  3. The "Create a Package" option of the Adobe Admin Console's Packages link for enterprise licenses only offers a "Self-Service Package" that does not allow for MECM deployment and Customization Wizard customizing, or a "Managed Package" that also forces the Creative Cloud Application Desktop Manager.
    Please include the third option of a Direct Installer Package that allows us to find, download, and customize an Adobe Acrobat-only installation (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html).

  7. I have install Acrobat Pro DC. I go to print production to use preflight but i can΄t . I receive a message : "Preflight is getting installed. Please wait to use this tool". Nothing happend. I wait all day (up to 12hours) and i receive again and again the same responce. Any ideas? Thanks

  8. This feature request is raised in behalf of user
    Adobe serial number prompt for subscription user
    This error occured due to old license file which was available on system as Acrobat was transitioned from 2017 to Acrobat Pro DC.

    Issue is resolved by adding IsNGLEnforced serial key.

    • If adding registry is fixing the issue, it should be available by default on every system when application is installed. -It will eliminate such error in future.

  11. I keep having an issue where adobe updates and when it updates it changes from 32bit to 64bit. This is a major issue since I use some software that is 32bit based and when adobe updates it can not communicate with this software. this is where I will have to manually uninstall the 64-bit version for the 32bit. I have tried a few regedits to try and fix this issue however it still manages to update, I have also tried disabling the update service and task schedule.

  13. Please stop using DMG's directly or indirectly within the install process. This is particularly important in CCDA where DMG's are used and we have no ability to amend this workflow.

  14. When our users were migrated to the new Business Profiles overnight on 9/7/2021 all lost their ability to use Acrobat, and our team had to go through and remove and reattached all users licenses.

  15. why doesnt this open a complete document any more?
    why does it stall and its only offering is "not responding"?
    does creative cloud have so many bugs that it has to update itself every other day?

  17. Currently versions of Adobe Acrobat suite have 2 forms of updates.
    Manual and Auto.
    Unfortunately on the auto update, Minimal controls exist. So corporate users have to either deploy a server to host all auto updates and publish as they become available. OR accept that the latest version will be applied immediately as they become available.

    The hosted server, is an option, but will put further pressure on VPN's as users are most likely to work in a hybrid home/office environment.

    What would be useful is borrowed from googles approach with Chrome, where a simple policy or registry key can…

  18. Even though I installed Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Standard in my new computer, I don't use its software due to the activation problem. My software S/N is 1016-1166-0657-7645-3866-7335.   19. When installing, we get the message that the software is installed on too many devices. Why not do like Dropbox and tell the customer these are the devices this software in on...and then ask which would you like to deactivate...simple, particularly in the cases where the previous device is no longer available and cannot be deactivated by the user.
