  1. acrobat DC

Please dont leave a window open when I close a document. Its a huge hassle to have to close both windows. Also please go back to the prior command access. I am completely lost at figuring out where command icons are and the new system is by no means easier.

  2. Horizontal scrolling would be great so the document can read like a book rather than always vertically.

I think it would be good to have a horizontal page feature not always just vertical scrolling for set up of brochures etc.

    Hi,

Apologies for the issue that you are facing here .

    1) Could you please tell me the exact version number of Adobe Acrobat that you are working on ?
    2) Please update to the latest version of Adobe Acrobat using Help → Check for updates.
    3) Is this consistent for you on every Acrobat session ?
    4) Could you please confirm me your windows Os version number and the screen scaling value that you are working with ?

    Thanks

  4. Bug: Exiting Read Mode Traps Search Bar + Hides Scroll Bar

    Could not find this bug,

    To reproduce:

1 Enter Read Mode in any document (had it on numerous .pdfs)

2 Exit Read Mode, and try to search or find the scroll bar

3 Search bar trapped halfway into document/under UI, scroll bar gone (another though less annoying consequence is the lack of automatic reformatting of the page when opening the left navigation tab e.g. bookmarks)

4 Note: search function and scroll bar are present and functional when going back into Read Mode

The problem arises when trying to use these functions after EXITING Read Mode.

    Environment:
    -Lenovo Yoga 720 (13") …

  5. Please include the options for cloud documents in recents

Please add these options to the same place in the recents folder. I often have to download the pdf to my downloads folder and having to go to my document cloud every time I need to do this is very inconvenient. These are both in the sidebar, and it's confusing that they're there sometimes, and sometimes not for the same document.

  6. stop with all the popups

All the useless popups are major distractions. Acrobat will be replaced for this reason alone.

  10. Safety Preview rather than ArtBox Preview

Seems like the ArtBox preview is redundant to the TrimBox preview. Is there a way to change ArtBox to Safety guide preview? And have the page margin guide be the Safety? The preview would be helpful for reviewing live areas before the trim.

  11. Editor for Bookmark Panel -

    Bookmark editor
to enable to rearrange without using drag and drop which is very slow if moving a book mark from bottom to top or making nest/parent child changes.

  12. Put Text Select Tool on Standard Toolbar

Unfortunately Acrobat DC buries an important tool; the ability to select text. I believe it is hidden somewhere, but I have yet to find it. It is very common to want to select some text in a document. Why bury a common task deep within the program? There seems to be the trend these days with software to a have a minimalist interface and bury the most common tools. My toolbar has the least commonly used tools as standard.

  13. Includes the account creation date report

If will be very useful for any organization to have the posibility, via admin console, to know the creation date of an account.

We have Enterprise licensing and we're surprise this info is not available, especially for audit purposes.

Kind regards and looking forward to seeing your feedbcak

  14. Bug : Shortcut to switch between tab

I was surprised to see that when I press Ctrl+T , the Open Document panel just pops up instead of switching between tabs.
And since there is no option to change keyboard shortcuts how can I fix this bug.
    Thank you in advance

  15. Be able to adjust width of Tools Pane by selecting the frame and moving it left or right. (Acrobat Standard DC 20.006.20034)

Most GUI based applications allow the end user to adjust width of a page by grabbing the frame and moving it left or right.

In my specific case, I am editing forms and the Tools pane shows the field names, which is nice, but I have to scroll the window to read the full names. There is a scroll bar on the bottom but this reduces the utility of the feature.

  16. Overhaul

Nothing in Acrobat DC feels natural or with a glimpse of intuitive. Adobe tends to override OS given interface interaction limiting it to its Adobe application which is by itself insanely unintuitive. I mean who drove you [the engineering team] to this Interface? Ugly, bloated and counterproductive, not to mention the lack of customization. But this is a path clearly visible in all Adobe applications. Either Adobe reduces its Applications to nearly zero (Lightroom = the *** Cloud version for Desktop) or bloating it until needlessness (Illustrator).
It just creates anger and hate to the one that must accept working…

  17. Need a new category for feedback on the Adobe Admin Centre

I can't find any option category to make feature suggestions specifically for the Adobe Admin Centre. Please create such a category so that items relating only to the Admin Centre can be logged there.

    Many thanks.

  18. Please make it easier to customize which tools I see on my desktop, and where they are located

I have customized the Quick Tools bar, but it only appears to the right of the other tools in one ribbon, therefore there isn't enough room for all of the custom tools to appear all the time. I am constantly having to hit the three dots to get to my most frequently used toold. I don't appear to have a way to move my quick toolbar below the other one, or to the right of the screen.

Also, I thought there was a way to customize which tools I saw to the right of the document window. I remember dragging…

  19. Change format of Highlight Current Bookmark feature

The "Highlight Current Bookmark" option currently makes the outline of the bookmark icon a little darker or bolder, but I can barely tell the difference to see which is highlighted. Could the "highlighting" be changed somehow to make it stand out a little more? Maybe the fill color for icon of the current bookmark could be a different color or darker shade.
