  3. The close button on tabs is smaller than the clickable area.

    Adobe acrobat pro dc. The close button (the x) on tabs is smaller than the clickable area. Please graphically indicate the entire clickable area.

  4. attachments in PDF not apparent

    Microsoft Outlook (and any other mail application) is very APPARENT if there is an / are attachments.

    Adobe Acrobat? It is hidden!!

    Please make some popup / notification that there are attachments embedded within the PDF - as a default feature. Just like Outlook has it.

    I received a 7MB 1 x page PDF today and only because i questioned myself why it was 7MB in file size (no pictures - just text). ... i went back and checked and clicked on pages - nope, just one page. clicked on layers - nope. Ahh how about attachments. Boom. There are…

  5. Side by side tabs not windows

    When I want to show two files side by side I want them to be in the same window with separated tabs not in new window that is side by side the other window. I attached a screenshot of VScode with side by side tabs.

  7. freeze

    Constant freezing, unresponsive, and crashes
    Open document, freeze occurs after most actions such as: resize window, edit text, select text, comment, etc.
    OS: Windows 10 Pro
    Powerful hardware should not be a limiting factor (attached jpg)
    Adobe Acrobat Standard DC version: 2015.006.30482

    Checked for updates: none available
    Tried Repair Installation: no change in performance

  8. I can No longer close adobe

    Am I missing something? On the most recent update, all of a sudden, i can't close the adobe screen by clicking the "X" in the upper right side. In order to close, I must go to the computer toolbar, right click and close the window. I am sure I am missing a setting. Any ideas are much appreciated. Thanks!

  9. "Save as PDF" Window is not needed, please provide option to deactivate it.

    When you save a pdf a window pops up suggesting where you can save the file, you have the option to click a suggested folder or save in a different location. However, no matter which option you choose it still opens an apple finder window to choose where to save the file. This is a waste of time and a feature that should be turned off.

  10. Allow more flexibility in the menu bar

    The commands that get included reflect either your ideas of how to use Acrobat or the use of a mythical "average user" but not mine. Could you allow full tailoring of the menu bar?

  12. Tabs change to windows

    When working with multiple tabs in one window, randomly they will separate into separate windows. This happens on its own. I have no idea why. I will be working back and forth between two tabs, and suddenly, they will become separated into two windows. Sometimes this happens when I don't even have Acrobat DC visible on the screen.

  13. Panning and General Operations

    Very displeased with this DC version but the biggest issue is that sections of pages constantly highlight when trying to pan, drag text, select text, pretty much anytime you left click anywhere on the document. This really sucks!

    In general, you software has gotten less useful with every update for the last 5 years. Who thinks these "improvements" are needed?

    Please provide options and direction to turn specific or global functions on or off.

  14. Zoom in/out ability in Windows Explorer Preview Pane

    Having the ability to zoom in and out of the document within the preview pane is very helpful. It increases productivity as I am able to see a specific detail of the document quickly without having to open the document.

    In conjunction with another posted suggestion the ability to rename the file goes hand in hand for viewing the document vs having to open the file, close it, then rename it.

    This feature is available in various other programs and I'm very surprised to find that Adobe has not engineered this feature as well.

  15. I love the idea but its very frustrating at times because it create more steps than one needs and its not user friendly

  16. Put application actions back in the main menus where they belong and can be found.

    Some bright person though it would be cool to hide 95% of Acrobat's functionality outside of the main application menu structure. This is stupid and annoying. It should be put back so that I can use the application like an application rather than like a game where I have to solve the puzzle of finding which buried panel contains the menu or button to bring up any desired action.

  17. Remove the prompt "Do you want to save changes?" for the free version!

    Maybe it's a setting change I need to make but every time I exit out of a document I'm asked if I want to save the changes. I don't have the ability to change anything in the free version so this seems irrelevant.

  18. Rotate Buttons!! What gives?

    You use the same round arrow button images for CW & CCW Rotate View -and- Rotate Page! There's a big difference! Please put forth the effort to make them distinguishable! And where is the delete pages command? Lots of wasted space, hard to find commands - Very poor execution

  19. What happened to copy as a Table?

    Please bring back highlight, copy as a table, paste!

    In DC you have to highlight, export selection as, save exported info, open file of exported info, highlight exported info, copy and paste.

    What a colossal waste of time!!!!

  20. Opens on Wrong Screen

    Acrobat DC always opens on my second monitor even after selecting the open on main monitor in the preferences dialog box. I keep checking on the open on main screen only to find the open on this monitor option selected each time i take a look. it's kind of like i missed selecting a save settings option that doesn't exist.
