protect
It would be interesting to have a feature to protect PDFs with a batch editing password. Imagine protecting 100 files, with the same password, one by one?

Partially Fill & sign a PDF by multiple users
I need to fill and sign a pdf for a process that involves many people. They have to fill and sign a part of the pdf by each step. So i need to block only the step that is signed by the responsible.

Make view password independent from permissions password
If I receive a protected document, I want to pw the doc if it contains sensitive info, or change the pw to our standard, but cannot due to existing permission pw.
eg., I receive sensitive Docusign doc that is pw protected against amendment. I want to pw protect to open before I email externally. But I cannot do so because I don't have permission pw. Thx!1 vote -

ADOBE SIGN AVAILABILITY TO CHANGE INK COLOR FOR DIGITAL SIGNATURE
It is not possible to change the by default black color for signature in ADOBE SIGN (see customer service chat attached)
This is a strong requisite in some countries. If this can not be met we will need to move to other signature software that allows this option.
I see this option is already available in Adobe Reader Fill and Sign for IOS so PLEASE include this option for ADOBE SIGN since it looks like an easy fix.
If this is not possible please provide the reason to try to understand the limitation.

classic encryption is old
Use R programming for encryption as classical encryption is old & easy to break

Save document in Cloud by Digitally Signing
On the moment I add a digitally signature, I need to save the document. It is only possible, on this point, to save the document locally. It would be great if I could save it then in the cloud, so I don't need to save the document locally first.

Password recovery for document creator
The creator of a document can edit a password protected PDF by using their regular account password. Or perhaps there is a recovery system for a forgotten password, like email, text, questions, etc.

Wrap redaction overlay text
When redacting within a document, if the redaction space is to small to show all of the overlay text associated with the redaction code, the overlay text is cut off. The request is to wrap the text within the redaction area to show all of the code text.

Delete the requirement to login to Acrobat
I was unable to view a document during a conference call because you required a login for the first time in over a year. Acrobat let me down when I needed it. How can I trust your software now? Please don't tell me it's for my security. It's just Big Brother wanting to maintain control. Please delete the login.

HIPAA-compliant signed BAA for Adobe Acrobat Pro!
Subscribers to Adobe Acrobat Pro DC program should be able to get a signed BAA for HIPAA compliance instead of being told to purchase a second copy of Adobe Sign for Small Businesses just for the BAA.

Password set via third party application through an XML file does not propagate throughout the document
We have a business need to completely secure our invoice PDFs when the file is created. We are able to set a password when generating the PDF through a third party application which prevents editing via the Tools, but it doesn't get applied to File > Properties > Security > Change Settings. It allows you to go into Change Settings without the password, cancel out, after which the PDF can be edited. Is there a way to apply security during document creation to prevent Change Settings access as well?
