  2. Hi! Since i downgraded my acount to no longer access Acrobat dc my Creative Cloud app doesn't allow me to uinstall the app, and windows won't let me delete the software files. Adobe Acrobat DC is neighter to be found in the windows uinstall program-list.
But the program is fully installed on my computer, and when opened, it tells me that it is no longer part of my plan, and gives me no other option than to sign up for an other period.

But i would like to get rid of it to go back to acrobat reader.

    Some help…

  4. My concern is with the new Adobe policy of license-based software. I was extremely frustrated when I was out-of-the-blue prompted to log in to Adobe just to open a pdf. My saved log-in did not work, and I was unable to open my flight document, which was a big problem for me in the moment. I have now solved that problem (by switching pdf viewers, to Preview). However, the root of my dissatisfaction is with the Adobe licensing system. I am a paid subscriber, and this system is not working for me. I absolutely do not want to be told…

  5. I have just wasted AT LEAST two hours of my time that will never come back trying to find a way to use the CD i bought some time ago and was told that i could download another version of it with a new attached serial number that would allow it to work although it is old.
Long story short ......hours of time waiting, inefficient language skills from customer service reps and in the final analysis a piece of software that definitely no longer works and that is known by you but not mentioned to customers. It is not the…

  7. I have a Team Account (work email address) for Acrobat Pro
I have a personal account (personal email) for Creative Cloud Photography Plan.
I use both work laptop and personal desktop for work application.
I wish to remain logged into CC for LR access, but when I want to use Acrobat Pro, I am forced to swap ID. As Acrobat Pro is my default PDF viewer, this happens a lot.
The answer given was to ask my corporate Adobe Acount Admin to use my personal email address not my work email.
    This is mad.
Corporates don't make this easy. I…

  8. I probably shouldn't have to, because I get an adobe package from my employer, but I paid $190 for a one year Acrobat Pro DC subscription on June 26, 2018. 5 months later, I'm getting a message that my subscription has expired.
    My order # is/ was: ADB034255491
Either fix the problem or refund my money.

  10. BUG - Licence Activation is standalone and not connected to Creative Cloud

We have Creative Cloud collection subscription and the licence activation to acrobat is not connected to being signed into Creative Cloud.
so you have to sign in twice.
Please fix this so it is part of the whole family. We should only have to sign in once to activate all the software in creative cloud suite.

    thanks

  11. If a customer wants to purchase more than 1 subscription, they should not have to create a second email and sign in as a separate customer. In order to buy 2 subscriptions, I have to create a separate email, separate password, and sign in separately under a second Adobe ID.

  12. Affordability is way over the top for this idea. A program that is so widely used by most everyone is dangled at us like a bone on a string and we cannot afford to purchase it. A few dollars to thousands of people who can afford it, is millions to a few who cannot make ends meet everyday. Why is there not concessions made for those who simply cannot afford it. The supposed "free" PDF programs are not free, or at least I cannot find one that is. This is ridiculous. Prior to becoming disabled, I went to school and…

  14. Acrobat DC. since the update on 10.23.18, will not open files, making it rather useless. I have tried uninstall/reinstall; this will get one file opened one time. On a second launch, it again will not open any file. Am I going to have to uninstall/reinstall EVERY time I want to open a file?

    Hi,

Could you please let us know the following information:
    1) Version of Acrobat DC you are using.
    2) Which OS are you on.
    3) What happens when you try to open Acrobat (Any error message? or Acrobat doesn’t launch?)

    Thanks

  15. Bug Report. 10/14/18 Windows 10 update 1803 broke the ability to assign adobe as the default app for .tif files. I can assign any other offered app (paint, sketch, photo). I had to do a system restore to revert back to temporarily correct this issue.

  16. This concerns the window for the Creative Cloud user interface. It always resets to some Adobe service that is being promoted such as Adobe Stock. This is annoying. Every time I start my computer I have to reset, first to Applications, and then again to installed applications. There appears to be no preference that will override this. I know this is very very minor, but after hundreds of repetitions of this experience, I just had to let you know how irritating it is.

  18. Since "upgrading" to Mohave, I simply cannot get my Adobe Acrobat Professional to open. I get the spinning beach ball for several minutes (yes minutes). I then check Force Quit and invariably, Adobe Acrobat Professional is "not responding". Adobe says the two are compatible, but I do not think so.
