"Incorrect Structure Exists"
If Adobe can't compare files because an "incorrect structure exists", can the error box give more information or navigate to where in the document Adobe was having an issue. The files I am comparing are very large and I have no idea what structure is incorrect or even which version of the document it is in.

Error message when attempting to compress a file "An error was encountered while processing images."
I receive this error message when I select File -> Compress PDF.
I currently have Adobe Acrobat Standard DC installed on a computer running Windows 10.
I have used this feature to compress numerous other PDFs made from documents that contain text and images. I'm not sure why this feature has found a problem with the images. It would be nice if the error message also included suggestions on how to fix the problem.

Compare gives bad parameter error message
When comparing pdfs I get a bad parameter message. No other explanation.

Batch processing action to run with less input
Currently, actions in Acrobat DC require continual input as they are running. For example, I have an action that adds a watermark and restricts editing with a password. All of that information including the password was entered into the action when I created it. When the action runs, I have to approve the watermark for each document, and enter the password (twice) for each document. I'm not sure why the whole process can't run itself once I select the files on which the action should be performed.

Acrobat DC is slow
Acrobat DC is very slow to view the files. Checking the separations and toggling 2 documents. It would be great, if you work on this. Slowness is very much frustrating.

Automate Filling out Paperwork
Hi,
Since you guys are experts with Documents and many people use your service, I believe a lot of companies would pay more if you can automate filling out paperwork.
I’m talking about the Construction Industry, where jobs have to be bid on, and there could be a way to avoid the repetitive task of filling out the same information for all the jobs such as Company Name, Address, Name of President, etc ... Reduced Size pdf In Pro DC
When trying to reduce the size of the PDF, it actually makes the file larger. The previous suggestion to use "Optimize Scanned Pages" is not available in Pro DC

save and save as function
save and save not working
File >save > and you get a empty window with no function or options.
when you try to use the save or save as function from the menu you have an empty window with no functions or options so you cannot save. I trick the system by doing a reduce file.... Mac OS Mojave 10.14.06 it is annoying.

After issuing a Rebuild index adobe Acrobat does not close and stay open
Hello,
I fully understand, if I click on an a .pdf file Adobe acrobat application will open and runs my task and after that I may close that pdf file and open another PDF file... But I don't know why after running a .bpdx fule which is just for Rebuilding an index windows stays open and does not close and end the application. This causes problem with my scheduled task that I run at midnight as follow:
1. move and copy some file.
2. Stop the dropbox after re
3. run the rebuilding of the indexes

SAML for Okta
After talking with support I understand that there is no idp initiated login via SSO to adobe, just SP initiated. This is something I would like to see, specifically for Okta

Add support for the Data URL scheme
Currently, embedded links which use the Data URL schema are blocked by Adobe Acrobat even when adjusting security settings. Adobe Acrobat doesn't need to support reading these links as they're simply opened in a browser, but we need Acrobat to stop blocking these links. I've attached an example PDF with an embedded data url.

Covert .xml
When trying to convert .xml to PDF not covert properly. also know that this functionality/feature was diasble after acrobat version 10.

Bug: “Create Contents item for link annotation” fix fails!
If we create a tagged PDF from InDesign, the contents item for hyperlinks is missing. This can be fixed with Acrobats single preflight fix: Create Contents Item For Link Annotations.
However, this broke already in 2019 and still is broken in 2020!
In 2018 it works in one go.In 2019 and 2020 we have to run it is many as five times before it is actualy applied!
We save the document each time under a different name, sometimes the third time we run the fix it sticks, sometimes after five times, sometimes not at all.

Ruler tool
Can you please add a ruler tool. One which you could click on and it would go across the screen. If you could have it utilize the up and down keys to control it's movement, that would be great. Our firm receives a lot of lists in adobe pdf. form and it would help us keep track of where we are as we go through the pdf list.

Allow users to delete their old stored payment method
As an Acrobat DC subscriber, I'd like to be able to delete old payment methods tied to my account.
Currently users have to reach out to Adobe support, and the process takes 5-7 business days - which is absurd is 2020. Every other subscription software allows the user to fully manage saved payment cards except Adobe

Recently any optimized or extracted pdf generates a cannot find or create the font XXXXXX+ArialMT.
Bug? Recently any optimized or extracted pdf by Standard DC generates a cannot find or create the font XXXXXX+ArialMT. Some characters may not display or print correctly. I've only been working with map pdfs produced by ArcGIS, but some of these are new and some quite old and I've never had this problem before. They seem to display properly but it is so annoying to have to click through the warning every time. The XXXXXX differs every time.
