  1. Icon Error

    The icon for Adobe Acrobat DC, is (for me) a blank piece of paper. This happens with no other Adobe apps but with Acrobat and it is really displeasing not knowing where to click in the task bar. Please fix it! :)

  2. Problem with open any pdf im my pc

    My acrobat Dc, does not open the pdf even being as standard viewer. I already reinstalled, I noticed. only works after reboot pc. How to solve this problem?

  3. Acrobat incorrectly adding links to text that contains the word 'news:'

    Hi, I have been making PDFs from InDesign CC 2019 running on Mac OS High Sierra. When opening the PDFs in Acrobat Pro DC, it's creating broken links from text that does not look like a URL and where no links have been specified. I think it's the 'Create Links from URLs' feature in Acrobat preferences trying to be helpful but failing miserably. This seems to affect text that uses a colon : but I can't ask my client not to use colons in their copy just because Acrobat is incorrectly reading it as a URL. My client is asking…

  5. everytime open help it crashes

    Every time I open up tutorials or help it crashes. Also, it lacks some of the ease of use features that XI had.

  6. Export measurement markup to excel incorrectly

    I use Acrobat Pro DC 2018.011.20040 version to do take-off quantity and when I export to csv file (use right click when you're in measure distance mode). It looks like all the numbers are shown incorrectly. Have anyone known how to fix or had the same problem? Cheers

  7. Acrobat Pro DC shuts down

    Acrobat Pro DC shuts down if you try to have two documents open at the same time and also when you try to open a document that it is in a previous version of Adobe. This just started happening last week. My software is up to date.

  9. Acrobat DC crashes when saving PDF

    Acrobat DC (continuous release) crashes itself and Chrome and Edge whenever trying to "Save" or "Save as" a PDF downloaded.
    Also crashes itself when trying to save PDF from Outlook email attachment. This has been going on for several weeks.

  11. Can't Save!

    After typing Cntrol+s all afternoon, and into the night yesterday, I arrive to find out that nothing saved, past around 1:00 pm yesterday. I lost a TON of work. Please fix ASAP.

  12. Cannot do a Save As... to make a new document from a template

    Cannot do a Save As... to make a new document from a template. The buttons are not user friendly at all. Many options in the previous version cannot be found.

  13. Acrobat crashing and wants to reopen previous windows/documents almost every time. Mac OS X Mojave.

    Pretty much every time I open Acrobat, I get a window asking me if I want to restore the previous documents, because Acrobat had crashed the last time (but I didn't notice this -- I quit it manually and no notification of a crash until the next time I start up).

  17. Incorrect hadling of word division in Cyrillic languages

    Steps to reproduce the bug: Open the attached pdf file and try to find the word "поиск" (using the search tool).

    Expected result: Acrobat finds the word "поиск" at the and of the first line.

    Observed result: Acrobat finds nothing.

    Environment: Windows; any version of Acrobat or Acrobat Reader.

  18. initial view error - Bug Report

    Acrobat Pro DC Version 2019.008.20081 - Windows 10 64bit

    I configured the initial view setting in the Document properties, such as Page Layout, magnification, open to page, and Window Options
    But the initial view configuration is ignored when I open the pdf document, and the Acrobat shows last view settings and page regardless initial view setting.

    For example, I set the "Page Layout" with Two up and "Open to Page"
    with 1. then save and close. when I reopen the document, the Acrobat shows single page layout view and page 5 as the las view before closing document.

  19. PDF won't open from Windows Explorer after a different PDF is opened from inside Madcap Flare

    I'm using Adobe Acrobat DC and MadCap Flare 2018 r2 on a Windows 10 operating system.

    Steps to reproduce:

    1. Build a PDF in Flare.
    2. Open the PDF from inside Flare.
    3. Double-click on a different PDF in Windows Explorer.

    Expected result: Second PDF opens.
    Actual result: Second PDF does not open. The error message that shows up sometime later says: Acrobat failed to connect to a DDE server.

    MadCap support has been unable to resolve the issue.
