  1. Release the full version of Acrobat DC 18.011.20040 to Creative Cloud Packager

    Why hasn't the full version of Acrobat DC 18.011.20040 been released to Creative Cloud Packager yet? The update package was released on May 14th (over two weeks ago as of writing this) and it contains security updates but we're still waiting on the full version.

  2. I AM SICK AND TIRED OF ADOBE ACROBAT SIGNING ME OUT. WHEN I BOUGHT THE DISC AT THE STORE IT DIDN'T DO THIS. I JUST NOW TRIED TO SEND A DOC

    I USE THIS EVERY DAY. ADOBE ACROBAT. IT KEEPS SIGNING E OUT. TOLD ME TODAY THAT I HAVE ADOBE 11 & I NEED TO UPGRADE & I HAVE A HARD TIME FINDING THE PLACE TO SIGN IN AGAIN. I HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR THIS ONTHLY FOR A LONG TIME. I NEVER GOT SIGNED OUT WHEN MY PURCHASED ADOBE ACROBAT WAS ON MY COMPUTER. TODAY IT TOLD ME I HAD ADOBE 11 & I NEEDED TO UPGRADE. WRONG. I HAVE TO SIGN IN AGAIN TO SEND MY DOCUMENT. RIDICULOUS.

  3. GCInvoker Multiple Instances

    On a Windows server where multiple end user remote to the device and use the Adobe Pro software installed, AdobeGCInvoker automatically becomes a scheduled task for each individual user and runs once every 24 hrs. If 300 users connect to the server and use the application, 300 instances of GCInvoker will become scheduled task. This is highly inefficient and undesirable. The GCInvoker should be reconfigured to only run once per day under the local administrator account on the server, thereby removing the additional clutter from the list of scheduled task on the server.   4. Bug - Acrobat no longer opening files with macOS High Sierra / Security Update

    Recently I updated to Security Update 2018-001 on macOS High Sierra 10.13.4 - since then, none of my Acrobat instances (DC Pro, X) works anymore: I can start Acrobat, but as soon a I try to open a file, Acrobat hangs (showing the "rolling ball") and I have to force quit. Deinstallation and re-installation did not solve the problem.

  5. Platform confusion

    I recently got a new machine and moved my DC pro account over. Turns out I somehow ended up with the classic version and spent a few hours trying to figure out why I was having a lack of features on this new install. I'm just really annoyed that something so simple as notifying me that I'm not installing the right variant of a purchased product has cost me so much time.

  6. Adobe Portal feature request

    Please add the ability to differentiate between ENGLISH and MULTILANGUAGE subscriptions on the Adobe Admin portal for each subscription/User. It is impossible to manage hundreds of subscriptions used over Europe without knowing who has an ENGLISH subscription and who has a MULTILANGUAGE one.

  7. Your designs are ****

    Your entire user experience is complete ****. When trying to uninstall an app it opens Creative Cloud and it forces you to update and then it has to use CC to uninstall it.

    To remove subscriptions I had to ******* call to get something removed as there was no button to do so.

    You guys are a huge company and don't give a about the way users actually want things done and just make it really hard to get rid of your ***** products.

  8. Adobe Acrobat Pro DC subscription expried

    My company has a license for Adobe Acrobat for its employee's. My account has a problem where it will tell me the subscription for my Adobe Acrobat service has expired. This does not happen to any of the other accounts on our company's license yet it has happened on my account for the 4th time now. My IT person has contacted Adobe to fix the problem but it has yet to be resolved. Have other people had this problem and is there an easy solution?   9. "Automatically install update" preference not working

    Trying to set the "updater" preference in Adobe Acrobat on Mac behaves as follows:
    - it seems to be on by default
    - one can try to turn it off. This step calls for an admin password.
    - assuming one gives a correct admin password, the pop-up window closes and it appears that the preference has been changed
    - opening the preference panel again shows that the preference has not been changed; "automatically install updates" is still on

    This error is occurring with both Acrobat Pro DC 2018 and Acrobat Pro 2017. Base O/S is MacOSX 10.12. O/S and Acrobat…

  10. I PAY $190.68 YEARLY AND CANNOT OPEN MORE THAN DOCUMENT WITHOUT ADOBE CRASHING! This sucks.

    Seriously, Adobe, why don't you work on your product stability? I bought my Acrobat DC subscription a few years ago and never questioned it until this point. Now, since Windows Creators Update, I've been toying with using Edge for my PDF purposes. So far, it's been better than my Adobe experience. In Acrobat Pro DC, when I need to EDIT/compare a document, I cannot open more than one PDF file at a time without the software crashing. Furthermore, it won't even provide the name of the document I'm working on in my TAB. See attached screenshot as evidence.

  12. StatusCheck2 plug-in crashing Acrobat... daily

    Well, the idea is to stop the friggin' crashing of Acrobat! Just about the time that I upgraded to macOS High Sierra (currently 10.13.3), the Acrobat plug-in StatusCheck2 began crashing. Now, it crashes numerous times a day. I have found nothing to stop it.
    I also have Enfocus PitStop Pro, if that makes a diff.

  16. MAKE YOUR HELP/SUPPORT NON-INSANE ****!

    I've spent over an hour trying to figure out how to activate Acrobat DC Pro with a license number. Help is useless... the instructions only say how to activate using a serial number. I tried doing a chat session to support... somebody answered, then immediately closed the session. And then it too me 15 minutes going in circles to find a phone number to call... put on hold fo 5 minutes, then transferred twice. Just to activiate a license. That's ridiculous.

  17. HELP ME RESTORE ADOBE WRITER

    I had pdf writer installed on my Mac when it died. I tried bringing it to this new machine from my backup disk and it now wants me to buy some adobe cloud. Been on the phone on hold for hours, been on chat for hours, frankly the customer service is horrible or non-existent. Please help men get back up and running.

  18. For Vip / Teams it would be helpful to have a Standard DC installer

    Instead of having to install pro and having it downgrade when you login with your Standard license. It would make the process much smoother for Corporate end users.
