  2. On the phone I made an appointment for the internet installation. Later on I received information about the appointed date and time different. Please confirm the exact appointment date and time for installing the Virgin Internet at my home. Appreciate for your

  3. I just upgraded to a new macbook using macOS 11.2.3 Big Sur, and the licensing app for Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 won't load/proceed now. I try to open Pro, the licensing app pops up instead, I click "Sign In Now," and the next screen is entirely blank (see screenshot). I tried the Terminal sudo fix that previously worked for an earlier OS, but it did nothing, I uninstalled and reinstalled it, and I'm still having the same issue.

My idea is that Adobe would re-engineer how Adobe Acrobat Premium and Adobe PDF Pack work together on a IOS and Windows Device seamlessly or, and allow the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC to carry over from a computer to a phone seamlessly, since it is the update to Acrobat Premium. I also would like Adobe Acrobat Premium to be a feature that works on both IOS devices and Windows devices seamlessly instead of one only working on the computer at a time or not at all due to programming.

  7. How about fixing the sign in feature. I sign in to Adobe Acrobat on my computer. I am constantly asked to LOG OUT OF ADOBE ON THE COMPUTER THAT IT SHOWS BEING LOGGED INTO. I CANNOT USE ACROBAT UNLESS I LOG OUT OF THIS COMPUTER.

    I MUST SAY THAT THIS COMPUTER AND MY LAPTOP ARE THE ONLY TWO COMPUTER I USE THIS PROGRAM ON.

    ALSO, I AM A MONTHLY SUBSCRIBER TO ALL OF YOUR PRODUCTS AND THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING.

  8. I am a Creative Cloud user of multiple programs including Photoshop (no issues), InDesign (no issues), and others (no issues). However, a repeating error forces me to reinstall Creative Cloud, which is corrupted in some way that interferes only with Adobe Acrobat DC. After each new installation of CC, I can no longer create or edit PDFs. Error = "license or key is invalid or expired". Allowing tech support to access my computer remotely and remove the corrupted link works temporarily until I am once again forced to reinstall Creative Cloud. There's a bug in there somewhere!

  9. I have a fully licensed and paid-for Acrobat DC 2015 program. The Adobe CC Photography plan has installed an 'update' that prevents me from using the program unless I pay $20 a month for a subscription to the new program. I have already paid for what I have and it satisfies my requirement once every few months to re-order pages in an Acrobat document. How can I get my paid-foir program back?

  10. I am trying to log into Adobe Acrobat to combine files, it won't let me sign in. The mini window will only let me type in my email, it will not allow me to hit continue and pressing "enter" does nothing. I paid for the service and I can't even use it.

  12. BACKGROUND

    I have Windows 10 on Microsoft Surface Pro X laptop (ARM processor) which runs Windows 64-bit but runs apps under 32-bit emulation (unless specific ARM version available).

    I have CC subscription which installed/managed 32-bit version of Adobe apps. Looks like latest version it automatically updated to was CC 4.9.0.504.

    REPRO STEPS FOR CC 32/64-bit FAILURES

    1. I received notification that Photoshop for ARM (beta) was available and wanted to install it... --> it requires CC latest version 5.3.5.518 before I can access that version of Photoshop.
    2. Manually installed CC latest version 5.3.5.518 (since CC auto-update seems to have kept me on the older version…

  14. We would like to have more multifactor authentication options supported in applications other than the Creative Cloud Desktop Application. We are using Shared Device Licenses in computer labs here, what they were intended for, with packages set to accept any valid AdobeID. (Access to the labs is controlled, so that no non-University people will be able to log in.) The users would like to simply open Acrobat and sign in using their university email address and password (which is a federated AdobeID using Okta authentication). If they try this, they are taken through our Okta login page, enter their multifactor…

  17. It is not possible to install the new Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 for mac at Mac OS Sierra Version 10.12.6. on a MacBook Pro from 2017

    What should one do in this situation?
    * Install any possible Mac OS Update? (Hard change just motivated by one failure at Acrobat) at which Mac OS Version does Acrobat Pro secure work?
    * Claim the sold (Not Cheap) Software package and use alternative product for macbook?

    Please help fast because reclamation time is going away.

  18. Using the chat feature, I was informed that the customer service representative would need to remotely access my computer to fix my issue. He told me I would have to agree to remote connection as well as to have my screen recorded for quality assurance purposes. I informed him that I did not want my screen recorded, to which he told me that was not something that Adobe could support.

    When I opened the remote sharing filed, the user agreement clearly states "We record sessions for quality assurance and training purposes. You may choose to not have your session recorded…

  20. why does adobe logout of my account without asking me? It occurs on Win10. Logs out and closes all of the files I have open. Makes me start with new document. Very frustrating.
