licensing system not working for me
My concern is with the new Adobe policy of license-based software. I was extremely frustrated when I was out-of-the-blue prompted to log in to Adobe just to open a pdf. My saved log-in did not work, and I was unable to open my flight document, which was a big problem for me in the moment. I have now solved that problem (by switching pdf viewers, to Preview). However, the root of my dissatisfaction is with the Adobe licensing system. I am a paid subscriber, and this system is not working for me. I absolutely do not want to be told…

Subscription problem
I probably shouldn't have to, because I get an adobe package from my employer, but I paid $190 for a one year Acrobat Pro DC subscription on June 26, 2018. 5 months later, I'm getting a message that my subscription has expired.
My order # is/ was: ADB034255491
Either fix the problem or refund my money.1 vote -

Can not disable auto updates
Auto update feature cannot be turned off. This is a fundamental flaw in your software. No software should ever update without permission of ownder.

Acrobat DC will not open files
Acrobat DC. since the update on 10.23.18, will not open files, making it rather useless. I have tried uninstall/reinstall; this will get one file opened one time. On a second launch, it again will not open any file. Am I going to have to uninstall/reinstall EVERY time I want to open a file?

Since "upgrading" to Mohave, I simply cannot get my Adobe Acrobat Professional to open.
Since "upgrading" to Mohave, I simply cannot get my Adobe Acrobat Professional to open. I get the spinning beach ball for several minutes (yes minutes). I then check Force Quit and invariably, Adobe Acrobat Professional is "not responding". Adobe says the two are compatible, but I do not think so.
