  1. Basically, as the title explains, I would like the window in Acrobat to close after clicking 'Attach to Email'.

Reason: E.g. After exporting a document in Indesign, which then opens in Acrobat, I click 'Attach to Email' email window opens with your attachment, I send proof and go back to Indesign to start the next job if I do the same process and forget to close the 'How do you share file' window it errors which is really annoying! Please fix I'm sure it never used to do that.

    Thanks

  3. We have 19 windows 10 PC that have Adobe Reader and you cannot type anywhere. This includes the search filed, form fields, page range on printing, comments, etc. it is like the program is not accepting input from the keyboard because Ctrl + F does nothing but you can open the search by using the mouse and toolbars. You can paste into all of these fields by right click and paste but not Ctrl + V. The issue seams to be isolated to Windows 10 and the reader version. the Windows 7 machines that we have are not having the…

  4. I use the mouse to scroll to find the tool is always very slow when using the "Customize Quick Tools" feature. My software version is Acrobat DC Pro 2019.012.20034, and the computer is Mac Pro 2013 ( macOS 10.14.5). My computer configuration is not low, using Acrobat and other software is not slow. Use of "Customize Quick Tools" function is always very slow, it takes a long time to add the required tools on the Toolbar.

  5. I have two large screens extended, and would like to see documents scroll full pages left to right to be able to view up to four pages at a time and don't want the entire display to be replaced with four more pages, but want a smooth scroll from left to right, to see the context of the adjacent pages.

  6. Every time I try to open a PDF I get this message, "Your application install seems to be damaged, Please reinstall the application."

    MAC OS 10.13.6
    Acrobat 18.011.20058

This began with an OS system update a couple months ago. No PDFs will open in Acrobat, only in Preview.

  8. Hello there.

The Redact feature need to work with all kind of files, even the ones where in the document security settings "Changing the Documents" is "Not Allowed" or with the files where "Document Assembly" is "Not Allowed".

Think of this application in litigation, where we have to redact privilege and PII before sending it out to the opposing counsel.

    Regards,

  11. Please make it so we don't have to sign in to Adobe Acrobat Pro DC so frequently. Our agency paid for this account so it should be readily available to us.

  12. We were able to switch between different views in a portfolio through the options available in menu bar in Acrobat XI

Acrobat Pro 2017 does not offer that shortcut. (atleast I have not been able to find it)
Now the long procedure requires me to go View>Portfolio>Details/Layout

    whereas

Acrobat XI has those buttons right on top by the name (1) Layout and (2) Files

Is there anyway to have this feature enabled? or can Adobe include it in its next update

  15. Acrobat DC 2019.012.20035
    Windows 10 1903 (18362.175)

Acrobat DC crashes every time I simply select text in a PDF document opened in Protected Mode and choose Copy.

If I choose to enable editing, it doesn't crash.

  16. Every time I open Acrobat I have to select "show stamp names" in the stamp tool. This should be selectable as a default setting. There is no reason why "show tiny illegible stamp thumbnails" should be the default.

  19. Since I installed Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, it causes my Microsoft Word to crash nearly every time I open it. I tried to remove the Adobe add-ons to Word, and that helped the situation, but they always come back, and then my Word (Windows 7) starts crashing again. Sometimes on a subsequent startup it works again, then crashes again. I have seen this problem addressed in the last three years in various forums and I expected updates from both companies to resolve this issue, but it has not. What's the problem?

  20. This is to some extent a refinement or extension of other questions here. One of the things I have to do just often enough to not have it "habit" is batch processing of PDF files, usually to reduce file size. I have a custom tool created, and have now figured out how to "find it" when I open Acrobat.

Assuming one has gotten to this point, there are two specific functions that would make this much easier, based on what makes sense to this user: I want to be able to drag files "somewhere" to process them.

    Photoshop (and Acrobat…
