  1. Just a button for the "Save As..." function. I use this a lot for saving files I open from email attachments.

  2. Enable users to scroll horizontally using two-finger track-pad gestures along the x-axis, similar to vertical scrolling along the y-axis.

  3. I am visually impaired and have implemented the Windows accessibility features that allow me to make my mouse pointer dark, inverted and larger, so that I can more easily locate the cursor on the page. However in Adobe Acrobat DC, your default cursor does not allow this Windows feature to carry over. Honestly it is terrible and should really be fixed to be at least darker, larger and bold so that visually impaired clientele can use your products.

  4. Adobe should allow user to enlarge menu font sizes.

I often want to know what page number I’m working in, but must lean into the screen to visualize the tiny number font listed in the menu bar.

  5. Add bookmark feature that will mark a whole section of pages in a pdf that can be extracted later as a separate document. This would allow better management of the merging and un-merging multiple pdfs into and out of a larger pdf file. This would be helpful if only one chapter in a pdf file needs to be removed, edited and then replaced.

  6. This happens every time Adobe Reader updates?

It's SERIOUSLY annoying and obnoxious behaviour.

  7. I build most of my presentation decks in Illustrator and export to PDF for Acrobat. It would be useful to have my cursor act like a red-dot laser pointer for presentations.

Now that so many meetings are remote (Zoom) it would be nice to have more robust presentation features.

PowerPoint has this feature, but I hate PowerPoint.

  8. A few days ago Adobe Acrobat updated, and now the File > Save As dialog box comes up blank. Now I am reduced to just saving the file and then saving it to a another file pathname using Windows Explorer. :-(

    Hi Roland,

Thanks for trying out the latest update and apologies for the inconvenience caused. We are investigating the issue and will release a fix soon.

  9. Each and every time I split a PDF, I must manually set the folder I want the files to save to. I should be able to set the folder path one time and Acrobat will default to that same folder next time I split a PDF. This goes for all the settings whenever splitting a PDF. It would save me time if Acrobat remembered what options I used last when splitting a file. For instance, if I split a file and used the "Use top level bookmarks" option, the next time I go to split a PDF I shouldn't have…

  10. The blue popup boxes that come up when opening/editing PDFs may be helpful for new users, but for experienced users they are everything from useless through condescending and all the way into genuinely in the way of working. I for one don't need to have the 'Add Text' button pointed out for me when I am editing a PDF, or a box come up and say "This looks like a form". I know what I'm working on, and the popups are as unwelcome and unhelpful as Clippy.

All we need is a little checkbox on the blue boxes saying "Do…

  12. I think it would be good to have a horizontal page feature not always just vertical scrolling for set up of brochures etc.

  13. Please add a "night mode" option in acrobat reader and acrobat pro for Mac OS, similar to the "night mode" in acrobat reader iOS app.

The workaround to change text and background colours in the accessibility preferences does not work for scanned documents.

  14. In Acrobat DC, when viewing in untabbed mode, the part of the toolbar that shows the current zoom level and allows the user to type in the desired zoom percentage is missing. It appears on the floating/vanishing toolbar when page controls are moved out of toolbar, but not on the main toolbar.

Please add this feature back to the toolbar. Using tabbed viewing is NOT a solution. This should have never been removed in the first place. Let me repeat, having to use tabbed viewing is NOT a solution.

  15. seriously, this is such a basic feature that's available on any type of file organizer these days.
whenever want to move a pdf into another file in my document cloud I have to:
    1) mark said file,
    2) then click move.
    3) pick the file to move my pdf into.
    4) then press ok...

anywhere else this can be achieved in two steps, drag the pdf to the the destination file, and let go!

while I'm at it, the document cloud seems so unintuitive. Regarding saving pdfs onto the cloud, it seems like that only way for me to save…

  17. So far I hate everything about the acrobat pro DC menus and it has been 2 years, I keep hoping for an update backward for the old menu.
Changing the way pdf are managed and adding additional features, is great but why would you change menus commands and locations.
We are all using computers not tablets, and the so called lighter theme sucks.

  19. Brief title for your desired feature: black and white screens in full screen/presentation mode

How would you like the feature to work?
like it works in keynote by using a shortcut like cmd+b and cmd+w and MS powerpoint(Shift+B, Shift+W)

Why is this feature important to you?
Presenting pdfs with the need to black out the presentation on the beamer without having access to the beamers remote.

  20. In Adobe DC Pro, the Java Script Debugger window can be resized, but the internal sections cannot / do not scale to the proportions of the overall window size.

The internal sections should be movable / scalable to allow all parts to be viewed, with scroll bars, for the overall window size chosen for the main debugger window.

Very frustrating that the contents do not fit within a normal 1920 x 1080 monitor on my system.
