  1. Adobe crashed my whole computer !!!

    I opened a document on Adobe on Mac and then it stopped responding right away. Then I tried to restart my computer or shut it down, it showed that because my ADOBE WOULD NOT let me!!?? I couldn't not open any pdf or restart my computer because of this. Please help!

  2. everytime open help it crashes

    Every time I open up tutorials or help it crashes. Also, it lacks some of the ease of use features that XI had.

  3. Pdfmaker Add in not working with Office 2019

    The Adobe PDFMaker Add In does not work in Office 2019. The add in appears on the Add In list but when checked, nothing happens. This needs to be active in Office 2019

  4. Export measurement markup to excel incorrectly

    I use Acrobat Pro DC 2018.011.20040 version to do take-off quantity and when I export to csv file (use right click when you're in measure distance mode). It looks like all the numbers are shown incorrectly. Have anyone known how to fix or had the same problem? Cheers

  5. Bug: Text Disappears

    Text spontaneously disappears after leaving the page and scrolling back to it. The text fields still exists and some letters stay visible, but the other letters have disappeared.

  6. Acrobat Pro DC shuts down

    Acrobat Pro DC shuts down if you try to have two documents open at the same time and also when you try to open a document that it is in a previous version of Adobe. This just started happening last week. My software is up to date.

  7. Error Message: There was an error processing a page. There was a problem reading this document (109).

    I get this error message occasionally, and sometimes if I close the document and reopen, it loads fine. Other times, it just won't load. Any suggestions?

  9. Acrobat DC crashes when saving PDF

    Acrobat DC (continuous release) crashes itself and Chrome and Edge whenever trying to "Save" or "Save as" a PDF downloaded.
    Also crashes itself when trying to save PDF from Outlook email attachment. This has been going on for several weeks.

  11. Can't Save!

    After typing Cntrol+s all afternoon, and into the night yesterday, I arrive to find out that nothing saved, past around 1:00 pm yesterday. I lost a TON of work. Please fix ASAP.

  12. Cannot do a Save As... to make a new document from a template

    Cannot do a Save As... to make a new document from a template. The buttons are not user friendly at all. Many options in the previous version cannot be found.

  13. Acrobat crashing and wants to reopen previous windows/documents almost every time. Mac OS X Mojave.

    Pretty much every time I open Acrobat, I get a window asking me if I want to restore the previous documents, because Acrobat had crashed the last time (but I didn't notice this -- I quit it manually and no notification of a crash until the next time I start up).

  17. Bug: Reduced Size PDF Leads to Corruption

    We are a publisher which also publishes PDF version online. In trying to use the latest version (2019.008.20081) to save as reduced file size, the text becomes corrupted.

  18. Incorrect hadling of word division in Cyrillic languages

    Steps to reproduce the bug: Open the attached pdf file and try to find the word "поиск" (using the search tool).

    Expected result: Acrobat finds the word "поиск" at the and of the first line.

    Observed result: Acrobat finds nothing.

    Environment: Windows; any version of Acrobat or Acrobat Reader.

  19. initial view error - Bug Report

    Acrobat Pro DC Version 2019.008.20081 - Windows 10 64bit

    I configured the initial view setting in the Document properties, such as Page Layout, magnification, open to page, and Window Options
    But the initial view configuration is ignored when I open the pdf document, and the Acrobat shows last view settings and page regardless initial view setting.

    For example, I set the "Page Layout" with Two up and "Open to Page"
    with 1. then save and close. when I reopen the document, the Acrobat shows single page layout view and page 5 as the las view before closing document.
