  1. The font on the "Recent" screen (where one views PDFs recently accessed) needs to be larger in my opinion. It was easier to read the screen before the update.

  2. If a customer wants to purchase more than 1 subscription, they should not have to create a second email and sign in as a separate customer. In order to buy 2 subscriptions, I have to create a separate email, separate password, and sign in separately under a second Adobe ID.

  3. Please make the updater of Adobe Acrobat visible when it runs. Yesterday, I already begun to look for malware on my MacBook until I realized that it was simply the Acrobat Updater downloading and installing the newest update silently and invisibly in the background. Thank you.

    Thanks for writing your concerns to Adobe. We try to apply updates in background so that it is less intrusive to users .
    We will try to improve based on your inputs.

  4. Auto update feature cannot be turned off. This is a fundamental flaw in your software. No software should ever update without permission of ownder.

  5. I'm getting errors when reading PDFs. All different sizes, all different sources.

    "There was an error processing a page. There was a problem reading this document (109)."

    "A number is out of range."

    "There was an error while reading a stream."

    "Please wait while the document is being prepared for reading."

    "Out of memory."

    It's a brand new Windows 10 machine with 8GB of RAM. I uninstalled and reinstalled the program. How do I fix this issue? The program is essentially unusable at this point.

  6. This concerns the window for the Creative Cloud user interface. It always resets to some Adobe service that is being promoted such as Adobe Stock. This is annoying. Every time I start my computer I have to reset, first to Applications, and then again to installed applications. There appears to be no preference that will override this. I know this is very very minor, but after hundreds of repetitions of this experience, I just had to let you know how irritating it is.

  7. For example, give the posibility to keep the user logged from more than 2 computers but only can use simoustaneusly one. This help because me of us use more than two computers (two at home and one laptop in my case)

  9. My idea is that Adobe permit me to download Adobe acrobat to my chromebook. I cannot do some things - like apply for passport pages - without Adobe and always - every time I try to download, or ignite or turn on this feature - I get to go through all the steps and then: Access Denied, or Unable to download because this computer is a chromebook or wrong password.

  10. I need your full suite of products, specially those related to pdf, (reader, editor, etc.), for work on Linux, kubuntu or Debian.
    I know of there are many companies of the lack of these tools jeopardize the switch of the work stations to Linux, for the daily office task.

  11. Since "upgrading" to Mohave, I simply cannot get my Adobe Acrobat Professional to open. I get the spinning beach ball for several minutes (yes minutes). I then check Force Quit and invariably, Adobe Acrobat Professional is "not responding". Adobe says the two are compatible, but I do not think so.

  14. Since the newest update, the send feature now requires a few more mouse clicks. Before the newest update, it was a one click send feature which myself and my colleagues would agree was much more user friendly than this new feature. I would like to have that brought back.

  15. I would gladly pay $5/month for the use of Adobe Acrobat Pro, but $15/month is far too high for the amount I use the software. Also, I would appreciate it if you would simply provide the subscription option of "Three months free" instead of waiting for me to cancel my subscription before offering me better pricing for your product. It feels like you're trying to dupe me as a customer when you do that, and it comes across as dishonest.   17. Since the latest Acrobat update (Build: 19.8.20071.303822), the app briefly "flashes" (launches and quits) at startup. I checked the System Prefs/Login Items, and, as expected, I only see AdobeResourceSynchronizer there so I don't quite understand what is going on. Do you? Otherwise, the app works as advertised (so far). Thanks.

My feature request is specifically related to Adobe's use of Amazon Web Services to store the identity management details (first name, last name, email address) that a named user account requires to have registered with Adobe. My request is to leverage AWS regional location capabilities to store the data and content in AWS Canada's servers for Adobe's Canadian customers.   20. I paid $190 (inc. tax) on June 26 for Acrobat Pro DC - yet every time I open Acrobat, there's a little circle in the lower left hand corner saying "subscription expired" with a "buy" button beneath it - I want to know I have what I paid for!
