1. Acrobat: tools- edit using photoshop:

   image opens as RGB but Orig image is placed as cmyk in InDesign 2017 then saved as ADOBE PDF (preset). I can't locate any pref.

2. Embedded video in PDF Interactive has borders

   I have a video in MP4, H.264 embedded in an Interactive PDF. Properties are with no border and background white, still before it starts reproducing I see a grey cube in place of the video and as long as it is not in Full Screen mode I have always some kind of border around the video. Even worse, the border changes everytime I open it, sometimes it's above, then beneath, then to the right or to the left. Contacted the support two times already, they can't help. Told me that the senior team would get in contact with me, I am still waiting.

3. Pdf not recognized by default email application (Microsoft Outlook) on Windows 10 PC

4. Taskbar icon for Acrobat and Reader are exactly the same

   How about having a different taskbar icon for Reader and Acrobat! There are some users that use both and it would be nice to be able to distinguish which program is which by looking at the icon! Like we USED to!

   Hi we are not able to reproduce the problem in house.
   Can you elaborate little more here and also please provide the version of Acrobat you are using.

8. Conversion of RGB/Spot to CMYK

   PDF does not finish converting Spot / RGB colors to CMYK/
   This is when using preflight fixes or convert color under Print Production Tools.
   Acrobat freezes most of the time, or when I try to Save as.

9. STOP with the advertising/up-sell notifications!

   When I open a PDF, I expect to be able to interact with it as soon as it loads, not have to wait 15 seconds while a stupid up-sell overlay loads and then have to close that before I can actually READ the PDF. That **** should be in a newsletter, not in the **** app.

15. javascript window expired

    I can't open PDFs, I tried everything from disabling javascript, turning protected mode off, to formatting my laptop. It always pops out with a javascript window expired. I've attached a photo below. If I disable javascript I am able to open the file but there is no content, if it is enabled then once I open the file it the pop up appears and when I click ok it closes the file.

16. Need an inbuilt way to Trigger the Action Items created in ACROBAT DC Coditionally.(This has been a request since long long long time)

    Sadly , there is no way to trigger the Custom Action Items created in Acrobat DC Conditionally:
    Examples:
    1. If the Page number is > 5 then RUN Action item else Skip.
    2. If the bookmarks are available/unavailable then RUN Action item 'x' else RUN Action item 'y'.
    3. If the Page orientation is A3 then Skip Action item.

    It gets harder because:
    Even with Custom commands it is not possible to Call/RUN an already saved Action Item.
    Example:
    if (this.numPages > 5) -> Call/Run a Action Item "eX;Set open Options" -> Then Save the file.

    You can't do it, because You cannot Run/Call an Action item using JavaScript in Acrobat, if i am correct.

    What is needed?
    At least let the user Call a Saved Action Item using Custom command Since it is not possible to set most of the properties AND SAVE the document using Custom Commands (JavaScript) directly.
    OR ELSE
    Let the user have an inbuilt option in each action item itself where they can set the triggers(Like enclosed image) based on events (Page number count, Page orientation etc.).

    With Mac os High Sierra Acrobat often quit unexpectively. Sometimes its quite impossible to check a pdf.

    I work for the Federal government and was issued a copy of Adobe Acrobat DC. I have Adobe Flash Player 27 Active X and 27 NPAPI as well as Adobe Reader XI(11.02.21) installed on our system. I am having problems combining Adobe forms, I feel as if there are some radio buttons missing in order for this task to be completed. the page I singled out is blank, it should not be, there is data on that page. The 2 documents are not combined after hitting the COMBINE button, they are still two separate documents. Can you please advise if we are running the right Acrobat Reader or if I am missing not following the process accurately.
