  1. (Bug) Resizing windows stutters

    Resizing a window by dragging the lower right corner is very laggy. Often, the mouse pointer is halfway across the width of the window before the window starts to resize. It then jumps repeatedly to catch up with the mouse as you resize the window.

    On a late 2016 MacBook Pro, Mojave, 16 GB ram,
    Acrobat DC Pro version 2019.008.20074

  2. Pdfmaker Add in not working with Office 2019

    The Adobe PDFMaker Add In does not work in Office 2019. The add in appears on the Add In list but when checked, nothing happens. This needs to be active in Office 2019

  3. Bug - Searching for text causes the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC to close

    When I search for text in a PDF, the application begins to find instances of that text, then closes without warning or error messages.

  4. Error Message: There was an error processing a page. There was a problem reading this document (109).

    I get this error message occasionally, and sometimes if I close the document and reopen, it loads fine. Other times, it just won't load. Any suggestions?

  5. Bug: Reduced Size PDF Leads to Corruption

    We are a publisher which also publishes PDF version online. In trying to use the latest version (2019.008.20081) to save as reduced file size, the text becomes corrupted.

  6. Adobe Acrobat Pro DC BUG

    There is a bug in this software that does not allow you to save the document. A blank window pops up and nothing shows, i.e. where the file could be saved. Only after several attempts does the "save as" window fully show up. What is the solution for this bug?

  7. Adobe crashed my whole computer !!!

    I opened a document on Adobe on Mac and then it stopped responding right away. Then I tried to restart my computer or shut it down, it showed that because my ADOBE WOULD NOT let me!!?? I couldn't not open any pdf or restart my computer because of this. Please help!

  8. Problem with open any pdf im my pc

    My acrobat Dc, does not open the pdf even being as standard viewer. I already reinstalled, I noticed. only works after reboot pc. How to solve this problem?

  9. Acrobat incorrectly adding links to text that contains the word 'news:'

    Hi, I have been making PDFs from InDesign CC 2019 running on Mac OS High Sierra. When opening the PDFs in Acrobat Pro DC, it's creating broken links from text that does not look like a URL and where no links have been specified. I think it's the 'Create Links from URLs' feature in Acrobat preferences trying to be helpful but failing miserably. This seems to affect text that uses a colon : but I can't ask my client not to use colons in their copy just because Acrobat is incorrectly reading it as a URL. My client is asking…

  10. Acrobat DC crashes when saving PDF

    Acrobat DC (continuous release) crashes itself and Chrome and Edge whenever trying to "Save" or "Save as" a PDF downloaded.
    Also crashes itself when trying to save PDF from Outlook email attachment. This has been going on for several weeks.

  13. everytime open help it crashes

    Every time I open up tutorials or help it crashes. Also, it lacks some of the ease of use features that XI had.

  14. Bug: Text Disappears

    Text spontaneously disappears after leaving the page and scrolling back to it. The text fields still exists and some letters stay visible, but the other letters have disappeared.

  15. Acrobat Pro DC shuts down

    Acrobat Pro DC shuts down if you try to have two documents open at the same time and also when you try to open a document that it is in a previous version of Adobe. This just started happening last week. My software is up to date.

  17. Look up to www.dictionary.com doesn't work anymore

    a word look up ends up with '404 Not Found' using:
    https://www.dictionary.com/cgi-bin/dict.pl?term=<word>

    instead it should use:
    https://www.dictionary.com/browse/<word>?s=t

  19. Can't Save!

    After typing Cntrol+s all afternoon, and into the night yesterday, I arrive to find out that nothing saved, past around 1:00 pm yesterday. I lost a TON of work. Please fix ASAP.

  20. Cannot do a Save As... to make a new document from a template

    Cannot do a Save As... to make a new document from a template. The buttons are not user friendly at all. Many options in the previous version cannot be found.
