEPS SIGNING E OUT. TOLD ME TODAY THAT I HAVE ADOBE 11 & I NEED TO UPGRADE & I HAVE A HARD TIME FINDING THE PLACE TO SIGN IN AGAIN. I HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR THIS ONTHLY FOR A LONG TIME. I NEVER GOT SIGNED OUT WHEN MY PURCHASED ADOBE ACROBAT WAS ON MY COMPUTER. TODAY IT TOLD ME I HAD ADOBE 11 & I NEEDED TO UPGRADE. WRONG. I HAVE TO SIGN IN AGAIN TO SEND MY DOCUMENT. RIDICULOUS.

  20. Acrobat crashes after upgrade to 18.11.20040.19174

    After an upgrade to latest version 18.11.20040.19174 of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC was installed yesterday on my machine (Windows 10 Pro, version 1709) - Acrobat crashes 90% of times when trying to open any PDF file (sometimes it opens given file correctly and after closing the application and trying to open it again - it silently crashes). There is one third-party add-in installed that I'm using which worked fine so far, but now Acrobat crashes.
