Problem: cannot check the box in pop-up when trying to sign in for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC any ideas???
Just purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and installed. When I open a pdf and try to merge with another the program says I am only using a trial version???
When I try to sign in through the program I get a pop-up with terms of use and license agreement but I cannot check the box to agree to the terms and conditions so I cannot sign in...tried to contact them by phone but nobody answers...2 votesMarking this issue as resolved as there is no response from the user.

Absolutely Unusable
I am running Windows 10. Since the last Adobe Acrobat Pro update, the program has been absolutely awful. Opening a document is a minute long process much less doing anything else to it. I had to download another program to be able to view PDFs for work. Very frustrating. Been like this for at least a month.

Adobe XI-Professional-MAC Version 11.0.23 Crash
Adobe XI-Professional-MAC Version 11.0.23 is craching after an update of MAC OS High Sierra Version 10.13.2 (17C88). Some times it fails while saving files other than desktop and most of the time system crahes while signing the document.

pdf trial did not activate - already pre-existing annual purchaser
cannot activate acroat dc pro - with existing account keeps going back to Trial expired - buy, i am an annual customer already. Tried to contact live person, held on phone 20+ plus minutes, transferred and have been holding 49.51 minutes so far. Agent said "do not hang up" will take longer. This is ridiculous.. Adobe has no problem in collecting my annual fee for these services, i should have no problems in having full accessibility. What's up Adobe???

Acrobat Pro DC crashes after opening / closing some docs in sequence
- Open a pdf file using AVDoc.Open(...);
- Close opened pdf file by clicking window close button (Acrobat main window)
- Repeat this sequence 3-5 times without waiting too long
- Crash will happen shortly after opening (pdf ist already visible)
- Crash will not happen, if Acrobat main window hasn't been closed (close tabsheet instead)
- Crash will not happen, if Acrobat Stnadard DC is used

2 instances of Acrobat PRO DC running concurrently
One Acrobat instance installed but 2 instances of Acrobat PRO DC running concurrently prevent PDFs from opening. Only solution is to quit "both" Acrobats and try again. Uninstalling and reinstalling Acrobat does not help. Uninstalling and reinstalling the entire ACC suite does not help either. Problems observed in three separate, not networked Macs. No Acrobat Free Reader installed on the systems either.
2 votesHi Andres,
Can you elaborate on the behavior here:
1. What happens when you open a PDF with Acrobat? Does it trigger two instances of Acrobat.
2. When you just launch Acrobat from finder, does that also trigger two separate instances. Thanks

Dialog/Info Box API display defects
Bug Report - The text in these API's are stunningly useless to me. Check these screenshots and send this issue to someone who knows how to fix it. I've been dealing with this problem, and have tried to get it resolved, since day 1 of my purchase of Adobe Pro XI. My other Adobe products have some of these same defects in the API's. These boxes are unreadable. No adjustment to screen display or resolution or in the program preferences makes a bit of difference.

Too many similar products - very confusing.
I don't understand the differences between Acrobat Pro, Acrobat DC and other (maybe?) similar products. I get confused over which features I have. I’m not even sure which license I have, because I used to have Acrobat X Pro, then I was upgraded to DC without knowing how or why or being given a choice or understanding what that meant. I’ve now had DC for quite a while, but when I logged into a different device, it wanted me to buy a license.
Please straighten all this out and explain it so we can all understand what we have and…

Acrobat Pro 8 Feature
Hi Team,
The functionality of PDF comparison that was available in Acrobat Pro 8 was great and would like to use the same, could you please guide, if we have license for Acrobat Pro DC then we could use the earlier version.
Especially for textual comparison of pdfs.
Thanks,

Problem: separate licenses needed for individual computers that dual-boot to Mac OS and Windows.
Having to purchase separate licenses for a single computer running as a dual-boot environment is highly problematic.
Only one licenses is used at a time!

Better update UX
Acrobat will sometimes generate a pop-up that says "Update completed!" with two options: "Restart Now" and "Cancel". Naturally, I assumed that "Restart Now" meant restart Acrobat. Because that's what it means in every other application on my computer, from Firefox and Chrome, to Intellij, to Microsoft Word, to Steam, and so on. In reality, that innocuous looking button immediately restarted my entire computer, without any sort of warning or confirmation prompt. I've twice lost work (from other applications, like my web browser) because I forgot that in Adobe's world, a user is going to want to immediately restart their entire…

Acrobat Pro Installer should identify error cause
Downloaded Adobe Acrobat Pro v. 17 purchased via order 142075619 on a MacPro desktop running OS 10.9.5 (Maverick). I used the serial number posted. Near the end of the installation process it says that it cannot be completed because of an error. But it does not explain what error it is. Checked disk for permission problems, tried again, same error. I am at a loss because the installer does not identify the error.
Please advice how to proceed.2 votesMarking this issue as resolved as there is no response from the user.
