  1. When using images as part of the "Appearance" of a Digital Signature, the image is scaled and centered which results in odd placement of the signature.

    When there is only an image in the signature it is scaled to fit within the forms signature field/user defined rectangle and then it is centered.
    It should be left justified (Or right depending on the region settings).

  2. Description of desired feature & Why the feature is needed

    Dear Mr./Mrs.

    I and my collegues created a custom stamp on Excel and this stamp has text fields and a text field for the signature. Kindly look attached file. We would like to work with our custom stamp on our invoices and on our delivery notes within our workflow. However we couldn't insert texts into the text fields and couldn't add a signature when we add this stamp on one of the invoice using Acrobat DC.   3. Please consider updating the pricing, trial and cancellation policy for your product subscriptions. Your monthly subscription fees are way too expensive for individual customers, with one exception - your photography plan. Your photography plan is a great value. Why can't your other plans be like that?

    Also, who can remember to cancel within 7 days? When you start charging monthly fees for a yearly plan so quickly, and then charge a ridiculous amount (50%!) for your cancellation fee, it makes me feel like you couldn't care less about your customers - you just want to make a buck. Is that…

  5. save and save not working

    File >save > and you get a empty window with no function or options.

    when you try to use the save or save as function from the menu you have an empty window with no functions or options so you cannot save. I trick the system by doing a reduce file.... Mac OS Mojave 10.14.06 it is annoying.

  7. It's 2020. We still do not have Acrobat Pro x64. Our company develops engineering solutions around the world for aerospace and car companies, and the aerospace models are enormously complex--despite all efforts to compress models and use other formats to reduce size, the fact is that Acrobat does not handle these well, often freezing or crashing (even more prevalent since the Windows 10 required switch, as Win10 is so consistently buggy).   8. The opened pdf files often crush after they are open for a while (which I suspect is due to the unstable server connection). So, I hope that Acrobat has this relaod function so that an opened file can be reloaded manually by a short-cut key like Ctrl+R.

  9. Crashes frequently, particularly sensitive when more than 7 files open. Frequency of crashing increases to the point where it is unusable.

    Need to quickly resolve compatibility issues with Catalina, perhaps error reporting from the software would help.

    - What is the version of Acrobat Pro and the OS that you are using currently?
    - Could you please share the workflow that you’re using while using the Compare tool?

  17. This just became a problem today. Whenever I have right clicked on a JPG or PNG file in the past I can choose to Convert to Adobe PDF and it would automatically do so. As of this morning I am no longer able to do that and keep getting the error message that is attached.

    Yes, I can open Illustrator and print to PDF BUT it doesn't allow me to just use the artboard as the entire PDF file. It automatically places it in the middle of a letter sized sheet with a lot of white space around it. Please…

  19. Acrobat DC is extremely slow to do everything like navigating through tools and opening PDFs. Acrobat X is 100 times faster than Acrobat DC. Please fix no one can use Acrobat DC to edit lots of PDFs at this speed. If I click something like "Edit PDF" it should immediately switch like Acrobat X does, there is a second delay on everything. I have a very fast i9 PC Windows 10.

  20. I want to stop pdf's from opening automatically after I download them.

    I SIMPLY WANT TO DOWNLOAD AND SAVE

    I have already turned off the feature that will automatically download in chrome because I want to choose what gets downloaded.

    My problem arises when I have multiple pdf's to download and save, I do not want them to open every time. Period. I do not want them to open in my browser, or in any adobe product.

    Currently, when I select download, the files are automatically opening in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC - Continuous Release | Version 2019.010.20098 every time.
