  2. Team and personal id linkage - to stop repeated account swapping

    I have a Team Account (work email address) for Acrobat Pro
    I have a personal account (personal email) for Creative Cloud Photography Plan.
    I use both work laptop and personal desktop for work application.
    I wish to remain logged into CC for LR access, but when I want to use Acrobat Pro, I am forced to swap ID. As Acrobat Pro is my default PDF viewer, this happens a lot.
    The answer given was to ask my corporate Adobe Acount Admin to use my personal email address not my work email.
    This is mad.

  3. Adobe crash

    My Adobe Reader DC crashed on my Mac and I can´t close it, restart it or anything. Even I can´t restart my laptop because is still open. I am trying to log in my account, but this is also not working (still waiting for the reset password mails). I don't now how to delete the program and reinstall it.

  4. Second ID for Second Subscription

    If a customer wants to purchase more than 1 subscription, they should not have to create a second email and sign in as a separate customer. In order to buy 2 subscriptions, I have to create a separate email, separate password, and sign in separately under a second Adobe ID.

  5. Acrobat Pro briefly "flashes" (launches and quits) at startup (OS X 10.13.6)

    Since the latest Acrobat update (Build: 19.8.20071.303822), the app briefly "flashes" (launches and quits) at startup. I checked the System Prefs/Login Items, and, as expected, I only see AdobeResourceSynchronizer there so I don't quite understand what is going on. Do you? Otherwise, the app works as advertised (so far). Thanks.

  6. I need it on Linux - Kubuntu

    I need your full suite of products, specially those related to pdf, (reader, editor, etc.), for work on Linux, kubuntu or Debian.
    I know of there are many companies of the lack of these tools jeopardize the switch of the work stations to Linux, for the daily office task.

  7. Lower Cost

    I would gladly pay $5/month for the use of Adobe Acrobat Pro, but $15/month is far too high for the amount I use the software. Also, I would appreciate it if you would simply provide the subscription option of "Three months free" instead of waiting for me to cancel my subscription before offering me better pricing for your product. It feels like you're trying to dupe me as a customer when you do that, and it comes across as dishonest. If that's not what you want your brand to be, then just be up front about what you're willing to…

  8. Constantly have to sign in , its making me mad.....

    lt would be nice if sign in happened once a month or longer. I have to sign in every dam day and even twice a day.

  10. trial version despite creative cloud subscription

    I have a creative cloud subscription but all my apps changed to "start 7-day trial" or "buy now". Even a complete uninstall of all apps and creative cloud app followed by a fresh install did not solve the problem. Also my Adobe Acrobat X has been uninstalled without my approval.

  11. Subscription & activation system is very very poor - wasted most of today with it

    I have a fully paid subscription with correct Visa card details - keeps telling me the TRIAL MODE has expired - logged in, logged out a million times - useless, absolutely useless - should get a refund to cover lost salary

  14. Ctrl-F feature broken in new update

    When perusing a PDF file, using the Ctrl-F feature to search the file for a word or phrase causes the entire program to shut down completely. Started on new update yesterday for the PRO DC Version 17.012.20098 update.

  15. I GOT SCAMMED!!!!!

    I GOT SCAMMED!!! I have 6 people in my office that produce Civil Engineering and Design documents for Construction. When I contacted the sales department at Adobe and conveyed to them that I need two (2) licenses to be able to "float" amongst the six people in a similar fashion as Autodesk does with their various software packages. I was sold the Adobe DC package and told that other users could log in as long as the two licenses that were purchased were not occupied....that is not the case and I GOT SCAMMED!!! I am back to where I started…

  16. Needed : a true 64-bit version of your software

    The current 32-bit version of Acrobat Pro DC becomes corrupt within a few weeks of normal use on a 64-bit machine, which thereafter makes it increasingly frustrating to use (with difficulties saving files to new names or locations, among many other issues). I am tired of having to reinstall your software every few weeks, only to see it degenerate to the point of unusability again. I wish you would release a 64-bit version that was designed for dedicated use on a 64-bit machine.

    Acrobat Standard DC (stand-alone) should not be trumped with Creative Cloud Acrobat Pro subscription!!!! We use acrobat on a daily basis and bought the software for 4 computers. We bought and share 3 design software licenses because Adobe made this Creative Cloud for Teams thing. But when someone doesn't have a license, they can't use acrobat standard! Not good.... and a waste of money!

  18. WHY do I keep getting pop up ads for a free trial of document cloud on our PAID version of Acrobat Pro??

    Here's an idea. How about NOT having pop-up ads for a free version of Document Cloud on PAID versions of Acrobat Pro?

  19. Overly invasive

    Acrobat DC came pre-installed on my new computer at Christmas. I don't need to use it very often. However, when I do, my firewall software goes ballistic with requests from Acrobat for access to programs and resources I consider it has absolutely no business with. I am constantly denying requests. I have recently downloaded and I'm currently testing another PDF reader. Acrobat has become intolerable. Thanks, but no thanks. Sean

  20. Adobe Acrobat XI Standard crashes with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC also installed.

    I have a user that needs Adobe Acrobat XI Standard and Adobe Acrobat Reader DC installed on the same machine. I am using the latest version of Reader DC (15.023.20070) and Acrobat XI Standard (11.0.19). Reader DC is already installed on the machine. When I install Acrobat XI, it immediately crashes with an APPCRASH on Acrobat.exe with a StackHash_0a9e fault module. Reader continues to function as intended. Is there anyway to get this working?
