  1. Post From to Social Media Button

Add a functionality option to form buttons that would allow for posting to social media (Facebook, Twitter etc.). This would allow the user to post an image of the form to social media (without the button showing) This would allow designers to create "form templates" that would allow the users even in Reader to post to social media.

  2. Issue with Order Tabs Manual versus Unspecified

May be a bug. This is for Adobe Acrobat Standard DC Version 2015.006.30355. Happens when dealing with RADIO buttons and using Manual Tabs setting. I can move the Radio group field over and over in the right panel, but it will go right back to original position after a Save and open in edit again. After moving it in right panel, it won't change the tab # when viewing tab numbers either. Discovered I have to select "Order Tabs Unspecified", make the move, and then save. It defaults back to Manual after every save (even when still in edit mode),…

  3. The document has been changed since it was created and use of extended features is no longer available

I have filled up a form using Foxit Reader. When I tried to open the form with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC I got error "The document enabled extended features in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. The document has been changed since it was created and use of extended features is no longer available. Please contact the author for the original version of this document".

I tried some other PDF programs, no issue when opening this form.

  4. Font Awesome

I wanted to use Font Awesome icons in Forms, but is not possible. I choose the Font Awesome in text field properties, but doesn't show when I want to copy an icon from the cheatsheet - the same technique works with every other Adobe program. This is a cheatsheet that I use: http://fontawesome.io/cheatsheet/. The font is installed on my computer.

  5. Acrobat Pro arbitrarily changes form field types after crash

First my suggestion for Acrobat Pro is work more painstakingly or stock up staff! The CC costs a bunch of money and when working with it, it shows that it doesn't function as sufficient as is should. Especially when it comes to creating/editing more advanced interactive PDFs with Acrobat Pro. The possibility to do that basically is a very mighty and good feature but it doesn't runs as stable as it should.

In my opinion there could/should be a standalone software thats reduced to interactive/form field and layout functions (comparable: InDesign) only. Acrobat Pro is packed full with lots of…

  6. Compatibiliy with Microsoft developer ttools

Adobe Prepare forms should be able to read the fields created in Microsoft Word using the developer tool for content controls. Currently Adobe prepare form does not recognize the fields from a developed Word document and this prevents creating a fillable form as advertised for the current Adobe Pro DC product.

  7. Restore "Detect Fields" on-the-fly option for Create Form

    (Acrobat Pro DC)

Suggestion: Add an on-the-fly "Form Field Detection?" checkbox above/underneath the "Requires Signatures" checkbox.

In previous versions of Acrobat Pro, on clicking Create Form, there was an on-the-fly option to "Detect Form Fields? Yes/No."

In DC, this option is changed into a default setting that always applies.

Accessing it first requires reading the fine print (which I missed the first three times); clicking the link to the correct section of Preferences, finding the correct setting, and then checking the box. In total, 3 clicks to change a hidden setting.

While I think it is a good idea to…

  8. Check box changes to Signature field type arbitrarily

After creating a checkbox, changing its name, modifying its size and assigning "Signer 1" as the participant role, it changes to Signature Field Type.

    Demonstrative Video Attached.

    Best,

    Christian
