  1. Wow. I LOVE your products, but HOLY S&*T was it difficult to get to a point where I could actually "Contact" adobe. As a professional UX designer (sorry for how that must sound...) this UX is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable for a company of your prestige.

    Here is my issue, I used to be able to drag .png files into Adobe Acrobat and the software would brilliantly ask me if I wanted to combine these pngs into a single file, "Why yes, Thats exactly what I want! Thank you."

    This worked flawlessly for the last year. Now, out of nowhere, the program…

    Hi,
    Adobe Acrobat and Reader official update containing the fix for this issue is now available. This update will be automatically pushed to all existing installations of Acrobat and Reader. If you want, you may also manually trigger the update by opening the application and going to Help > Check for Updates.

    "Disable New Update"

    The update is a terrible idea. Moving menus to the opposite side, making the icons smaller.

    There should be a tutorial how to customize the look and in the tutorial how to change it back or to keep adobe working as it was previously. Terrible re-design. Leave it alone!!!

  3. Good morning

    To ensure we are utilising our subscription and ensure users are making use of their licence I understand there is no usage reporting available i.e. when a user authenticates as they use Adobe DC Pro.

    Can I submit this is as a product request please? I appreciate it might not be Adobe's interest as this will enable subscribers to manage licence assignment more efficiently but this would be a great product feature.

  5. Your new version (2023.003) is just TERRIBLE. :

    1) WHY change something that was working well before, and that everyone just KNEW how to use? WHY? What is the purpose of changing the interface just for the change. It is TERRIBLE.

    2) It is also very BUGGY, and freezes constantly by simply moving the window, opening documents, closing them, etc. Windows 10 22H2 latest patches, 16GB RAM on i7. WHY purposefully make our lives harder?

  6. Hello Adobe support,

    I cannot find the setting to deactivate "open documents as a new tabs in the same window" (I want a new window for each!) under [preferences > General > Basic Tools] anymore since the latest update. Please can you let me know where I can turn this off? I am using Adobe Acrobat Reader MUI (23.003.20244).

  7. When will Adobe be releasing the 64bit version of your Acrobat Pro DC software for users running the 64bit version of Windows 10? I am presently stuck running the 32bit version of Acrobat Pro DC.

  8. I am unable to scroll through my bookmarks using my mouse with the latest update. I can still scroll through the pages, but not the bookmarks.

    Incredibly slow and laggy, UI is almost unusable. Using 50% - 100% of a single core just to scroll. Ironically I am trying to read the Adobe PDF Reference, Third Edition.

    Really Adobe? I can't even read a 9MB file ABOUT the PDF specification in YOUR OWN software without it slowing to a crawl?

  12. Request to opt out of pop ups for latest version of Adobe Acrobat Standard DC. If I needed cloud, I would ask for it. Opening a file takes long enough without stopping to close pop up.

  13. Bug.
    Windows 11. Acrobat version etc. are represented on the screenshot.
    Steps to reproduce: a few pdf was opened and all except one has been closed.
    Result: there are many Acrobat app entries in the Windows taskbar instead of only one (for the last still opened pdf). See screenshot.

  14. I would like the option to close or hide the floating toolbar (see attached picture). It's not always needed, and it's frustrating to have it hanging around and having to move it around to keep it out of the way. If I could close it or move it to the menu bar, that would be ideal. But right now it only allows movement within the document window.

  15. After I open a pdf, A pop-up appears to "advertise' some particular feature such as 'fill & sign' for example. This is EXTREMELY ANNOYING. Also highly UNPROFESSIONAL as occurs during a potential client presentation.
    Please DISABLE THIS IMMEDIATELY. We pay for the product - NOT for ADOBE advertise itself during my time.

  16. After the Adobe DC update- installed without user authorization- every Windows 7 computer in the household froze. Nothing worked. I thought the cause was a recent Microsoft update until I checked a laptop on which the ONLY update was Adobe DC. Once again, Adobe has caused a headache. On forums I see that freezing and compatibility are known issues. I don't have TIME for this. Adobe needs to fix bugs BEFORE issuing updates.

  17. Please create a 64-bit version of the Adobe Acrobat Professional for the Windows platform. I work with adobe files that are greater than 10,000 pages quite frequently and although my computer has 24 gigabytes of DRAM, the program cannot utilize my computer. For example, I have legislative transcripts that I compile by the session, and I would like to be able to use a single PDF file while doing my research.

    Please, give us Windows users the type of PDF performance found on Macs.

  19. Acrobat Pro Desktop works on Windows with Intel and AMD processors, but not with ARM64 processors, so I can't use it on my Microsoft Surface Pro X. The Surface Pro X uses the Qualcomm S1 or S2 ARM64 processors which manage power better, extending battery life and keeping the device cool. Please get a team to work on ARM64 compatibility so customers with such devices can use Acrobat Pro as we did on our older devices with Intel or AMD processors.

  20. Acrobat DC is very slow to view the files. Checking the separations and toggling 2 documents. It would be great, if you work on this. Slowness is very much frustrating.
