  2. Acrobat MacOS build 19.10.20069.311970 cannot open Microsoft Outlook after Mojave upgrade even when given permission.

    It's a bug. Cannot open a new Outlook email from inside of Acrobat. Worked up until Mojave, now got a request for permission. Acrobat switches to Outlook, but then errors out with a vague error, no information.

    Can you share with us the acrobat version and the operating system you are using
    Also some sample PDFs with which you are facing this issue.

  4. Can't Save!

    After typing Cntrol+s all afternoon, and into the night yesterday, I arrive to find out that nothing saved, past around 1:00 pm yesterday. I lost a TON of work. Please fix ASAP.

  6. Cannot do a Save As... to make a new document from a template

  7. need to fix the problem of it telling me that i need to renew my subscription. you charge me every month but still say that i need to renew

    fix problem with subscription notifications, i pay you every month automatically.. but say that i still need to renew my subscription and have tried going through customer service but they aren't helping/helpful

  8. Action features

    Action feature needed:

    • Let action work without open the files (status bar only)
      (X version already done that way)

    • Add the option to close the files after the saving process.
      (X version already done that way)

    Looking to using the action on a bunch of different group of file these two options will save A LOT of time.

    It Seems to me or the ACTIONS are a step back comparing to the old batch processes?
    Less options, some bugs...

    Hope to see an improvement in the NEAR Future.

  9. Pro DC (Windows) crashes when sending email to outlook

    Pro DC was responding very slowly when emailing. Tried reinstalling Pro DC but now when I try to email a pdf the whole program crashes.

  14. Provide options to Sort files in a OneDrive folder when opening

    This is for Acrobat Pro DC.
    We have the option to open 'Files' from OneDrive.
    When I navigate to a folder in my OneDrive the files are displayed in what appears to be Name order. I would like a way to Sort those files into other orders. For Example, Date Descending/Ascending.

  17. Reduced Size pdf now deletes all Images?????????????

    Since the latest update, when I save a large pdf using "Reduced Size PDF", none of the images show up in any app except for Acrobat - not Mail, not other pdf viewers. Never happened before and I use this feature A LOT!

  18. Android version needs to shrink to fit, rather than clip image in collage node

    In Photoshop express, it is near impossible to create a collage image, because the layout options insist on clipping the images to size. Would like option to shrink to fit. You'd think original size would do this?

  20. Not Playing nice with Revit

    What Gives?
    I talked this Adobe up over Bluebeam and now i look like a fool
    any fixes? I am in big trouble if i cannot plot from revit!!!!
