  4. Please provide a way to open a PDF in Acrobat with one click (or one double-click) when the file is stored in SharePoint On-Line (and in Microsoft Teams).

We can open them from an On-Prem SharePoint server, but not from the On-Line version. We can also open them from Outlook, but not SharePoint On-Line.

The work around is to click on the PDF, which opens it in a browser; then, I can download it to a local drive; then, I can open it. Please just let me open it from SharePoint (or Teams) On-Line.

    Thank you.

  7. Previously I had to log in to my Acrobat account once a few times a year but since Sept 2020 I have to log in every time I open Acrobat. It has become a bit annoying.

  9. For combining pdf's in adobe pro would be nice to have a option that you can drag a other pdf directly from outlook into a other pdf file without opening the file. You now need to open bove pdf's first to combine it would be faster to open one pdf and then drag the other once right away into one pdf.

  10. I wish the pdf uploaded for official communication by various goverment and private agencies with lots of rows and columns don't require to download to view, they are mobile responsive friendly and somehow AI improves the usability of the pdf to web page views on mobile.

  11. Stop with the unsolicited 'try this' pop ups. You aren't google or a CNN website. I don't pay an appalling amount of money to use your service for incessant popup windows

  12. Recently we have updated to SHA-256 IdP.
Unfortunately since then the option to see logon events is not available anymore.
Please make it available again as it helps while troubleshooting or confirm correct functionality after changes.

  13. The latest update of the Acrobat Pro DC has made the application sluggish and cumbersome. Every action causes a window to open saying something about preparing the document for use. It doesn't matter whether I am signing a document or sending it to print, this message pops up and you can;t move forward until it completes whatever action it is doing.

  15. Hi Team,

We are designing Dynamic Forms using adobe LiveCycle Designer which fetch the data from server - az18w1445 (where we have stored .xls files about users information).
To Fetch the data from the required server we used to access the site - http://ie3bvwitss347:8080/ReaderExtensions/Welcome?ap=1which is dependent on flash. Can't we access the adobe reader extension without flash. Do we have any aletrnative to fetch and automatically fill the the data into forms.

  16. I noticed that Acrobat DC's Sheetfed Offset preflight profile no longer warns of fonts with glyph width issues. Unfortunately, I became aware of this after misprinting book covers due to this issue. Although the font Georgia-Italic previews fine within Acrobat, it outputs as shown within Finder's preview. Acrobat X1 and several other preflight applications flag this issue but Acrobat DC does not.

Based on my tests, version 1 of this particular font must be exported from InDesign with the subset fonts option at 100% (rather than the recommended 0%). Although I know how to fix the issue, I need Acrobat…

  17. I understand that you don't support beta OS versions, but it crashes with a document open whenever I do anything. Print, Save, Edit, etc. Also true in Reader. Reported to Apple, also. This will need to be fixed soon or your customer service people will be very unhappy.

  18. Hi,

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC removes Finder's "Tags" and "Date Last Opened" if you save an edited PDF after removing "Text Highlight".

The following procedure can replicate the bug:

    1. Download and open a PDF file such as this from Adobe’s website: https://learndownload.adobe.com/pub/learn/acrobat/edit-text-images-pdf-files.zip

    2. In the macOS Finder, assign a Tag and open the file.

    3. Go back to finder and check the Tag and the Date Last Opened

    4. Go back to the pdf, highlight a line and save the file (first save).

    5. Remove the highlighted text and save the file again (second save).

    6. Now go to the Finder, the "Tag" and the…
