  1. Bug Report - Adobe Acrobat 2017 - Version 2017.011.30142

    Upgrade version 2017.011.30142 from (old version) 2017.011.30138 caused issues with Protected View.

    Error: Adobe freezes when clicking "Enable all features".
    OS: Windows 10 X64 1803
    - Only occurs with fillable PDFs
    - Definitely isolated the issue to the upgrade on 4 computers. Older version works perfectly.

  2. Bug? pdf in email is legible when opened on iPhone BUT all pages are grey fuzz after using Copy To Acrobat

    Is this a bug with reader for IOS or something wrong with this file? I received 2 files in the original email. When I open them on my iPhone, I can see the contents in both files. The file having issues has a ****** first page and the rest isn't a really clean scan but all pages are legible. After Copy To Acrobat, the attached file has nothing recognizable.

    I tried to "Copy to Acrobat". Both files saved to acrobat but the attached file opens up as all grey fuzz. No characters visible, nothing. This doesn't happen when I open…

  6. Cannot move pdf without closing Acrobat Reader 2017

    I have this issue with Acrobat Reader 2017. I am trying to sort through a bunch of pdf files and place them in the proper folders. I've come across this bug. If I recently open a pdf in Reader and close it in Reader, I cannot move or delete the file until ALL of the pdfs in reader are closed for a while.

    So, basically, I've closed the file I want to move and have removed it from the Recent files, but I still cannot move the file until I completely close the Reader.

  7. Combine Files option operation does not operate logically

    Combine Files option operation does not operate logically. If you open one document and want to add another PDF, click the ADD button, select the other PDF, and click on Combine, all you get is the second selected document! So the Add button does not work logically or properly.

  8. Automated tool

    Every week my team members print approximately a 280-page pdf of medical billing. Next, each member prints 280 pages and combs through the pdf for certain billing codes they have been assigned to enter. My hope is that with Acrobat DC there is an automated or even just a quick way to sort the 280-page pdf for specific criteria (number or word) and then export to a new, much smaller pdf that only contained the data members sort by.

  9. after being open for a while without activity, a PDF will start to "blank" pages that have text on them

    after being open for a while without activity, a PDF will start to "blank" pages that have text on them. problem occurs on multiple machines and multiple files which are good in that they can be completely browsed initially. Computers are running Windows 10 and have latest version of Acrobat Pro, both updated to current rev.

  12. Redact color is just black on All pdf documents in option

    My pdf files into a single directory on my windows os. Every day I need to redact some keywords on this files. But when I try to redact all pdf documents in option of the redact tool it just highlight the keywords with a black colour on it. But I need to highlith 30% red and without outline options for this process. And export redacted pages to the new pdf file or jpg files.

  13. Export redacted pages

    Every day I import my kewords to my 20 newspaper and I highligt the words 30%percent tranparency with a redact tool on adobe acrobat and then I try to take a snaphoot of the news on the pages for my organisation. It is to hard job for me because of I need to check where it the higlihted word on which pages. If you put any command or choice for export redacted pages to the desired directory (ie export reducted pages to the new pdf file or jpg files) it will be solve my problem.

  15. Bug - Searching for text causes the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC to close

  17. pdfconverterhub virus cause pop-up - came in with Chrome extension - can't delete

    This morning's update of zemana, Bitdefender finally recognized the threat. But, they can't remove PDFConverterhub
    Microsoft is looking into it an Norton can't detect it either.

    Please look into this, It is not only irritating, the pop-up of young Russian girls in your neighborhood looking for love is horrible for any business meeting!

  18. Why does it take so long to Open acrobat, I believe you need to login every time it opens. Which is annoying when you don't have internet.

    Annoyed that Acrobat always need internet to log in, every time I open a PDF file, just slows down the process. I'm in a third world country and internet is slow, so every time I open PDF, it's slow. Just log me in once and that's it.

  19. Acrobat Pro won't open

    I have used Acrobat Pro for years without a problem. I am using version 9 on a Mac running 10.13.6.

    I used CleanMyMac yesterday to clean out some files and after restart Acrobat Pro won't open. The first thing that happens is that I get a message saying that Acrobat Pro wants to make changes and I need to put in my password. I do that and then Pro crashes. If I don't put in my password, I get a second error message that says Authentication Failed. I've attached screenshots of both.

  20. acrobat Pro DC keeps shutting down

    Why is Adobe Acrobat shutting down all the time now. I am working on a major project and the program is constantly shutting down. Is this going to get fixed? I am so frustrated. What is the solution? I cannot get this project done with this happening all the time. I have a cloud subscription.
