just installed new System on NRW Computer incl. Adobe cc. Acrobat Dc is Not Running. Deinstalled and reinstalled several times .

Just today unable to update Acrobat DC - have Norton Security & all required Adobe access is enabled. I've restarted Mac several times & no luck. Using Mac OS High Sierra, 10.13.6 - the most current. No changes in my system - I've had no previous problem w/this version of iOS & Acrobat DC. Thanks!1 vote
My Acrobat DC (Order number: ADD030792008BR) close immediately a few seconds after opening in my notebook and also in my PC. Moreover, if I try to use it, it stands open only a few seconds. Also, I can not print any document with my Adobe pdf printer. So, I have bought a program that I cannot use. Fortunately I did not uninstalled Acrobat 11 Pro!. What can I do? I did not installed Acrobat DC corectly? My PC is a DELL Precision Tower 3620 and my notebook is a DELL Precision M1400. All my other programs work fine. Feature request for compliance - allow Canadian customers to store Adobe cloud-hosted data/content in AWS's Canadian servers
My feature request is specifically related to Adobe's use of Amazon Web Services to store the identity management details (first name, last name, email address) that a named user account requires to have registered with Adobe. My request is to leverage AWS regional location capabilities to store the data and content in AWS Canada's servers for Adobe's Canadian customers. My business has been advised that release of new serialized versions of Acrobat (and some other Adobe products) will end in 2018, and that I am to move to named user licensing. My organization is public sector and located in British Columbia, which has strict privacy legislation, known as FIPPA, which under section 30.1 states "A public body must ensure that personal information in its custody or under its control is stored only in Canada and accessed only in Canada..." (see http://www.bclaws.ca/civix/document/id/complete/statreg/96165_03#section30.1). It is unclear to me if I can remain FIPPA-compliant as an Adobe customer once I am required to leverage named user licensing to access new versions of Adobe software. You really chase away clients. You gave me a order number but then you ask me for another number that you didn't give me ... where is the logic with this? I have Adobe Pro 10 and only just now found out it is no longer supported. Adobe needs to let its subscribers know so they can upgrade.
I just found out that my Adobe Pro 10, purchased in 2011, is no longer supported by Adobe. I was never notified that was the case. If Adobe had notified me I would have bought an upgrade. Wouldn't it be a good idea to send an e-mail to subscribers so they could spend money upgrading?

Bought and installed TC, says trial expired, won't take TC serial number
I bought and installed TC on my old computer. I think I deactivated it on the old computer when I purchased a new one and installed it on my new computer. Every time I open Acrobat, it tells me my trial has expired but it won't accept the TC serial number as valid.
Tried the help desk on a weekend and they were unable to assist.
I thought it had to do with the computer having Acrobat preinstalled, so I deinstalled everything and reinstalled TC. Still having the same issue. VERY ANNOYING.1 vote

GCInvoker Multiple Instances
On a Windows server where multiple end user remote to the device and use the Adobe Pro software installed, AdobeGCInvoker automatically becomes a scheduled task for each individual user and runs once every 24 hrs. If 300 users connect to the server and use the application, 300 instances of GCInvoker will become scheduled task. This is highly inefficient and undesirable. The GCInvoker should be reconfigured to only run once per day under the local administrator account on the server, thereby removing the additional clutter from the list of scheduled task on the server. Bug - Acrobat no longer opening files with macOS High Sierra / Security Update
Recently I updated to Security Update 2018-001 on macOS High Sierra 10.13.4 - since then, none of my Acrobat instances (DC Pro, X) works anymore: I can start Acrobat, but as soon a I try to open a file, Acrobat hangs (showing the "rolling ball") and I have to force quit. Deinstallation and re-installation did not solve the problem.1 vote
I recently got a new machine and moved my DC pro account over. Turns out I somehow ended up with the classic version and spent a few hours trying to figure out why I was having a lack of features on this new install. I'm just really annoyed that something so simple as notifying me that I'm not installing the right variant of a purchased product has cost me so much time.1 vote

Please add the ability to differentiate between ENGLISH and MULTILANGUAGE subscriptions on the Adobe Admin portal for each subscription/User. It is impossible to manage hundreds of subscriptions used over Europe without knowing who has an ENGLISH subscription and who has a MULTILANGUAGE one.1 vote
