  3. Acrobat Pro DC crashes intermittently at various points during my use of the program. I use it all day long at work, to review claim documents and invoices, and I have to run recognize text, highlight/edit things, and move throughout legal documents by scrolling or searching. It crashes when I try to do literally anything but not every single time. Whenever it crashes, it shows me the crash window twice (window comes up, I click close, it lags and closes the message box, then brings it back up-- every single time, I get the crash notice twice per crash, losing…

Sorry for the issue that you are facing while using Adobe Acrobat.
Could you please share the Crash dump when Acrobat crashes.

Steps to collect the crash dump :

When Acrobat crashes (If you get this error message “Adobe Acrobat DC has stopped working”)
    1. Open Windows Task Manager
    2. Got To Processes, there you can see a process “Adobe Acrobat DC” / Acrobat.exe
    3. Right Click on this process and click “Create Dump File”
    4. Dump file will be created in the Temp folder of user (as specified on the dialog you get after creating dump files).
    5. Save this DMP file on any Cloud Storage and Share the link for that with us.

We will try to analyze your issue on once you share this information with us.

    Regards,
    Arvind

  4. Allow administrators to disable Adobe PDFMaker outlook plugin from including attachments when users save their email as a pdf.

  6. The presentation and wording used when creating an Action Wizard to export a group of PDF files to TIFFs is inconsistent and confusing compared to how it is done when exporting a single PDF from the main menu. At the main menu 'Export To' is its own selection at the same level as 'Save', however, in the Wizard I have to first select "Save" (twice) to get to the place where I can tell do an "Export To". And to further add to the confusion you have this other TIFF export option named "Export All Images As TIFF" that led…

  7. When running an Action Wizard that saves/exports a group of PDF files as (single) TIFF files, the very first file will have a ".tiff" extension and the rest will be ".tif". This ONLY happens the very first time you run the Wizard. Subsequent runs yields all files with a ".tif" extension. This is repeatable 100% of the time. Again, this applies when exporting the entire PDF file to a single TIFF file, not the feature that exports all images to multiple TIFF files.

  9. I've been using Adobe Acrobat X Pro in Windows 10 for 2 years now and this is the first time I have encountered this kind of bug/error.

First problem was Acrobat crashed then I can't open it anymore so I re-installed the whole CS6 Design and Web Premium. Afterwards, that's where I saw the texts were highlighted in different colors. If I zoom in, the highlight disappear but when I zoom out, the highlight changes.

    Can someone help me?

  10. Adobe products, like Acrobat DC and Acrobat Reader DC, should NOT download updates when Internet access is established through a metered connection.

When Adobe products download updates in the background through a metered connection, the data limit is reached in a snap and it's not possible to continue working for the rest of the month (depending on contract with the Internet provider) unless new, very expensive Internet allotment is bought.

  13. I'm running Acrobat DC as part of Creative Cloud (CC) on several Macs. I use the sync feature to sync Acrobat preferences between all of these computers. I especially rely on the Acrobat preferences being sync'd for things like signatures and custom toolbars arrangement. I recently added two new computers, a MBP and an iMac Pro. When I installed CC and Acrobat DC on the MBP it worked fine. But on the iMac Pro Acrobat preferences sync is broken. The following steps illustrate the problem:

    1) Reboot the system to start from a clean state. Make sure no applications or…

  15. In each folder of Windows 10 computer you can change, what the columns show. They show normally the date and size of the files. If the Pdf-Reader document is in a folder and i want to show how many pages my Pdf-Reader document have, it does not work.

  16. When copying anything from a pdf file to Microsoft Word or other text editors, the formatting is always messed up in many places, like double or missing spaces between words or missing line breaks.
It would be much better if the formatting would be kept the same. This only happens when copying from a pdf, no other program/app does this on any other device.

  17. I have the problem several times when I start with a design and end with this, it becomes a very large file, so I can work with it more easily, this will then be up to 1.6 GB, I would like you to make this smaller in illustrator, just like in photohsop. And also the idea of turning all layers into a layer, just like in photoshop

  20. If someone expands text on indesign or illustrator before exporting, it means they do not want it to be editable in acrobat and now it will automatically convert it back unless the file is password protected.

That is not ok. Missing the old versions.
