  1. Acrobat DC is so horrible that I will toss it for a pirate copy

    It is dead slow! I have an 64bit Windows 10 laptop and it takes almost two minutes to exit it! I will toss it for a pirate copy without cloud options.
    It sucks big time.

  2. PDF pages simply go blank after 60+ mins

    I have users that are experiencing the above described issue. They open up a single PDF, or multiple PDFs, and if they are left open for 60 mins or longer, all pages in the PDFs go blank.

    Acrobat DC Pro (2015.006.30355), Windows 10, Microsoft Surface.
    We are expecting the PDF pages to be available the entire time the PDF is open.
    We've observed that it happens with multiple PDFs and requires the user to close all PDFs and reopen to resolve.

    If my understanding is correct, you purchased some product but could not downlaod. Can you provide some more details please? Exactly which product/version did you purchase? Did you purchase online? If so, did you receive an email with the download link?

  7. Acrobat: tools- edit using photoshop:

    image opens as RGB but Orig image is placed as cmyk in InDesign 2017 then saved as ADOBE PDF (preset). I can't locate any pref.

    When viewing pages, they often flicker, as if they are redrawn infinitely.

  9. Acrobat quit unexpectively

    With Mac os High Sierra Acrobat often quit unexpectively. Sometimes its quite impossible to check a pdf.

  10. PDF preview handler error

    Can no longer view pdf in Outlook without opening the pdf.

    Can you share the versions of Acrobat|Outlook you are using.
    Also check if the file: “C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat 2015\Acrobat\PDFPrevHndlr.dll” is present on your machine, if not please repair your product,

    Please don't insult us and call it MY adobe acrobat. It's corporate greed. It's YOUR acrobat and we are forced to use it.

  13. it keeps crashing on my mac and its the newest version of Acrobat Pro

    whenever I add rich media to a PDF, Acrobat Pro DC keeps crashing making it useless. and annoying as I just bought it so it's the latest version.I have a 2016b mac book air. help!

  15. Can't save a simple change without having to 'save as' and rename the document

    If you go into a saved document and change something you cannot save it you have to save it as a completely separate document. i.e. I edit one line to be italicized and hit save and I get a pop up error that states, "The file may be read-only, or another user may have it open. Please save the document with a different name or in a different folder.

    1) I am the only user
    2) I created the .pdf document yesterday and did NOT make it read-only.

  16. Opening side by side

    It would be great to be able to open 2 PDF pages next toeach other for easy comparison, i.e. when comparing two people on a geneology site

    Hi

    You can try the following –
    Go to Organize Pages App to move the pages you want to see next to each other.
    Then go to View→Display Options and select Two pages.

  18. Bug: Save as not working: "The File may be read-only, or another user may have it open.

    Unable to "save-as," export, or e-sign a PDF document.

    Error message when trying to export as another PDF file type, or as another PDF with normal "save as":

    "The File may be read-only, or another user may have it open. Please save the document with a different name or in a different folder."

    I am using Acrobat 9 Pro on a Mac OS Sierra 10.12.6.

  20. DC PRO constantly crashes

    DC Pro is totally unreliable, whether creating a pdf, trying to access a pdf or saving the program displays "DC Pro not responding. Happens very frequently making the program useless. Have worked with support 3 times no resolve. Occurs on both my WIN10 and WIN7 computers, never had a problem with ver 7 through 10. Pay lots for DC team but will have to look for another vendor.
