  1. When I have multiple tabs open, I am often inputting data from the PDFs into a database and need many open at one time. If there are more than 4 tabs open, somewhere among them, a tab will randomly close, and I must stop to go back and open the one tab. This has become more of an issue in the last couple of weeks than it ever has been in the past. In fact, this is a new problem that has not occurred until the last couple of weeks.

  2. Recently the Web based Adobe Acrobat Program has been slow so their IT team suggested using the App. In the Web Based program when I click on the notification bell ones I have clicked on turn greyed out and the other remain light grey. Once I take care of a notification I can click the three dotted lines to Mark as read or Dismiss a notification. This is not an option at all in the App. You cannot dismiss notifications.   3. Every time that I go to print a document, the bookmark screen is open. I want to disable it so that if I want to bookmark, I can, but not to have to close it every time that I go to print...it is tedious and a distraction...

Can you stop showing the "TRY IT NOW" option after it's been selected once, as it get REALLY FKING annoying happening EVERY TIME you open Adobe Reader... seriously we know there is a new feature. I'm not going to use it just because of the number of times it has annoyingly popped up and stopped me getting on with what I actually trying to do. I subscribe to avoid annoying pop ups...

  6. I have updated my IOS to Sonoma and experience many issues with Adobe. including:
    Slow to load (20-30 seconds with spinning wheel)
    errors such as:
    The document could not be saved. A file I/O error has occurred.
    and:
    The document could not be saved. Bytes not ready.
    everytime I try to do something. We are paying for the subscription and I cannot use this product. What do I need to do to get it working again?

  7. I am sure this is not a new request, but why is their no split screen sharing with adobe acrobat and other applications on Mac OS. I am starting my masters but if I have to keep switching between windows to study, well I will look for another application and cancel my subscription. (also you removed the define context feature which just seems another reason to move on).

  8. It is tiring to deal with ever changing technology. The previous interface was so user friendly and everything was working smoothly. There is no reason for your company to spend resources on ever updating and changing interfaces. It confuses the users and creates more tech support request. Some things are best to be kept as is as they are working perfectly.

  11. Ability to delete old signed documents that are over 5 years old. I have several old vacation rental agreements that I signed over 5 years ago and unless I deactivate my account and re-activate I am unable to delete these documents.

  12. We've had multiple dozens of users button break on Adobe reader, standard and pro where the Send by email/ attatch PDF as attatchment within the adobe application breaks. When clicked it breaks the application and freezes it for about 5 minutes until it errors out. The only way to get rid of the break is to end it from task manager. This was on multiple systems with different versions of Adobe, Windows 10 (1909, 20h2, 22h2), and software versions.

  14. I am not sure what the point of this "feature request / bug report" is. I am trying to "provide feedback". In this case, I would like to complain about the big blue share button that is disallowing me from seeing the tool items that I actually need to see and use.   16. There are at least two scenarios in which Acrobat is busy, but provides no activity/notification of what it's doing or that it's busy:

    1) With auto-updates enabled, Acrobat will download and install the update in the background. During the installation, the Acrobat application will not respond to clicks for 15 seconds - 2 minutes or so and no notification of what it's doing will show

    2) When combining files, each time a file is added, Acrobat doesn't respond to clicks (it is apparently preparing the file in the background to be converted) until that processing is complete. This behavior occurs…

  17. When the "Create Links from URLs" feature is turned on, Adobe is creating invalid links over existing links when the text of the link wraps.

    Please refer to the attached image example.

    In this example you can clearly see the following link:
    https://energycodeace.com/site/custom/public/reference-ace-2013/index.html#!Documents/14whatsnewfor2013.htm

    However, as you can see in the example, the link is very long and wraps the "2013.htm" portion of the link to a new line. The document already contains a link for the whole URL but the "Create Links from URLs" feature is appending a new URL from only the first line of text. This is causing…

  18. Everything about the new update is worse than the previous version. I get terrible slowdown and "not responding" messages literally every time I use it, and the FIND function in particular has been ruined. It barely works, and constantly shifts itself out of the search bar. PLEASE REVERT THIS FUTURE TO THE WAY IT USED TO BE. Otherwise the software is almost unusuable.

    L'interfaccia di navigazione è stata inspiegabilmente invertita orizzontalmente, non si capisce per quale folle motivo.
