Redaction Errors
After marking a 'Text and Images' redaction to a page and repeating across pages. Once you press apply it says its done, i'm skipping the removal of hidden info. Once I press save its saying there are sections which have not yet had the redaction applied? I can continually press apply and nothing seems to change. Once I close the document and save without applying redactions the program will crash but the file will still have saved a file that has the redacted info gone but not the style of redaction mark that was originally selected, the correct redaction style…

Security Restriction to Allow Copy and/or Extraction of Pages w/Low Resolution Printing
I would like to give clients the option of printing (at Low Resolution Only) AND the ability to extract and/or crop pages within the document into a new, restricted to low-res print pdf. At the very least, to be able to REDACT portions of pages, so that they are able to have stand-alone portions of the document without exposing other portions on the same page. The current options when print restrictions are ticked allow for "inserting" - but NOT for "extracting", which seems odd. Thank you!

Redaction - Diagonal Repeat Overlay Text
Hi. I'm using Adobe Acrobat for preparing emails for legal purposes. One of the challenges I have is organising emails choronologically, especially when there are duplicate emails.
So that I don't have to change file in any way, I am using the Redaction feature instead of any Edit tools; I also find it more convenient. Using the Redaction Marking Tool as a Highlighter (having Opacity at 13%), I Highlight emails within a thread which are duplicates.
My Overlay Text is read, "Duplicate Email", and unless I print it for others, I do not apply the final Redaction which is a…

SignData produces bad XML Signature when ref target contains Id attribute
There is a very strange bug in Adobe's XML Data Signatures support. If the target of a manifest includes an "Id" element, the correct transform will not run.
<Reference URI="#410"> <Transforms> <Transform Algorithm="http://www.w3.org/2001/10/xml-exc-c14n#WithComments"/> </Transforms> <DigestMethod Algorithm="http://www.w3.org/2000/09/xmldsig#sha1"/> <DigestValue>6LIx9NZKzbyFXC+qOW/n9bo0RS8=</DigestValue> </Reference>
If I remove the Id attribute from the Data DOM, it works
<Reference URI=""> <Transforms> <Transform Algorithm="http://www.w3.org/2002/06/xmldsig-filter2"> <XPath Filter="intersect" xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2002/06/xmldsig-filter2" xmlns:dsig="http://www.w3.org/2000/09/xmldsig#">here()/ancestor::dsig:Signature[1]/../../RBM[1]//. | here()/ancestor::dsig:Signature[1]/../../RBM[1]//@* | here()/ancestor::dsig:Signature[1]/../../RBM[1]//namespace::*</XPath> </Transform> <Transform Algorithm="http://www.w3.org/2001/10/xml-exc-c14n#WithComments"/> </Transforms> <DigestMethod Algorithm="http://www.w3.org/2000/09/xmldsig#sha1"/> <DigestValue>...</DigestValue> </Reference>

Highlighting and bookmarking on protected documents
It seems that when an author creates a PDF and locks it, the allow highlighting and bookmarking are not a separate item. You should separate this so that it can be a more enjoyable read for the reader. I bought a book. I want to highlight and bookmark the parts that are important to me. The owner said it's a security thing and if he locks it, then that's it, no kind of editing can be done. I don't consider highlighting and bookmarking an edit since the original item will not be changed. You have taken away from my enjoyment…

Digital Signature Process More Efficient
Please allow the digital signature options (and the comment, specifically the dynamic stamp (who came up with that unintuitive name and why??), options) to remain in the toolbar from document to document so I do not need to go through the same multi-step process over and over again when approving or signing a number of documents in a row. I see that you've noted that "streamline digital signing" below has been resolved - nope, it has not. In the attached I've shown the steps it takes to put a dynamic stamp on a PDF. Each. Time. Please fix. Thank you.

How do I clear the recent list? Very Dangerous practice
Recently noticed someone had used my workstation and opened all my bank records on my "Recent" list.
I am trying to clear the list but can't figure out how? It appears to have disappeared with updates, or moved to somewhere I can't find.

Where do you find 'Send for Signature' tool that will bring up 'Prepare Form' and 'Ready to Send'?
Trying to find how to prepare a form using Add signature (adding fields before sending) and then sending for signature (in that order), but when I pull up Prepare form, there is only an icon for adding digital signature, but not the icon for Add digital signature tool.

AdobE DC password security
It would be great that Adobe DC has more options, like choose between changes allowed:
- Highlight or not the texts
- Add or not the sticky notes
- etc...Because the options are limited and it's impossible to share information without have a security of your documents.
I will appreciate that you give us more options. Thanks

Sign in blocking program
The sign in screen is preventing me from accessing the program by popping up over and over, even after I enter my username and password. It might get to the "Check out the new Acrobat Reader DC" and a button that says "Start Tour" that pops up and it will not go away or do anything else. What is the fix for this? I have many important documents in the cloud. Thanks.

Allow hiding of the "To do" signature requests on the Recent screen.
There does not appear to be a way to hide the new "To do" signature requests section at the top of the newly redesigned Recent window. Please allow us to hide this section as it's in the way and annoying.
Thanks

BUG - Too easy to unlock PDF created by Adobe Acrobat Pro
A protected PDF can be easily unlocked by free online services. There is no protection for the company who buy this product because they are sensitive with the documents they create.
If you think to a catalogue everyone of your competitor can copy your images and everything in few seconds.1 vote -
I am unable to delete a digital signature that I created that doesn't have the correct information
REMOVE DIGITAL SIGNATURE - CAPABILITY
I can't delete a digital signature that I created with incorrect information.
This is a problem because it continues to pop up among the list of signatures to choose from and could cause people to make signature mistakes.

Bring the document security back, not so much password related, just simple make-it-difficult-to-edit secure.

'Nuff said.
