Every day I import my kewords to my 20 newspaper and I highligt the words 30%percent tranparency with a redact tool on adobe acrobat and then I try to take a snaphoot of the news on the pages for my organisation. It is to hard job for me because of I need to check where it the higlihted word on which pages. If you put any command or choice for export redacted pages to the desired directory (ie export reducted pages to the new pdf file or jpg files) it will be solve my problem.

  2. I'm using Acrobat Pro 11.0.0 on Windows 10. Running an action to convert pdf to pdf/a. If an input folder is specified to process and the folder has a large number of files, the Action stops at about file #250 with an error message that a .dll file (sorry I didn't get the full file name) is missing or corrupt. Have to use Task Manager to close Acrobat. Works well if number of files is less than about 250.

  3. The list of files on SharePoint is alphabetical. I would think recent files should be first or that a choice should be offered

  4. The mouse wheel is a great tool for scrolling through pages. However, sometimes it skips a page, instead of flipping to the next. Can you please fix this?

  6. I am super annoyed right now! It is not allowing me to sign in to my Adobe Account to access a document I need for a class in 10 minutes. It is requiring the password to be reset through an email. This would not be a problem, but I share my account with my dad and he is at work. So now, ADOBE is the reason I cannot complete my assignment. All I need is access to the file through Adobe Acrobat. This Bug or whatever issue it is, NEEDS TO BE FIXED. This is not the first time I…

  7. WIN 10 PRO
    32GB RAM
    6 core i7 3.7 GHz
    Nvidia GTX 1070-TI
(Installed latest versions of: Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Acrobat DC, lightroom, Bridge, Audition, Media Encoder)

Since a few days Acrobat DC crashes on startup. I think It might have to do with the fact that I just updated my Windows 10 PRO to the October 2018 release because I think it started crashing since then.

Acrobat DC is completely unusable now.

I have all latest graphic drivers, Windows 10 PRO drivers, and April 2019 release of CC Cloud apps.
    If I uninstall Acrobat DC…

  8. Adobe gives you a trail key witch you can change every 7 day so you can get free Adobe forever. You don't need to be a pro programmer to do this and you don't need a third party programs to get free trail for ever. And it updates so its not like other cracked versions you can download for Pirate Bay or sites like that. In my opinion you should have only 1 key that is supported by the program for trail version of the program. And for bought products you should have some like encrypted keys so people don't…

  9. When opening Acrobat DC, we should be able to get back automatically the active opened tabs from previous session. This way it would be easier to follow up with work by continuing where work was left off before closing the program

  10. If your Mac is on a network where it does not have Internet access, Adobe Acrobat Pro crashes. If you start the program, the Apple Beachball appears after about 5 seconds and the program is no longer usable. It seems that Adobe Acrobat tries to log in with the user account, but this is not possible due to the lack of Internet access.

I have installed the latest MacOS version (10.14.3) and also the latest Acrobat Pro version (19.10.20091.315611).

I was also able to reproduce the problem in another network and with a new clean MacOS on another computer.

  11. Upon first start up Adobe is slow to respond. Contacted support with no help. It looks like Adobe struggles to connect my account to the cloud. I do not log out ever, nor do I log in. I am the only one in the office that struggles with it being slow to open. I end up having to keep the program open all day so I don't have to wait 30 sec for it to finally connect each time I open a PDF. I cannot find a feature that will keep me logged in so I don't have to keep…

  12. Can Adobe make a feature that allows you to insert and link PDF files (pages) into one PDF (Set) while maintaining the link back to the original file. So if the original file is updated so is the (Set) PDF in the same way images are Linked and updated in Indesign. Would be a massive help with 2D part drawings for creating a drawing set during revisions.

  13. Under the prepare form function, users should be allowed to create multiple radio buttons with a single function rather than creating one radio button at a time for each group. Say I have 100 questions and each question has 4 choices meaning it has 4 radio buttons, that is 400 radio buttons that i have to manually create. It is tedious and painful. There has to be a faster way to do this.

This should also provide an option whether the layout of the radio buttons is vertical or horizontal.

  14. Expand your presence in Microsoft Flow to allow things like the filling of PDFs using data in MS Flow. Or at least the basic functionality that is already in Adobe Acrobat to Import Data into fillable PDFs through MS Flow.

We are currently working on creating word versions of our forms but I think it would be better to keep using PDFs or even Designer files. We already have Adobe Acrobat Pro, so it would be great to keep it.

  15. I followed this tutorial (https://helpx.adobe.com/be_fr/acrobat/kb/enable-embedded-index-to-search-pdf.html) to reactivate embedded index in acrobat pro dc 2015 15.006.30.464. When testing the modification, The indexing is not functional.
Is there a solution of this problem ?

    Best Regards

    Hi,

We are sorry that the solution did not fix the issue.

Will it be possible for you to please share a sample PDF with us on which the issue can be reproduced?

You can mail it on sagrover@adobe.com

    Regards,
    Sandeep Grover

  16. OK, so when you click "create pdf" in the Adobe DC Pro MS Word add in, a pop up save dialog box opens. The file name for the "new pdf" is shown the same as the source document filename (in this case a blah.docx file).

I want the folder location for the new pdf (blah.pdf) that is being created from the source blah.docx file to be the same. i.e. I want to save the blah.pdf file in the same folder as the blah.docx file.

At the moment, it only opens the save dialog box to the last folder location a…

I am sorry for the inconvenience you are facing.
Can you share with us the acrobat version and the operating system you are using
Also some sample PDFs with which you are facing this issue.

  18. Adobe Acrobat Pro DC keeps shutting down. I can open, edit and print one pdf document but if I try to open another, the program shuts down. Very frustrating!

  19. Add a Storage Account SharePoint Site
Site URL is correct, Enter Account Name ignores entry and comes back to same screen
Adding account fails and there is no help on the Adobe help site

If this works, it should be available on all Adobe apps
