  1. Hate the save as dialog. Why can't we have the same save as that every other app uses? Consistency please.

  2. Viewing the PDF. The new version has managed to remove the two buttons I use the most often from the Menu bar. Would you please put back the Zoom\Fit Width and Zoom\Zoom to Page Level buttons or at least give me to ability to edit the menus and adapt them to my own usage.

  5. PDFs open with a protected view that requires the user to click on the Enable All Features button. This is not a useful security feature. Clicking on this button does not protect the user since the purpose of opening the document is to read it. This is a constant frustration for users that view hundreds of PDFs per day.

  6. When you create a form field with Date validation, the default error message in Spanish has a typo. For example, if I set the custom date format to be "dd/mm/yyyy", there is a space missing. See attachment.

    Bug: "El formato debe coincidirdd/mm/yyyy"
What it should read: "El formato debe coincidir dd/mm/yyyy" (notice the space after "coincidir")

This happens on Acrobat for MacOS, only in Spanish.

  7. Apparently not a new request/idea. But, many of us use the same tools on most of our documents, but whenever we close the window, all the sidebars get closed, and have to be reopened again, often requiring 2 clicks or more to get back to tools we were just using seconds ago. I am specifically needing the page thumbnails to nearly always be open. It does seem as if each document can remember this setting after it has been open, at least for a while, but new docs open with the sidebars closed? I have not found a setting in…

  14. It would be greatly appreciated if custom buttons or menu items created in JavaScript be allowed to be added to the toolbars in WebView (Internet Explorer). This used to work in Acrobat and Reader in version 7, 8, 9 and X but now doesn't work :(

  15. Every time Pro starts I have to press Shift-F4 before I do anything else.

Maybe someone has some javascript that can be used at startup to close the pane automatically?

    1. Can we set Acrobat so it doesn't go to full screen size every time it starts?
    2. Would love to set default to show new documents to fill page width, rather than full size!

  18. When creating or opening a new PDF, I always want my thumbnails to be displayed with 2 columns by default. ATM this involves manually stretching the pane over every time and is very time consuming.

If we could set the default pane width, thumbnail size, and # of columns it would really streamline my workflow.
