  2. Hi Team,

    This is to check with you on how to suppress the acrobat pro installation from Adobe CCDA version 5.1.0.407 (windows 10) environment. Acrobat pro should not be installed from CCDA.

    As we are seperately deploying the Acrobat pro applications in our organisation. we don't our user's to install the same from Adobe CCDA application.

  3. I am editing a 323 page book. Page numbers are a nightmare. Roman numerals are not available for the Preface. I cannot get Customer Service on the phone. I was on hold 28 minutes, then had to call Sale (which answered the phone) to route me to Customer Service. I have now been in hold for 23 minutes. Terrible customer service. I am paying for nothing .

  4. Adobe Pro Individual (1 app 1 installation use 1-2 times a week) is 2 times as expensive as microsoft office business suite (7 apps 5 installations use most days) and Adobe causes double the problems.
    I understand your money hungry, but if you cannot provide the extremely expensive subscription service I will cancel and move to an alternative.
    Some of which for a lifetime license are less than half the price for a one year subscription from you

  5. There should be no limit for purchasing licenses each month. As a system admin, it takes time and effort to go through chat support to have additional licenses purchased instead of being able to do it yourself. This is definitely a must for every system administrator. Plus, I'm not comfortable with the idea of the support team of being able to purchase on behalf of the company.

  7. This covers security also..

    I had a very helpful call with support this morning who advised they would pass this idea onto your devs, and I would post it here also.

    We use Windows Virtual Desktop, fairly new virtualization service by Microsoft and it would make sense for Adobe to implement the ability to automate a signout from Adobe/Acrobat or a timeout at least for the following reasons.

    Our WVD solution contains hostpools(pools of machines), when a user logs in, a random machine will be allocated to the user. For convenience purposes an autosign out would be great.

  9. When migrating users from a VIP Teams license to a VIP-E license, users will still show they own a Teams license after migration and this is confusing.

    La applicazione Acrobat 8 Professional funzionava perfettamente in Windows 7 e la attivazione temporanea di 30 giorni funziona perfettamente in Windows 10. Poichè in questo momento posso accontentarmi delle funzionalità del vecchio prodotto vorrei attivarlo.
    Voglio segnalare che è un comportamento scorretto quello di impedire la attivazione della licenza di Acrobat Pro S/N 1118-1766-8883-8567-7953-6120 visto che a suo tempo ho comprato una licenza perpetua. Si tratta da parte di Adobe di una infrazione al contratto di licenza perpetua che ha come unico limite il numero di attivazioni…

  12. I had a perfectly functional version of Acrobat. The Acrobat DC trial was suggested, so I tried it. But it deleted my old version and I am unable to roll back, and the disks are in storage on the other side of the world, so I now have no versions of Acrobat. This is a poor way to encourage users to purchase new product, which in my case did not work.

  14. all my CS 4 Master Collection programs say they are not compatible with CC I have win 8.1 dell notebook 8 megs of ram,
    I will upgrade ram next month, and os as well if needed.

    in creative cloud mode master collection cs3 keeps saying itis in trial mode 29 days left

    I spent 5 hours loading up my master collections yesterday, only to fail on the last disk #4
    What a nightmare then it failed on the last disk 4 of cs4, Master Collection I think it had to do with acrobat 9 pros, because acrobat 9 pro updated…

    we use free seating and we have a Cirix environment. Our users complains about the information, that they have to log out from a session when they want open the next open. Why is it the job f the user to do this, Adobe has the information and can disconnect every connection automatically. THIS IS WHAT WE NEED:

  19. I purchased a subscription to Acrobat DC on 12/16/2019. I now have to use a trial version of Acrobat DC because whenever I open Acrobat it says I have to use a 7 day trail version or buy it again. What do I have to do to fix this?

  20. The installation of Acrobat Pro DC on Mac using the Creative Cloud desktop app fails with error code 101 (see attached screenshot).

    Looking at the attached install.log file in /Library/logs/Adobe/Installers I see that ASUInstaller exits with error code 183.
    This is the installation summary:
