Did NOT have automatic updates on and still updated
I really do not appreciate starting work and finding a whole new update unexpectedly when I have work to do! I do not have auto updates on and was not even signed into Adobe. Please stop updating without warning!

single user disc and license
Involuntarily upgraded to W10. Now, my older Acrobat versions no longer work.
Current Win version: 10.0.17134 Build 17134
Am now retired but MANY pdf files/documents from years past that are no longer accessible.
Need a single user disc and license for my single computer. NOT CLOUD -- internet not stable.
Sharing, collaboration, team stuff totally not needed.
Too old for school discount and my military access ended with retirement.
Is there a simple solution, relatively inexpensive solution for those of us who still need your product?

keep customizations on update
I customized my toolbar, digging through various menus to add the buttons I use frequently. Today Acrobat DC installed an update, and now my customized toolbar is back to the default. It's taking me forever to find the features I use and re-add them to my toolbar. I have deadlines! I have time pressures! I don't need this ****! I customized my toolbar for good reasons! Why can't my toolbar buttons stay where I put them???

Bug in Output Intents after upgrade to Acrobat Pro DC 2019.008.20071
Hello,
a few days ago, Acrobat Pro DC was upgraded to version 2019 a
today I found that it shows the wrong CMYK values for Output Intents.
To calibrate RIP, I have created in Adobe Illustrator PDF-X4 file with CMYK values. I checked out that Acrobat showed me poor CMYK values.

I need it on Linux - Kubuntu
I need your full suite of products, specially those related to pdf, (reader, editor, etc.), for work on Linux, kubuntu or Debian.
I know of there are many companies of the lack of these tools jeopardize the switch of the work stations to Linux, for the daily office task.4 votesHi,

Problems with Pitstop tools after updating Acrobat DC
After an update of Acrobat DC has been installed on our computers:
the PitStop Pro toolbars had disappeared and
the PitStop Pro selection tool frequently becomes unresponsiveWindows specifications: Windows 10 Pro / version 1709 / OS Build 16299.98

Must make it available to see who has activated their license and who hasn't
I am an admin who manages the Adobe Portal for hundreds of licenses at my company. With the new portal, it doesn't allow me as the admin of our portal to see who has activated their license. This is a HUGE issue for us. We used to be able to see who had activated it and who hadn't and if they hadn't, we would remove their license and give it to another user. This is no longer available. Making improvements shouldn't remove options, but add some. This new bug is HUGE for my company. This new portal is going back…

Acrobat taskbar icon uses Photoshop icon
In Windows 10, Acrobat DC's taskbar and start menu shortcut icons randomly switch to using the Photoshop icon. Acrobat DC is the only program that exhibits this problem. The only cure is to follow one of the methods shown in this 2013 forum post: https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1113673. Please fix this bug, which still exists in 2017!

eternal sign-in loop when trying to use send and track
I am signed in to Creative Cloud. When I open Acrobat DC I have to sign in to my account there as well. Then I attempt to send and track and I get prompted to sign in AGAIN. It confirms I am signed in and then I try send and track again and it asks me to sign in AGAIN. I have a fully paid subscription to multiple apps. The software just makes me sign in over and over and over again.

I downloaded the free trial and in the browser, it tells me I have 6 days left in the trial, but when I open the program on the desktop, it tells me that my trial expired.

Recognize NVIDIA high-end GPU on Dell Precision Mobile Workstations with Optimus
Acrobat DC Pro does not recognize NVIDIA high-end Workstation GPU on Optimus- enabled Dell mobile workstations. EVERY other software does, just not Adobe's. Please Fix!
We use many of these systems for Engineering and purchase many Adobe Acrobat pro for Workstations. Looking for other options due to Adobe's poor GPU performance.

Adobe Acrobat XI Standard crashes with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC also installed.
I have a user that needs Adobe Acrobat XI Standard and Adobe Acrobat Reader DC installed on the same machine. I am using the latest version of Reader DC (15.023.20070) and Acrobat XI Standard (11.0.19). Reader DC is already installed on the machine. When I install Acrobat XI, it immediately crashes with an APPCRASH on Acrobat.exe with a StackHash_0a9e fault module. Reader continues to function as intended. Is there anyway to get this working?

expired trial
I keep getting offers to try out Acrobat Pro DC. I install it. It says I have zero days left, since I used my trial when it first came out. Since this is going to be an evergreen product, I'd like to see the "timer" on the trial expire, so that I can see if the newest version is something I'm interested in/features improved, etc.

Enterprise renewal should not involve users
The current licensing requires an Enterprise admin to touch every single user to have them logout, then log back in whenever the license renews. Adobe also sends users an email directly stating that their license is about to expire, creating unneeded panic among users. For the Enterprise version this should only happen with the Admins. Regular users should never know or have to touch their applications other than to just use them.

Allow activation on 3 devices simultaneously for Acrobat.
Allow simultaneous license activation on 3 devices. Limit it to Acrobat, or Acrobat Reader. Have the end user register their 3 devices.
As of 2020, many people work remotely and on multiple devices: tablet, laptop, desktop. Further many people switch between the two very rapidly - for example: An Architect may review designs on the desktop, switch to a laptop for a meeting and contract signature, leave the laptop at the office, and take the tablet to the field (with no internet/reception) to make in-field review. The software is known to close/freeze in order to check-in/validate online & switch device…

Remove the 2 device maximum for enterprise licenses with federated ID
Does the 2-device maximum make any sense for Federated IDs? People aren't going to be sharing Federated IDs at an enterprise level in order to circumvent paying adobe licenses. These accounts are tied to PC logins, emails, file access, etc. and are protected by 2fa basically everywhere. People get fired for sharing their credentials. It's silly to still have a 2 device limit at the enterprise level when every other software vendor in the space allows 5-10, often with an additional 5-10 for mobile devices.
