  1. We have added and assigned 274 Adobe DC Pro users to the VIP Portal. We now need to run a report that provides activation status for each user i.e. if a user has installed Adobe DC pro and activated the license. Is that feature available or can it be added?

  2. When I switch colors in output preview, the screen flickers.
For example, here at time 1:08-1:20: https://youtu.be/ShbafbUx9FU?t=68
When output preview is enabled, the screen also blinks when browsing between pages.
This is a "feature" of Acrobat DC, older versions work correctly.

Please update you acrobat to the latest version on Mac and try to reproduce the scenario.

Let us know if you still face this issue.
    Thanks!!

  4. Whenever opening pdf file, Acrobar Pro DC always shows a window titled as 'content preparation progress". This takes too long and blocks file content & makes hard to read file content.
    Sometimes several minutes, sometimes forever!
    This needs to be improved.

  6. When opening a pdf file on Adobe Acrobat Pro (and some other times, just after launching Adobe Acrobat Pro), the app occasionally stops working and the cursor turns to spinning rainbow for a few minutes. Sometimes (after a long while) the app resumes its functions, other times it does not and I'm forced to force-quit the application and re-launch it.

    1. Launch Adobe Acrobat Pro / Open a pdf file on Acrobat Pro
    2. Mac Pro (Late 2013) (OS X El Capitan Version 10.11.6)
    3. Proper Function
    4. Application crashes and / or freezes

Here is the report I'm getting when I force-quit the…

  7. I am running Adobe Acrobat DC on a Windows 7 machine with 16GB of RAM and an NVidia NVS 310 Graphics Card. I have no issues regarding visual display or memory with other software. When running Adobe Acrobat DC, I frequently encounter issues where the file/program crashes, giving an error that it is Out of Memory or encountering a Draw Error. This has happened while reading multiple different PDF files, usually after I have been scrolling through the file for a short time. Usually, when this message occurs the page displays as a blank white page, and if I continue…

  8. After install of Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 Release (Classic) Version 2020.005.30362 on a brand new Macbook Pro (14 in., 2021) with Apple M1 Max running Monterey version 12.4 already with Microsoft Office successfully installed and working fine, opening Powerpoint or Word for Mac version 16.63.1 (22071401) in Office Home & Business gives multiple, successive Adobe-related Microsoft Visual Basic Runtime Error '53'. Multiple calls with tech support do not resolve the problem. Following advice at https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/run-time-error-53-and-acrobat-freezing-up-not-responding-quot/m-p/11823639 resolves the MS Word errors, but does not resolve the MS Powerpoint errors.

  9. Acrobat DC is very slow to view the files. Checking the separations and toggling 2 documents. It would be great, if you work on this. Slowness is very much frustrating.

  10. Architecture: x86_64
    Build: 19.10.20064.311007
    AGM: 4.30.83
    CoolType: 5.14.5
    JP2K: 1.2.2.42216

Incredibly slow and laggy, UI is almost unusable. Using 50% - 100% of a single core just to scroll. Ironically I am trying to read the Adobe PDF Reference, Third Edition.

Really Adobe? I can't even read a 9MB file ABOUT the PDF specification in YOUR OWN software without it slowing to a crawl?

  12. Please allow the user to turn off the home screen, so that we do not have to close it after every single PDF we look at. At the bare minimum allow us to use a keyboard shortcut to close the home screen. The fact that I have to actively close this needless window every single time makes it twice as annoying.

  14. Win 10 x64 1709
    Classroom/lab environment.
New-to-machine user, in other words, newly created user profile, extremely common in a classroom/lab environment.
    Licensed via ETLA AdobeSerialization.exe
Installation package modified using Acrobat Customization Wizard DC

If a user runs Acrobat straight-away, Acrobat.exe hangs and shows a "not responding" status before the Acrobat UI is displayed.

After killing the Acrobat.exe process, subsequent launches work.

If a new-to-the-machine user launches then closes Google Chrome AND Microsoft Edge BEFORE running Acrobat then runs Acrobat, Acrobat launches without issue.

Disabling Protected View via policy has no effect.

    No errors are displayed.

    There are no discernable errors…

  15. Ability to set the default scale (other than 1=1) for all future PDF docs.
AND the ability to set the scale for each individual PDF docs that will remain assigned to that PDF even if you exit Adobe Acrobat and re-open it. I'm an engineer, and work with various different scales, so it would be very beneficial for each PDF, if the user set scale would remain locked with each document, so you don't have to re-establish the scale after exiting and re-opening Adobe Acrobat.

  16. As an architect or an engineer, we are always managing plans with different scales that have (usually) a graphic scale for reference. The measure tool would be EXTREMELY useful if includes an option to set the scale by selecting two points on an eventual graphic scale included within an existing pdf... this will help to quickly have the pdf in scale and ready to be measured.

    Please, include this feature.

  19. Due to corporate policy, we are not allowed to use external servers, Document Cloud is such a server. Our documents are not to be loaded to any external servers.
Can we have the ability to remove the Document Cloud from view or code-wise?
We can not have our confidential documents going to Adobe's servers.
