  2. Search Menu Missing Close Button

This occurs when using an Acrobat Portfolio. When I use Ctrl+F to open the search menu there is no way to close the menu after I finish searching. I have tried pressing Esc and clicking Ctrl+F again. It stays there if I switch documents/portfolios and even if I close the portfolios. Kind of a pain to completely close Adobe DC just to get rid of the search menu.

Is there a setting I need to change to correctly display the search menu? If not, it would be great to get this fixed in a future update.

  4. California Court Ruling for Bates Numbering Has Changed

The California ruling for filing court documents as of January 2019 requires the exhibit number of a PDF to be included with the Bates stamp. This means that the exhibit number needs to be able to change for each PDF file that you are batch stamping while the bates stamp changes for each page in each sequential Exhibit file. In short, an "Exhibit X of X" or "File Name" needs to be added to the header/footer options so legal professionals can continue to bates stamp their court files in batches. Adding the Exhibit number to each PDF file separately defeats…

Provide information re how Reader DC works if one doesn't have an adobe account. In that case if I scan a document into my computer using Reader does Reader put a copy of the document into the cloud even though I don't have an Adobe account?

  10. Link option while combining PDF's into one PDF

Can Adobe make a feature that allows you to insert and link PDF files (pages) into one PDF (Set) while maintaining the link back to the original file. So if the original file is updated so is the (Set) PDF in the same way images are Linked and updated in Indesign. Would be a massive help with 2D part drawings for creating a drawing set during revisions.

  11. Create Multiple Radio buttons for each group

Under the prepare form function, users should be allowed to create multiple radio buttons with a single function rather than creating one radio button at a time for each group. Say I have 100 questions and each question has 4 choices meaning it has 4 radio buttons, that is 400 radio buttons that i have to manually create. It is tedious and painful. There has to be a faster way to do this.

This should also provide an option whether the layout of the radio buttons is vertical or horizontal.

  13. Repeats automatic update when I try to open a PDF

Today Acrobat automatically updated when I opened a PDF. Now, every time I try to open another PDF, it starts the automatic update process again. How can I stop this?

It seems to me this is a bug.

    Thanks, A. F. Calhoun

  17. #Bug: Adobe Acrobat PRO DC not responding on Surface 2 ...

    Hey,
When I'm using Adobe Acrobat PRO DC on my super powerful windows surface 2, it always got stuck (not responding) for 10/20 seconds.

Since I'm a pro client and surface has quite good features (illustrator is running easy), it's not nice to have this every time.

I'm wondering if I'm the only one and if you can solve it.

    hugs
