Bug Report - Copy/Paste special characters won't work on Mac
Copy/Paste does not work with special characters (used in Spanish, French, German, Danish etc.) anymore. Instead of letters it just leaves blank spaces in the document. Here is an example:
Copy in Acrobat Pro DC:
"Nous vérifions volontiers la possibilité d'une telle
production spéciale pour le cas individuel."Paste in any other program:
"Nous v rifions volontiers la possibilit d'une telle
production sp ciale pour le cas individuel."I have tested this on various different computers running macOS Monterey 12.1 and Acrobat Pro DC 2021.011.20039.
The same problem existed before and was addressed in this bug report in June 2021:

STOP Surreptitiously Installing McAfee on Automatic Update
While the fact that Adobe provides McAfee security for free as part of Acrobat is nice for those that want it, those of us that don't should not be forced to have it installed. Personally I hate McAfee. I use a different company for my computer/internet security and it's expensive, so when McAfee self-downloads and declares itself the default security system on my computer it makes me very unhappy.
Basically I just wasted a bunch of time and money because I thought I had the Yahoo search redirect virus on my computer. Turns out even though I had uninstalled McAfee…

update ADMX/ADM Files
Hello,
I would like to see an update to the ADMX/ADM files for Adobe DC and other versions. It is a little bit of a hassle to try and find all the features and what can be done from an administrative space by looking through pages and trying to think of what we want and what can be done. The ADMX files that I was provided by support are really out of date and do not have things like turning off cloud storage. This could easily be done via some ADMX files, but since those are not updated with possible…

Measure in both feet and inches
Currently when measuring in a PDF, Acrobat only gives the measure measurement in feet (i.e. 20.5 feet). It would be nice if Acrobat, in lieu of providing the measurement in a fraction of a foot, used a combination of both feet and inches (i.e. 20 feet 6 inches).

Give option to turn off "reopen closed PDFs" prompt
The blue prompt box that says "Your last session ended abruptly. Click here to reopen the PDFs from the last session." comes up whenever I have closed a PDF and reopen another, regardless of how long it was open, how much of it I scrolled through, etc. It is driving me bonkers. Please add an option to turn the prompt off. If I had closed it by accident I would just reopen the file directly, I don't need to be prompted by the viewing program.

Bug: Acrobat DC damages W array during Save as
- Open the file minimal.pdf in Acrobat DC. Look at the number '11' on page 3 and '12' on page 4.
- Save As... the document
- close and reopen the saved document
- The numbers '11' and '12' are now rendered wrong (glyphs on top of eachother)
=> Acrobat DC changed the font so CID 18 now has a width of 0...

file name to long
BUG - Acrobat will not open a file if the file path is to long, THEN it will not export anything if the file name is to long. As far as I am aware we are no longer in the 90s so this should never be an issue. File name I understand as I personally do not want long names so I fixed it, so apparently there is a limit? What IS that limit...now remove that limit. File path? Was basically External Drive, 5 folders deep. Thats it and got an error saying path to long. That HAS to be…

Measuring tool font
i would like to be able to change the font color used with the measuring tool. sometimes what i am marking up has a black or dark background and the black default font does not show up. The work around is to label on top of the measuring line font which is messy and does not look professional. Please make this enhancement, thank you.

error message for non administrative users (msiexec.exe)
When you start Adobe Acrobat Pro without local adminstrative rights a error message appears.(see attachment)
We identified the corresponding command line with procmon: "C:\Windows\System32\msiexec.exe" /i {AC76BA86-1033-FFFF-7760-0C0F074E4100} REINSTALLMODE=omus DISABLEFIUCHECK=1 IGNOREAAM=1 REPAIRFROMAPP=1 INSTALLUWPAPP=1 /qn"We deployed the "Creative Cloud Client" as a "Self-Serivce-Packages", so licensed Users can install and use adobe products without local administrative rights.
Could you please check why msiexec.exe is called with every program start? We get a lot of tickets from users complaining about this error message and your support wasnt a help at all.

Make the Download button more prominent on the file download page
When a file is shared using a link in Acrobat Pro DC, the page that opens tries to open the file. The problem with this is that some of the features don't work properly on this page (such as portfolios and initial views within portfolios). Please make the download button more prominent so that user can open the file in the Acrobat software easier.

Hire non-computer experts to test your new programs before finalizing them
Before finalizing your products, hire a group of people in an assortment of age groups who, while computer literate, have no experience with your program. You will find that your latest version of Adobe Acrobat is almost impenetrable. I mean, it's absolutely terrible.
Even your "help" function no longer provides help. Seriously, your 2019 edition is the single worst version of Adobe Acrobat I've ever used. And look on the Internet. The complaints are everywhere.6 votes -
Adobe Acrobat Pro DC issues: slow scrolling - failed saving - document not found
If you type here before login/signing, once you do it, all typed text is wiped out. Really frustrating. Now, the other Acrobat bugs:
Adobe Acrobat Pro DC issues: slow scrolling - failed saving - document not found. Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2019.010.20069 and previous ones on macOS has some issues, which have been around for ages. They are really frustrating:
