  1. i would like to split page but every time i get the error message

    ( you cant change the security of the document because the document is signed or certified )

    i would like also to add my signature but cant because the add signature button is not clickable at all,

    Thank you for reporting the issue. We regret you facing inconvenience.

    Seems the PDF documents have restrictions w.r.t page extractions and signing operations. Please check Document Properties (CTRL+D or CMD+D) > Security and see if any document security is applied.
    If you are not the author of the PDF, you will need to contact him/her to.

    Please share the version of acrobat you are using. You can do so using the link -helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/identify-product..

    And also share the test PDF file using forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7161 for us to investigate further if this does not resolve your issue.

  2. Trying to edit the forms on a PDF created in an earlier version of Acrobat. When I start the Form Editor using the Tools pane, the program crashes every time.

  3. The icon / link on the TOols page which lead to the Merge Data into Spreadsheet dialogue has suddenly disappeared from my cop of Acobat Pro 2017. How can I get it back? I can access the function by loading a form and then using the 'Edit' command, but two weeks agao there was a tool icon available.

    You can use the following steps to
    > Right Click on the Tools bar and select "Customize Quick Tools.
    >Navigate to “Prepare Form” > More Form Options
    > Click on the “Add to toolbar” button.
    > Click Save.

    You should now have the “Merge Data into Spreadsheet” as a drop down options now.

    Have you tried it with any other file to confirm that this is not file-specific issue.

    Also, can you “Check for Updates” and re-test the issue with latest version.

  6. When I click on a field to populate, the text box becomes black. Therefore I cannot see what I type in the field. How do I change this?! I need to complete a document as soon as possible, and this issue is holding me up. Thanks.

  7. Merge Data Files Into Spreadsheet

    In previous versions I can see "Merge Data Files Into Spreadsheet" option, but in DC Pro in Prepare Form I don't have or can't see that option.

  8. Make Form Conversions more intuitive and accurate. The cursor still jumps around and seldom allows me to position it where I want to type.

    Thank you for your suggestion. We shall need more information on how does the “cursor jump around” and what workflow of “Form Conversions” are you using.

    Is it converting MSWord to Acroform or via scanning.?

  9. I'm 2 hours into filling a form and it decides to lock up+#*#.
    Don't know what to do but if I loose my info I will quit paying for Acrobat!

  10. I have a pharma client that I've been working on a Sales Aid for. It was created in InDesign Interactive. At the end of this 8 page (or so) document, there's a simple form for people to request a patient starter kit. No signature is required. We would like to have people submit the form directly to my client, but in Acrobat Pro, the form goes to the end user's email address and they need to forward the form on to my client. This is a 2-step process and not ideal at all for user experience. Client wants the form…
