  1. CPU utilization when index creating

    I have set scheduled runnig a batch file whcih indexes over 65,000 PDF files every weekend.
    However CPU utilization is over 95% when index creating.

    Is there any way decreasing CPU utilization when index creating?

  2. Stop with the popups! I do not need these stupid interruptions to my work.

    I am working, and do not have time to invest in accepting or rejecting your popup leads for new Adobe products or tutorials. Send an email with this information. Adobe has lost most of its dignity as a solutions provider. There is a new ambulance chaser in Software City.

  5. Dont crash lose 3 hours of my work and then not be able to bring it up the file, how about that for a great idea. Thanks!

    dont crash and have a **** program that loses large amounts of work. Thank god there was an auto save oh wait it crashed and didnt work too.

  6. Plugin doesn't support metric measurements in settings dialog (Firefox)

    The Acrobat Firefox (and most likely Chrome, etc.) plugin's settings dialog for page size isn't localized for metric support and only displays units in inches and not millimetres. Please fix this ASAP. We are not all American.

    I am sorry for the inconvenience you are facing.
    Can you please details the issue you are facing.
    Can you share with us the acrobat version and the operating system you are using
    also can you share with us some sample PDFs with which you are facing this issue.

  8. Acrobat DC crashes, then toolbar reverts back to default.

    I mostly use the Edit or Prepare Form tools. While I'm updating my document, Acrobat crashes at random times. There is nothing consistent, it just seems to be more finicky after the most recent update. After it crashes, I reopen it and the customized toolbar on the right has reverted back to the default tools. This is very inconvenient and happens several times a day while editing or preparing a document. Is this a known issue and is there a fix for this?

  9. Cannot send email while Outlook Plugin is enabled.

    When I attach a PDF to an email I am unable to send the email because outlook says it has been modified. Disabling the Acrobat plugin seems to fix it.

  10. When the Reduced Size option is used, the white area in images should not be changed to a a mottled light gray.

    When the Reduced Size option is used, the white area in images should not be changed to a a mottled light gray. Technical Support couldn't tell me how to fix this---even a Supervisor. I have to take the time to experiment to find out if this can be resolved using the PDF Optimizer which is wasteful of my time.

  11. Bug Report: Version 2019.008.20074, Win 7...Does not save to desired location

    When I first open Acrobat the first time I try to do a SAVE AS to a different location...the document is not saved to the target location. Second time I tray it, document IS saved to target location.

  13. 20074 action wizard & javascript not working

    After the update to 20071 and 20074 the action wizard and javascript features fail to work correctly, I am no longer able to run my action wizard functions because everytime I try to do so, I get the error stating "Failed to Load an Application Resource (internal error)".

    For example, I'm no longer able to import or export any new actions as a result of the error. Whenever I import something, the system searches for the import file then doesn't do anything after the file is selected.

  15. Allow option for Acrobat Pro DC to run locally

    Since going to Cloud Acrobat Pro DC, much much slower than X pro running locally on PC. We are a small local government utility. Can't imagine using this in a business sense...
    Also doesn't play well with Outlook 2013. Add-ins issues

  16. Why does Adobe ask me to login in now EVERYTIME that I open a document? This slows my computer down - and all I want to do is view doc.

    This slows my computer down and really bogs things in general. Then when I opt out of sign in, Adobe does what I want anyway.... After I have closed two windows to get to the actual doc.

  18. Local log for Authentication issues Acrobat DC

    It would be helpful if Acrobat kept a local log (we use Windows) to show success / failure for log in attempts to the DC. Cataloging the error messages received by our users would help us diagnose account issues vs. user error, etc.
