  1. I have to Uninstall and re install Adobe about 3 to 4 times a month on both of my computers due to a "internal error reported". I run repairs and spend hours trying to fix these issues to only do the same thing over and over with uninstalling and installing again. I have even contacted Quickbooks to see if it is maybe on their end but they can't figure it out either. If there is a bug that needs fixing please do so.

  2. Hi Team,

    We have to request to remove disabled users automatically if exist in Admin console, as it is time consuming to remove bulk users manually.
    We are aware of the workflow but we are looking for automated approach not like below:
    the sync is one way process it syncs the user from the Associated AD to the admin console, in case the user is removed from the source AD account, the user is not deleted from Admin console rather the status turns disabled in the Admin console. So ideally after the user's status is disabled that should not occupy…

  3. The AutoUpdate functionality should include the large annual "Upgrades". Version 2022-2023 does not currently update via the autoupdate function and requires administrators to build and deploy an entirely new package every year.

  4. I love the idea of the TRANSITIONINSTALLMODE=3 command line parameter! Because this behind the scene removes the previous 32-bit versions of Reader and Acrobat while installing the new 64-bit unified app. Removing Acrobat usually is a pain because if any other Adobe processes are running, eg acrobat, AcroRd32, photoshop etc then those processes have to be terminated or the install fails.

    However there appears to be a version check when using the parameter and so in the scenario where ARM is self updating the 32-bit app and installs say a latest optional update which is a higher version…

  6. Hello,

    Would it be possible to have a license checkup system? Most users need Acrobat to generate PDF files directly from it or from third party software, using the PDF Maker functionality. However, not all users run Acrobat every 30 days and they get a License not registered message. Would it be possible to have a system that checks if the license is valid and keep it activated on the workstations, regardless if the users run Acrobat Pro or not?

  7. Like so many before, I want to have control over my own computer. If I ever had any reason to want a desktop shortcut for Adobe, I could create one. Or I could request one on install. I have NEVER wanted one. So one should not appear on my desktop every few days, no matter how many times I delete it or hide it.

The "Create a Package" option of the Adobe Admin Console's Packages link for enterprise licenses only offers a "Self-Service Package" that does not allow for MECM deployment and Customization Wizard customizing, or a "Managed Package" that also forces the Creative Cloud Application Desktop Manager.
    Please include the third option of a Direct Installer Package that allows us to find, download, and customize an Adobe Acrobat-only installation (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html).

  14. I have install Acrobat Pro DC. I go to print production to use preflight but i can΄t . I receive a message : "Preflight is getting installed. Please wait to use this tool". Nothing happend. I wait all day (up to 12hours) and i receive again and again the same responce. Any ideas? Thanks

  15. This feature request is raised in behalf of user
    Adobe serial number prompt for subscription user
    This error occured due to old license file which was available on system as Acrobat was transitioned from 2017 to Acrobat Pro DC.

    Issue is resolved by adding IsNGLEnforced serial key.

    • If adding registry is fixing the issue, it should be available by default on every system when application is installed. -It will eliminate such error in future.

  18. I keep having an issue where adobe updates and when it updates it changes from 32bit to 64bit. This is a major issue since I use some software that is 32bit based and when adobe updates it can not communicate with this software. this is where I will have to manually uninstall the 64-bit version for the 32bit. I have tried a few regedits to try and fix this issue however it still manages to update, I have also tried disabling the update service and task schedule.

  20. Please stop using DMG's directly or indirectly within the install process. This is particularly important in CCDA where DMG's are used and we have no ability to amend this workflow.
