  1. Received the following install error when upgrading acrobat 9.3.0 to 9.5.5 using installation file downloaded from link supplied by Adobe tech support.

    In 11 Oct, 2013, I bought a full license of CS6.0 (Adobe order no. 138180935) and 4 license of Acrobat Professional 11.0 together (Adobe order no. 138180935, cert ID: 11782938). After installing my CS6.0 for many years, I did not notice that the CS6.0 I have purchased came with an older Acrobat X Pro. I was shocked to find out the laptop where I have installed CS6.0 has an old Acrobat X Pro that cannot be updated to Acrobat XI Pro. All other laptops and PCs have Acrobat XI Pro.   8. Good day, every month I get the same billing problem. For most of the month, I don't have any money in my account.I get paid only then 15th of every month.

    If my pay day falls into a weekend, i.e. a Saturday or a Sunday, then I get paid on the Friday before the weekend.

    I find that there is no flexibility regarding my payments to yourselves.

  11. I was trying your product to see if I would buy it and I entered grad school and need photo editing software. **** NAH!!! The constant updating is insane. It's slowing my computer way down and I have to hunt through each program this ****** app installed on my computer to stop them. AND even then it doesn't stop. Why do you all think ANY program needs to be searching for an update 24 hours a day!?!?

  17. Right now in our adobe admin console we have one pool irrespective of geographic location. So if one admin has purchased 100 licenses from apac region then that admin should only be able to see 100 licenses with 100 apac users and likewise LATAM admin should only be able to see LATAM pool with LATAM users and so on.

  18. Running Adobe Acrobat DC 20.012.20048 on Windows 10 Pro 10.0.18363. Whenever a non-admin user launches the software, the software will freeze for 10-15 seconds, then start working normally again. When an admin user launches the software, it starts running fine without freezing. We assume this is a file permissions issue. Tried reinstalling, reverting to old version, and changing file permissions. Tried working with Adobe Support but they ultimately ran out of ideas.
