  1. Stack crash when using Advanced Search on Windows 7

    When using Edit | Advanced Search… on Windows 7, Acrobat Professional DC consistently crashes with the following report:

    Hi,

    Sorry to hear that you’re facing while using Find tool.
    In order to reproduce the issue in-house, can you please provide the following details :

    1. Please tell us the version of your Acrobat/Reader.
    2. Could you please share the workflow that you’re trying to perform using the Find tool?
    3. It will be great if you could share the crash dump with us.

    How to create crash logs on Windows environment?
    1. Retry the scenario where Acrobat crashes
    2. Do not close the pop-up when Acrobat crash
    3. Open Task manager
    4. Right-click on “Acrobat.exe *32” process and select ‘Create Dump file’
    5. It will create a log file in the temp folder. (Path will be displayed on pop-up comes when logs created). You can also check this under
    - Open Run process (Win+R)
    - Type temp
    - Logs file will be available here with name “Acrobat.DMP…

  2. Adobe Acrobat DC - Program Not Responding. Every time I open the program it crashes. It is completely unusable

    Has anyone found a fix for this problem?

  3. テキスト注釈で手打ちでフォトサイズ変更ができない

    テキスト注釈でフォトサイズを7pintなどと入力すると72pintに変更される巨大文字になる。逆に100pintにすると10point相当のサイズにしかならない。同僚PCでも同じ現象が発生。プルダウンのプリセットでのサイズ変更は正常

  7. Mismatch between splitted file names and bookmark names

    After splitting a document by top-level bookmarks, file names do not match bookmark names.

    Bookmark names are all capital Greek without periods, underscores or other characters. I'm using Adobe Acrobat DC Pro and Windows 7 Professional.

  8. bug report - Text format changes after saving as reduced file size

    When trying to save file at a reduced file size I found that the text formatting was completely changed

  10. twice received virus with adobe

    twice I received an offer from Adobe in the last 4 days to download their software followed immediately by a warning that a severe virus had infected my computer. it's a trojan of some kind.

  11. Turn off the go-to-web-first stuff. I only need access to local drive. Slow internet service makes me despise paying for this service.

    Acrobat DC performance is glacial in comparison to any other way to make or modify PDF.

  12. Bug viewing PDF files which contain a .notdef glyph

    When viewing PDF file containing .notdef glyph for a type 3 font, Acrobat displays incorrect output. Other viewers, such as Chrome, display the file correctly. Attached is an example of such file.

    Using latest Acrobat PRO DC on windows 7 32 bit.

  13. Regression rendering certain pdfs

    The latest version of Adobe Acrobat and Reader DC no longer renders some of our files correctly.

    The attached file has 3 pages, and when viewed in DC it renders page 3 on page 2 and 3 and doesn't render page 2.

    These files render correctly on adobe 11 and every other pdf viewer I've tried.

  15. Interactive tour

    I'm new to having permissions allowing editing with Acrobat. The "Get Started" menu doesn't fully operate. "Introduction to Acrobat" will not run at all. "Interactive tour stalls out after requesting I enter 'highlight' in the Tools search bar.

  16. Side by Side PDF files

    I often have two PDFs open at the same time, side by side, for referencing purposes. Now with the Acrobat DC I don't have that choice as both opened files are now in the same 'tabbed' PDF window. I can see the two files 'serially' but not side by side.
    What to do?????

    You can drag the newly opened tab out and your PDF will now be open in new Acrobat window.

  20. Bug Report - Using Tools (esp Redact tool) causes wheel of death. HELP

    Hi I'm having continual issues with using the Redact and Combine tools. Whenever I use these tools and attempt to save the document, I get the wheel of death and have to force close Adobe. When I go to where I saved the document, I get an error message saying "There was an error opening this document. The file is damaged and could not be repaired."
