User Interface is Terrible
Most of the time when there is an upgrade you get used to it and after a while see the benefits of it or at least accept the change.
But I have never seen such an awfull designed UI like with the latest Upgrade.
Everything is moved for no reason where we are used to locations of buttons and functions. Why is the Save button on top right where in 99% of all other applications its top left same for print etc.If someone works with this the first time, he might gets used to it but for me personally…

New page layout format
The latest page layout is so confusing. Why did you do this to us?! It's one thing to update looks and add/subtract features. But you swapped sides. Now all editing tools are on the left and navigation (bookmarks etc.) are on the right. Why do this? That just slows us down and confuses us when we are used to it being editing on the right and navigation on the left. There doesn't seem to be a purpose in swapping them except to torment us. Perhaps you can add a preference in settings where we can make the layout as we…

Customize toolbar order
I understand engineers need to make a living, and therefore must come up with new and adventurous ways to "optimize" content. With the 23.001.20177 release of Pro tools are now delegated to one visible and one hidden list in the left sidebar. PDF standards are near the bottom of the hidden list. I use this all the time, so now I must go through multiple points and clicks to perform a task that was one click before. Either go back to the previous configuration or allow the toolbar to be customized. (I saw "solved" on an old previous thread on…

New interface is unusable (June 2023)
The new interface makes Acrobat unusable for me. It is counter-intuitive, not intuitive. I can't find the tools I use. I don't even know if they exist anymore. I use it all day for commenting on documents and I can't find the tools such as text callout, circle, arrow, or line. This is only one of many problems. Thankfully you allowed me to revert to the old design. Without the old interface availability, I would need to abandon Adobe Acrobat as a viable product.
If Acrobat was a car the new interface would be equivalent to removing the steering wheel…114 votes -
Please add a "File" feature allowing often-used files to be "Checked-in" such that the file could be recalled. e.g. Mathcad Prime.
Please add a "File" feature allowing often-used files to be "Checked-in" such that the file could be recalled from "File/Checked-in/ This feature is very practical and it is used in PTC's (Parametric Technology Corporation) Mathcad Prime software. Mathcad Prime has "File/Recently used files/check-in files". Thanks, Julio Banks.

Bring back the old Interface
Th new userinterface is all over the place. We have a big grey unused border at the right and some random icons and tools at the left. It's not possible to move te tools from the left to the right, so theres always a toolbox above the pdf I want to read, while the right border is half empty. This is horrible, non-efficient and really annoying while reading.

"Save Changes…" modal does not make itself active
On a Mac, when closing one or more PDFs with changes, the "Do you want to save the changes…" modal window should become active, allowing a user to use a keyboard shortcut to respond Save, Don't Save, or Cancel. As it is currently, the user must click the window to make it active and only then can they choose a response.
In other words, this window is modal in that it requires a user response, but non-compliant in that it does not make itself active to provide the response.
This bug is new to Acrobat, but not sure if it…

Two factor authentication visible from Admin Dashboard
Hi Adobe
Is there a possibility that we can have a column for 2-factor status added to the Admin portal?
I need to pull a report monthly as part of the security audits to verify authentication methods.

TITLE BAR DISAPPEARS
The title bar disappears randomly and you cannot maximize or minimize the window without it. To get it back I have to hide/show the menu bar... really sucks.

Recent update has made it difficult to move between multiple screens
Since a recent ADOBE DC update (Version 18), I have been experiencing so many bugs/ issues. One (more minor than others) is that moving the Adobe window/pane between multiple screens is difficult. When trying to drag the screen over to another screen, the program flicks it back onto the original page it opened in, and will not flow over to the other screen easily or at all in some instances. Very frustrating. I have tried minimising the screen and dragging when it is smaller but that is hit and miss aswell. Please fix this.

Critisicm on global development of Acrobat and Adobe
I think it is a very bad thing if a software manufacturer implements major changes such as the totally new design of acrobat pro. I didn't get any notic. it was just there. the handling is ****. Sorry but it is. My quick tool bar was gone. The tools wer gone to the left side. in Short: Without notifying the customer, it is a no go!
Not even the support knew about this instantly. They had to look it up?! And if you intent to forward critiscm, no one feels responsible. To what sort of company have you been developing.…14 votes -
Acrobat new interface layout is horrible
Remove this new interface. Due to the update all settings of my old interface (shortcuts, custom button position) are lost and I have to set up my "workspace" new.
Stop deleting the users setting when an update is made - while we pay 700 Euro per year and person.98 votes -

Help Menu should be accessible REGARDLESS of sign in status
The Help menu should be accessible even if the user is signed out of the software. The help menu allows us to update the software to latest version, repair the software, get help, and show status. These are all important to our IT team, which in the course of regular business, needs to log into users computers (with their own IT domain user account, not the users) to perform upgrades or repairs. The IT team should not have to ask the user for their login to do so. For example, if I log into a user’s computer using my domain…

"Remember State of Tools Pane" never works
The "Remember Current State of Tools Pane" option under Preferences...Documents never actually remembers anything. I close the annoyingly huge tools pane every single time I open a PDF, and every single time it comes back again.
You forced me to "upgrade" to this version of Acrobat Reader, and it drives me insane. There was a reason I installed the old reader with the simple interface that worked.
win10 home 22H2, reader version 2023.001.20174, but I'm pretty sure this has been a problem for as many versions as I can remember.25 votes -
Scrolling prevents login
Scolling on a pdf when opening it prevents login.
Steps to reproduce:
If you open a pdf and click on the scrollbar and move it up and down login will not be done while you keep moving the bar, same think for the mouse wheel, if you keep moving the mouse wheel the login will not take place thus delaying access to features.2 votes -
