  2. The current licensing requires an Enterprise admin to touch every single user to have them logout, then log back in whenever the license renews. Adobe also sends users an email directly stating that their license is about to expire, creating unneeded panic among users. For the Enterprise version this should only happen with the Admins. Regular users should never know or have to touch their applications other than to just use them.

  4. To ensure our client/users fully utilize our license subscription or as PDF reader only, it really appreciates if we can have a tools/inventory report where we can view the usage of the license as well which Acrobat type and version installed to ensure it synchronize and updated to latest release version. It will be an excellence Inventory tools where we can monitor, manage, and take appropriate action where client always installed acrobat with latest version updated.
If the tools can also reflect if there is an issue (error code) why the version installed is not updated to latest version -…

  5. A new report in the Console that shows users who have not downloaded the program after a license has been assigned to them.

  6. All I want to do is:
    - Combine PDFs
    - Remove pages
    - Rotate pages
    - Basic editing

I'm not going to spend $450 USD on Acrobat Standard, and I'm certainly not going to waste money on a yearly subscription for a product I only use a few times a month.

If an "Acrobat Lite" version were offered for $150 USD or less, I would purchase it, but since they don't, Adobe makes $0 off me.

  7. The update loads tool long: it stops at 90%, continues to progress but does not go further.
    What is the problem?
Tell, please, how to solve it or it is ok?

  8. Much like another feature being requested, I would like to see a breakdown in the Admin console of not just licenses allocated or used, but also when they were last used.

For example, do I have a user that just opens/reads PDF's all day and doesn't need Standard DC, or do I have a user that isn't using all the features of Pro and could be downgraded to Standard?

We have close to 3,000 users of Adobe products, it is going to be a tedious pain in my rump if I have to automate the removal of ALL the installed…

  9. I am running CC applications using my personal account on my Mac (Mac OS Monterey) and on Windows (Win 11). I occasionally need to run Acrobat Pro on those machines using my business (academic) account. It seems that it is not possible to do that without a lot of effort. As I understand it, I would have to log out of all of my CC applications, then try to log into Acrobat with my other account, then reverse the process to go back to CC. No one in their right mind would want to do this regularly.

    Adobe's login and…

  10. I contracted for 30 Acrobat Pro DC accounts last year and the automatic renewal is on Dec 10 2021.
My company would like to use the program for 1 more year with changed number of licenses so I asked to cancel the automatic recurring to the ADOBE KOREA customer care team and got answered that they cannot help me with this issue.
They told me I have to cancel the payment on the exact day and if I want to cancel it beforehand, I cannot use the program right away even though the contracted term still remains more than 2…

  11. At the time of new installation, the repaired installation folder of
    "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\acrocef_1 "has already been gene.

Normally, this folder is a recognition generated during installation repair,
but why does it already exist?

Also, the process that actually starts uses the one in that folder
    ("C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\acrocef_1\AcroCEF.exe").

    Installation environment
    Windows10Pro 21H1

    Version

  12. Unfortunately, we have found there is no current way that Adobe allows clients to track their perpetual licensing. When I found that my predecessor had not shared which devices our Adobe Pro perpetual licenses were installed on, we have no way of knowing who has the licenses without a severe amount of legwork. It would be supportive to the client to provide some means of tracking which machines perpetual licenses are currently linked to, especially in the case where a machine gets wiped and a license may still be linked to that machine. Thank you kindly Adobe Dev folks for…

  15. I signed up for the trial period. Played with it. Decided I didn't need it. However, every morning when I log in, it pops up asking me to sign in and then confirm that I don't want to. Every morning I have to banish this annoying thing. Since I don't have admin on my work machine, how the heck to I tell it to stop bothering me? Do I need to contact corporate IT and have them remove the software or can I tell it to go to sleep and never wake up again?

  16. Your software auto-updated and forced me to restart in the middle of a workflow which was a massive pain. Make it optional so I can install at the end of the day like a normal program.

  19. For my business, our company acquired a subscription for four licenses Acrobat Pro DC through Creative Cloud for Teams. I manage the team and I am one of the four licensees. For all this, I made an Adobe ID using my business e-mail address.
On a personal level, I use Lightroom with a different Adobe ID, using my personal e-mail address, also on a subscription basis (but with different payment details, of course).
Until Friday 14 May 2020 there was no problem in using both programs (with different Adobe ID’s) at the same time. Since Friday (did we get an…

  20. It has taken me an hour to get clear information on the options for purchasing Acrobat. I couldn't find any information on how to buy the 'perpetual licence' or what this entailed - nor what the differences are between the subscription and one-time purchase. I had to ask all these questions through an incredibly inefficient online chat. This information should be freely available and transparent for customers - companies generally do this so that customers don't waste hours and end up feeling vaguely conned before they have even bought anything. Apart from that issue, I suggest a subscription service that…
