Convert Colors progress bar shows incorrect page number
When converting colors on a multi-page PDF file, after clicking OK, the progress bar that appears starts with showing "Converting Page 0" when it should be "Converting Page 1". Probably just using the pages array index (being zero based).

1 voteIf my understanding is correct, you purchased some product but could not downlaod. Can you provide some more details please? Exactly which product/version did you purchase? Did you purchase online? If so, did you receive an email with the download link?

Adobe Send & Track Add-in for Outlook stops email signature coming through when sending PDFs
Installation of Adobe Add-in for Send & Track should not be automatic. It blocks the email signature of the user in Outlook 2013 from appearing when he/she wants to send a PDF by email directly from Adobe or other program which uses the Outlook API

javascript window expired
I can't open PDFs, I tried everything from disabling javascript, turning protected mode off, to formatting my laptop. It always pops out with a javascript window expired. I've attached a photo below. If I disable javascript I am able to open the file but there is no content, if it is enabled then once I open the file it the pop up appears and when I click ok it closes the file.

I suppose you are facing this with a particular set of PDF’s. Can you please provide one such PDF. Also please provide the version of Acrobat you are using.

PDF does not finish converting Spot / RGB colors to CMYK/
This is when using preflight fixes or convert color under Print Production Tools.

Can no longer view pdf in Outlook without opening the pdf.

Also check if the file: “C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat 2015\Acrobat\PDFPrevHndlr.dll” is present on your machine, if not please repair your product, -

AABDC needs 'Smart Lookup' capabilities like what is in MS Word 2016 to be able to look up phrases, not just SINGLE words.

I want to be able to highlight something such as a persons name and then 'right click' on it and have a 'drop down' link to Google search the name or other selected phrases.

I work for the Federal government and was issued a copy of Adobe Acrobat DC. I have Adobe Flash Player 27 Active X and 27 NPAPI as well as Adobe Reader XI(11.02.21) installed on our system. I am having problems combining Adobe forms, I feel as if there are some radio buttons missing in order for this task to be completed. the page I singled out is blank, it should not be, there is data on that page. Send & Track Personalized Email Message
Allow users to edit and save a new default email Subject and body Message when using Send & Track. This is useful for those companies that send PDF files on a regular basis with a particular form letter attached to the file. Currently, we have to cut and paste our message into the default form each time. It would be nice to eliminate this step.

Adobe Acrobat XI Pro mailto link opens IE first and then Outlook 2016. Default program for mailto protocol is set on Outlook 2016 and Adobe Acrobat Reader DC opens mailto link on Outlook 2016 only.
Reset Acrobat XI Pro did not resolve the issue.
Please assist on rectifying this.

Running Sierra 10.12.6. Acrobat pro won't open properly.
Acrobat pro won't open properly on my iMac running Sierra 10.12.6.
I can see it in the menu bar at the top of the screen, but it won't open any further than that.
I have been able to click on file-open and managed to open a file, but none of the tool functions work.1 voteApologies for the trouble, can you provide the Acrobat version you are using. Also please provide the following logs:

I worked on a document for 3 hours. Then something unexpectedly happened as I was trying to save it. Now all is gone. Can I retrieve this document by any chance?

Customize view when open PDF
I would like to be able to customize what opens in DC like previous versions. For example, I almost always need the comments bar open when I open PDFs. It was save me time and clicks if I could set in Preferences or someplace to always open that bar when opening a PDF> I used to be able to do this i thought in previous versions. I hop eyou can add this tweak.

Why use a persons birthdate for account verification!
Quit asking for a person's birthdate for account verification. This is not necessary and only places the customer at more risk. You do not need this specific information to validate eligibility.
