Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Usage Statics Report
It would be helpful to determine how best the User from our Enterprise ID Plan uses Adobe Acrobat Pro DC application if a report that could be generated to brief the usage statistics for a period of past 60-90 days.
It would also be helpful for us to MANAGE/RE-ALLOCATE the license to a CORE USER instead of Poor Usage User

Acrobat DC requires activation at every start-up
Acrobat DC requires activation at every start-up. A message then says there is a problem at Adobe's end and allows the app to start.

another Solution for the License activation Limit restriction please
We use Adobe Acrobat DC on physical Clients and on virtual Citrix VDI Desktops. Users now have often this terrible activation Limit popup box and have to logoff from connected devices behind.
This is a Know Issue which makes is nearly unusable to work with Adobe Acrobat DC on this two envirements together.
Adobe Enterprise Case: E-000328688
Please can you change this License activation Limit restriction in another technical solution?

Acrobat will NOT remain signed in on my computer
How about fixing the sign in feature. I sign in to Adobe Acrobat on my computer. I am constantly asked to LOG OUT OF ADOBE ON THE COMPUTER THAT IT SHOWS BEING LOGGED INTO. I CANNOT USE ACROBAT UNLESS I LOG OUT OF THIS COMPUTER.
I MUST SAY THAT THIS COMPUTER AND MY LAPTOP ARE THE ONLY TWO COMPUTER I USE THIS PROGRAM ON.
ALSO, I AM A MONTHLY SUBSCRIBER TO ALL OF YOUR PRODUCTS AND THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING.

Creative Cloud download corrupted (?)
I am a Creative Cloud user of multiple programs including Photoshop (no issues), InDesign (no issues), and others (no issues). However, a repeating error forces me to reinstall Creative Cloud, which is corrupted in some way that interferes only with Adobe Acrobat DC. After each new installation of CC, I can no longer create or edit PDFs. Error = "license or key is invalid or expired". Allowing tech support to access my computer remotely and remove the corrupted link works temporarily until I am once again forced to reinstall Creative Cloud. There's a bug in there somewhere!

Adobe CC Photography Plan interferes with existing Acrobat installation
I have a fully licensed and paid-for Acrobat DC 2015 program. The Adobe CC Photography plan has installed an 'update' that prevents me from using the program unless I pay $20 a month for a subscription to the new program. I have already paid for what I have and it satisfies my requirement once every few months to re-order pages in an Acrobat document. How can I get my paid-foir program back?

Wanted: Acrobat DC updates WITHOUT system reboot
ISSUE
- Acrobat DC on Win10 system does updates in the background without asking
- requires system reboot afterwards / otherwise no access to PDF files anymore
- the updates interrupt the whole working process and costs valuable time saving and closing all projects and rebooting the system in order to get Acrobat running again
REQUEST TO ADOBE SUPPORT
Will this be fixed in an upcoming upgrade / e.g. the announced 64-bit roll-out of Acrobat? Thanks

I can't even log into the application, won't let me hit continue after filling out my email.
I am trying to log into Adobe Acrobat to combine files, it won't let me sign in. The mini window will only let me type in my email, it will not allow me to hit continue and pressing "enter" does nothing. I paid for the service and I can't even use it.

Save Toolbar and Edit>Preference Customizations
I spent several hours customizing my work space (toolbars and preferences). Unfortunately, I had to reinstall Acrobat Pro DC. To my dismay, once reinstalled all my customizations were gone and I had to redo them all. There should be a way to save all customizations and implement them should a reinstall be necessary. It would be nice to have them all in one file that could be stored either on my computer or in my cloud account.

Acrobat DC licensing fails on Windows 10 ARM computer with CC 4.9.0.504
BACKGROUND
I have Windows 10 on Microsoft Surface Pro X laptop (ARM processor) which runs Windows 64-bit but runs apps under 32-bit emulation (unless specific ARM version available).
I have CC subscription which installed/managed 32-bit version of Adobe apps. Looks like latest version it automatically updated to was CC 4.9.0.504.
REPRO STEPS FOR CC 32/64-bit FAILURES
- I received notification that Photoshop for ARM (beta) was available and wanted to install it... --> it requires CC latest version 5.3.5.518 before I can access that version of Photoshop.
- Manually installed CC latest version 5.3.5.518 (since CC auto-update seems to have kept me on the older version…

Add more multifactor authentication options to Creative Cloud application logins (not CCDA)
We would like to have more multifactor authentication options supported in applications other than the Creative Cloud Desktop Application. We are using Shared Device Licenses in computer labs here, what they were intended for, with packages set to accept any valid AdobeID. (Access to the labs is controlled, so that no non-University people will be able to log in.) The users would like to simply open Acrobat and sign in using their university email address and password (which is a federated AdobeID using Okta authentication). If they try this, they are taken through our Okta login page, enter their multifactor…

Constantly Requiring Sign In
Why in the actual **** do I have to sign into Adobe a) every time I open it, b) multiple times throughout the day, c) when I've been working in it and suddenly I have to sign in again. It is THE MOST ANNOYING thing ever, especially when in a meeting or on a call and need to pull up a PDF just to have to sign in. I don't understand why I have to sign in every day but I could excuse it. What I don't excuse is having to do it multiple times a day. Infuriating.

Mac App Store
I want to download Adobe Acrobat Pro/Reader DC from Mac App Store, because App Store is the place where we can install apps without anxiety, and its auto update is much more convenient, and it can let us purchase the app much easier, especially for students.

How do I get RID of this thing?! It won't stop nagging me to sign in.
I signed up for the trial period. Played with it. Decided I didn't need it. However, every morning when I log in, it pops up asking me to sign in and then confirm that I don't want to. Every morning I have to banish this annoying thing. Since I don't have admin on my work machine, how the heck to I tell it to stop bothering me? Do I need to contact corporate IT and have them remove the software or can I tell it to go to sleep and never wake up again?
